Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dengan adanya globalisasi, perdagangan bebas dan Masyarakat Ekonomi Asia (MEA) menyebabkan meningkatnya peredaran produk makanan dan minuman di masyarakat Indonesia. Indonesia adalah negara dengan penduduk agama Islam terbesar di dunia. Dalam Pasal 29 ayat (2) UUD RI Tahun 1945. Negara menjamin tiap tiap penduduk untuk memeluk agamanya sesuai dengan kepercayaannya·. Rumusan masalah tulisan ini adalah apa manfaat sertifikat halal produk makanan dan minuman yang diperdagangkan di masyarakat. Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui manfaat sertifikat halal pada produk makanan dan minuman yang diperdagangkan di msyarakat.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu pendidikan lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh tenaga kependidikan terutama guru, bahkan komponen lainnya termasuk kepala sekolah, pemilik, orang tua dan lingkungan serta semua pihak yang ikut berperan mempelancar proses geraknya guru dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Maka dari itu peranan disini sangat mempenagruhi terhadap tinggi rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, bahkan tugas guru bukan hanya memberi ilmu saja tetapi juga sebagai perencana, pembimbing, evaluator serta motivator bagi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru agama islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa dapat berupa: memberikan ganjaran, menumbuhkan minat, menjelaskan tujuan akhir pembelajaran, memberikan tugas, mengadakan ulangan, memberikan angka bagi siswa, dan mengadakan suatu kompetisi. Sementara itu faktor pendukung yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 4 Curugkembar Desa Sindangraja.

Abstract

Menjaga kebersihan lingkungan merupakan tanggung jawab semua pihak. Contoh yang paling sederhana adalah perilaku membuang sampah pada tempatnya, ini menjadi sesuatu hal yang penting karena dampak dari membuang sampah sembarangan dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Pembelajaran terhadap kepedulian kebersihan lingkungan seharusnya dilakukan sejak dini, sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik yang dapat meningkatkan minat anak untuk mempelajari dan lebih peduli terhadap kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan terkait dengan motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Guguk Panjang Kota Bukittinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh informasi dan mendeskripsikan mengenai motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Guguk Panjang Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Guguk Panjang Kota Bukittinggi sebanyak 291 orang guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 81 orang guru yang dipilih melalui teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah angket model Skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,40 dan persentase capaian sebesar 89%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum guru memiliki semangat dan dorongan kerja yang baik dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

Workplace accidents remain a significant concern in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), particularly in sectors with high physical labor intensity such as automotive repair workshops. This study aims to identify and assess occupational hazards in CV XYZ, a medium-sized workshop specializing in engine and body repair, using the Structured What-If Technique (SWIFT). Through field observations, interviews, and questionnaires, data were collected on potential hazards during major work processes. The SWIFT method was applied to examine risks based on frequency and severity, culminating in a Risk Rating Number (RRN) for each hazard. The study found 23 hazards in engine repair activities and 20 in body repair, with six identified as top-priority risks (RRN = 10). These included crush injuries, lacerations, and unsafe working postures. Recommendations were proposed to reduce risk levels, including the use of ergonomic tools, implementation of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety training, and workplace layout improvements. The findings underscore the effectiveness of the SWIFT method in fostering participatory risk assessment and enhancing safety awareness in SMEs. This approach provides a practical model for similar workshops aiming to improve their occupational safety and health (OSH) performance systematically.

Abstract

Motorcycle-related crash remain a major concern among university students in Indonesia. This study investigates situational awareness (SA) among novice motorcyclists at Universitas Andalas (UNAND) and evaluates the effectiveness of a simulation-based training intervention. Using the QUASA (Quantitative Analysis of Situational Awareness) method, baseline and post-training assessments were conducted to measure SA accuracy. The simulation module, developed using Unreal Engine and AI-assisted audio feedback, presented realistic traffic scenarios designed to enhance cognitive engagement. Findings indicate a substantial improvement in SA, with actual awareness scores increasing by approximately 30 percentage points post-intervention. Perceived accuracy also showed measurable gains. Despite a small simulation sample, results suggest that immersive training improves hazard perception and rider decision-making. These outcomes emphasize the value of technology-enhanced learning in addressing safety risks among young riders. Further research with control groups and larger samples is needed to generalize findings. Ethics clearance, data availability, and conflict of interest disclosures have been included.

Abstract

This research investigated the influence of principals' transformational leadership and achievement motivation on teachers' innovative behavior, mediated by teacher job satisfaction, in public junior high schools in Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research used a quantitative, causal-associative approach to examine the direct and indirect effects of principals' transformational leadership and achievement motivation on innovative behavior via teacher job satisfaction. This research involved 384 civil servant teachers from a population of 2,118. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). The results indicated that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovative behavior, with a coefficient of 0.407 (p < 0.05). However, achievement motivation had a negative but significant effect on innovative behavior (coefficient: -0.174, p < 0.05). Teacher job satisfaction was found to have a strong positive effect on innovative behavior (coefficient: 0.707, p < 0.05).

Abstract

The primary objective of this study was to measure how the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and teacher administrative workload individually and simultaneously affect teacher performance and its implications for the quality of learning at SMAN 1 Cikidang. Using a quantitative survey approach with multiple linear regression analysis, data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and documentation. The results revealed that when the Independent Curriculum is optimally implemented—empowering teachers to design lesson plans, express pedagogical creativity, and implement project-based learning—teacher performance significantly improves, reflecting motivation, professionalism, and innovation in teaching and learning activities. Conversely, a high administrative burden—including multiple lesson plan (RPP) documents, reporting learning outcomes, data entry through digital platforms such as PMM, and mandatory training and certification—has been shown to consume teaching time, cause stress, and hinder teaching innovation. Overall, the combination of supportive curriculum implementation and excessive administrative burden has a compounding effect: teacher performance improves only when the administrative burden is managed efficiently. When it is not, the quality of learning—including student engagement, teaching effectiveness, and learning outcomes—has the potential to decline. These findings support the recommendation to develop policies that balance both factors: strengthening the implementation of the Independent Curriculum while reducing or simplifying the administrative burden on teachers. For example, implementing an integrated performance management feature in the PMM (Public Relations and Management Supervisory Agency) to reduce duplication in reporting and free teachers from repetitive manual documentation. Supporting strategies also include technical training, the effective use of administrative technology, and the implementation of document reduction policies, such as eliminating the requirement for complex teaching modules. Narratively, this study confirms that the success of the Independent Curriculum in improving teacher performance and learning quality depends heavily on reducing insubstantial administrative burdens. Teachers need to be empowered to become teaching innovators, not bureaucrats, and only then can the quality of learning at SMAN 1 Cikidang develop optimally. Abstract

This review explores human factors and ergonomics (HFE) in the engineering subject areas and analyzes research over the last five years across physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics and is associated with the Industrial Revolution era. This review aims to identify existing trends in HFE research related to the Industrial Revolution. This study used a systematic four-step methodology and drew from the Science Direct and Scopus databases. The methodology involves conducting a careful literature search, selecting pertinent and suitable literature references, conducting bibliometric analysis, and participating in qualitative discussions. A total of 353 articles are identified for further analysis. Our findings indicate that the current state of Human Factors and Ergonomics (HFE) research remains largely situated within the research paradigm of the Industrial Revolution 3.0 era. Investigations oriented towards the Industrial Revolution 4.0, such as integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence into physical, cognitive, and orga­ni­zational ergonomics, are still limited. The insufficient adoption of these advancements under­scores the necessity for ongoing development of HFE research to leverage these advancements in order to align with the trajectory towards Industry 4.0.
