Abstract

Human resources management is currently a necessity and is no longer an option if a company wants to grow. Human Resources is very important in an organization, because the effectiveness and success of an organization is very dependent on the quality and performance of the human resources that exist in the organization. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Political Organization, Organizational Climate, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Indonesia (PERSERO). The object of this research is the employees as many as 80 respondents. The approach used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that the Political Organization had no significant effect on Job Satisfaction on the employees, Organizational Climate has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Political Organizational significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees, Organizational Climate has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees, Organizational Culture significantly positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The intention of this research is to understand how did the winner of the election win the heart of the prospective voters and which of the variables that has the highest influence on the decision to vote for the candidate, the respective variables are: positioning and social media marketing towards the decision to vote in relating to the political marketing as the intervening variable. The data was collected from the distribution of questionnaire, the population are the voters of the election in West Java, Indonesia. This research is using Purposive Sampling as the data processing and the analysis tool is using Partial Least Square. The results indicate that both positioning and social media marketing have positive and significant effect towards political marketing, and the variable of positioning have the most significant influence towards decision to vote compare to social media marketing. The results show that the positioning of a candidate is very important to engage the decision of the voters to vote for them. Eventhough the social media marketing is also playing an important part to engage their voters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention at High School Technical Staff - PLN (STT - PLN) Jakarta. Technique of collecting data in form of questionnaire by using ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 50 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, work environment variables, job satisfaction and work stress affect the Turnover Intention on High School Technical Staff - PLN (STT - PLN) Jakarta. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is simultaneous influence between work environment variable, Job Satisfaction and Working Stress on Turnover Intention on High School Technical Staff - PLN (STT - PLN) Jakarta. Abstract

Indonesia has been taking serious attention concerning the disposal of plastic waste in the ocean. Terrible data concerning plastic trash in the Ocean, harm and kill lots of animals around the ocean where plastic waste was found in the stomach of the sea animals. The purpose of this study is to analyze and implement green marketing in the fast food restaurants to promote and educate customers about the dangers of using plastic products and reduce them from the fast food restaurants. The research is to analyze the customer behavior and attitude towards their purchase decision in relating to green marketing as the intervening variable. The data collection is done through distribution of questionnaire, where the population is consisted of customers from KFC restaurants in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a descriptive and verification research, the descriptive methods is based on assessment analysis and the verification methods is based on quantitative analysis. The sample determination is done through Simple Random Sampling and the analysis technique is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that customer behavior and customer attitude have positive and significant effect towards green marketing and customer behavior has the most significant influence towards green marketing compared to customer attitude. The results show that the KFC customers' awareness concerning the plastic waste is still low eventhough they understand the danger of the plastic waste, but gradually based on their behavior it start to increase after implementing green marketing and to educate them the danger of plastic waste and the limitation of plastic products in the restaurants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Ethical Climate and Organizational Commitment at staff at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA). Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires using ordinal scales. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The collected data is then analyzed using the technique analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study show that Ethical Leadership positively and significantly influence on Ethical Climate, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA).

Abstract

Karyawan yang memiliki tingkat kejenuhan paling tinggi kemungkinan besar akan mengundurkan diri dari pekerjaannya sehingga pekerjaannya tidak maksimal, seperti persaingan tidak sehat antar sesama karyawan, kurangnya kepuasan dalam bekerja, hal inilah yang menyebabkan gejala burnout pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap burnout yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif pada PT Intan Metalindo dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Beban kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. stres kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout. Stres kerja tidak memediasi efek efikasi diri terhadap burnout.

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirical evidence of the effect of financial inclusion and financial technology (fintech) on the behavioral finance of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative method with a positivist paradigm approach. The population of this study is all MSMEs in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is 205 respondents (MSME owners) from all over Indonesia. Sampling is carried out using a random technique. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires, both manually and online using Google Forms, and is measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The data processing is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) software with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model. The results of this study show that financial inclusion and financial technology (fintech) have a direct positive effect on the behavioral finance of MSMEs. Financial technology (fintech) can mediate and increase the effect of financial inclusion on the behavioral finance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to investigate and evaluate the impact of Organizational Transformational Leadership and Work Engagement on Citizenship Behavior in mediating Learning Organization. Methodology – A saturated sample of 96 employees were used, and the quantitative analysis employed the questionnaire collection method using the Smart–PLS Structural Equation Modeling. Findings – Work Engagement had a significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while Transformational Leadership had a negative impact. Work Engagement had a significant positive effect on Learning Organization, which in turn had a significant negative effect on OCB. Organizational Citizenship Behavior could be influenced by Transformational Leadership and Work Engagement through the mediation of Learning Organization. Originality – This study examined the experiences of workers who were more objective in giving their perceptions due to the presence of serious problems in Work Engagement. Previous research used workers as a measure of Work Engagement success but were less objective, particularly in the manufacturing industry where work-related problems were absent.

Abstract

The main problem of a small industry is not only to achieve a stable high level of performance but also to maintain a position in the market while competing with all the unexpected challenges that will come. the situation in Bantarjaya Village, several problems can be formulated as obstacles. These problems include how to create innovations related to product distribution patterns that experience difficulties in production and increase sales volume. Efforts to create innovations related to product distribution patterns that experience difficulties in production and increase sales volume. this needs to be done by providing knowledge and skills in applying pilot-based marketing management methods to increase revenue. And support coaching motivation and managerial and entrepreneurial skills. Currently, MSMEs spread across Bantarjaya Village are a reference in producing processed snacks. Like, dodol, rangginang, and other pastries, in the home food product industry. Trading services are of course very important so that society continues to develop in a better direction. However, until now his team together with all the human resources of the Bantarjaya village government have continued to struggle to achieve unfinished work programs. Business continuity is a non-static phenomenon due to several reasons such as global climate conditions, scarce resources, insecure and competitive global scenarios, imminent population increase, political instability, economic crises, and innovative new technologies in the world.
