Abstract

In this rapidly evolving digital era, the use of social media has become an integral part of daily life, including among students, teachers, and parents in educational environments. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of social media usage in efforts to enhance communication and collaboration in educational settings. The method employed in this research is a qualitative literature review utilizing data sourced from Google Scholar spanning from 2020 to 2024. Key search terms included social media, communication and collaboration, and education environment. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The qualitative data analysis process involves several steps, such as organising the data, forming themes or patterns, and interpreting the findings from the scientific articles used. The study's findings reveal that in the continuously evolving digital era, social media usage has become a crucial aspect across various domains, including education. The analysis of social media usage in enhancing communication and collaboration in educational environments highlights its significant potential to increase participant engagement, facilitate the exchange of ideas, and broaden the reach of educational information. However, the utilization of social media also necessitates a careful and responsible approach to address associated challenges and risks.

Abstract

The development of the digital work ecosystem demands that secondary school graduates possess digital literacy skills that go beyond the mere use of technological devices, encompassing critical thinking, digital communication, and ethical awareness in cyberspace. This study aims to examine relevant strategies for strengthening digital literacy to enhance the readiness and competitiveness of secondary school graduates in the digital workforce era. The research method used a qualitative approach with a literature review design, where data was obtained from Google Scholar and other credible sources such as ResearchGate, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, and SpringerLink as many as 50 articles published between 1997 and 2025, then rigorously selected to obtain 34 articles that were further analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The findings reveal that effective digital literacy enhancement strategies include the integration of Digital Literacy Theory, 21st Century Skills, and the TPACK framework into the curriculum, digital project-based learning, teacher capacity building, and equitable infrastructure provision. Case studies of national programs such as the Digital Talent Scholarship also highlight the success of practical training approaches in improving students' digital workforce competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine strategic educational management based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through innovation, collaboration, and digital transformation in the effort to achieve sustainable education. The method employed is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, in which data were collected from journal articles, proceedings, and credible sources published between 1964 and 2025. The data sources in this study were obtained from 50 scientific articles obtained through literature searches, which were then rigorously selected, leaving 33 articles relevant for analysis. The data were analyzed using the literature review or content analysis method by examining, classifying, and synthesizing the findings from the selected articles to obtain research patterns and conclusions. The results indicate that the simultaneous integration of pedagogical innovation, cross-stakeholder collaboration, and the utilization of digital technology can enhance the quality, inclusiveness, and relevance of education. These findings are reinforced by strategic management theory, human capital theory, resource-based view, and the technology acceptance model, and are supported by case studies in Indonesia, such as Sekolah Adiwiyata, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, and the Kampus Merdeka program.
