Abstract

This study investigates the effects of transformational leadership, academic culture, and workload on lecturer performance, with organizational engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative survey of 210 permanent lecturers at Indonesian state Islamic universities and analyzed through SEM (AMOS 24), the study finds that transformational leadership and academic culture positively influence both engagement and performance. At the same time, workload negatively impacts engagement and has no direct effect on performance. Engagement partially mediates the influence of leadership and culture, and fully mediates the effect of workload on performance. These findings emphasize the importance of supportive leadership, strong academic culture, and effective workload management in enhancing lecturer engagement and performance, offering strategic insights for institutional reform in higher education.

Abstract

Pada materi bangun datar, guru sering hanya menggambar di papan tulis tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran, sehingga siswa kesulitan memahami materi. Padahal, siswa kelas III SD berada pada tahap operasional konkret, di mana mereka lebih mudah belajar jika melibatkan manipulasi benda nyata. Akibatnya, banyak siswa belum memahami materi, tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai, dan nilai mereka belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas supaya bisa memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa dalam pokok bahasan bangun datar dengan menerapkan matematika realistik. Riset ini melaksanakan observasi dengan pra siklus, siklus I serta siklus II. Pembelajaran mengaplikasikan model Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) berhasil memiliki peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan yang dapat menunjukkan nilai rata- rata dan ketuntasan belajar selama setiap siklusnya. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan, nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan siswa ialah sebesar 64,16 dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa 41,66%. Setelah itu dilakukan tindakan dengan siklus I, mendapatkan nilai rata-rata ialah sebesar 78,3 dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa 83,33%. Pada siklus II, siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 96,66 dengan ketuntasan belajar 100%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze concept, the responsibility of Islamic education to children with special needs and its implementation strategy. This research uses library research method. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis, where each finding from the literature search was analyzed in depth to obtain uniqueness. The results of this study indicate that children with special needs should receive special attention so that they can be equal and do not feel different from other normal children. The responsibilities of Islamic education for children with special needs, namely; 1) active role of government. the government has provided, 2) strengthening the mental condition of parents, 3) adequate social support. Regarding the implementation of responsibilities, it is carried out by implementing learning strategies so that they can be optimized by making modifications (content, process, evaluation), functional, task analysis, individual learning, peer learning. In addition, inclusive education can also be carried out which provides opportunities for all students who have disabilities and have the potential for intelligence to participate in education in an educational environment together.

Abstract

This Community Service is intended as a preventive effort to reduce the morals of TPA-TPSA students. The impact in question is a reduction in students' ethics and concern for each other. Preventive efforts that are expected to touch the root of the problem are the application of character values to build noble moral behavior in students. In general, cultivating character values can be implemented by: 1). Building student character by increasing their sense of caring for others. The real step that can be taken is the formation of a cadre of students to become role models for students in instilling noble character values. As exemplary figures, cadres need to be equipped with knowledge, attitudes, behavior and understanding skills related to implementing noble moral character appropriately and intelligently. 2). Building Character through habituation, one of the habituation activities can be initiated through a learning program.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan kompetensi kritis di abad ke-21, namun pemahaman mendalam tentang penggunaan teknologi yang aman, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab masih rendah di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar, terutama di daerah terpencil. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas literasi digital siswa SDN Inpres Kala, Kabupaten Bima, melalui pelatihan interaktif yang melibatkan seluruh ekosistem pendidikan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan (need assessment), dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan siswa berbasis experiential dan project-based learning, serta pendampingan bagi guru dan orang tua. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan praktis siswa, khususnya dalam aspek keamanan digital dan identifikasi hoaks. Guru dan orang tua juga mengalami peningkatan kesadaran dan kapasitas sebagai pendamping digital. Disimpulkan bahwa intervensi holistik dan kontekstual efektif dalam menanamkan fondasi literasi digital. Untuk keberlanjutan, diperlukan integrasi materi ke dalam kurikulum sekolah, penguatan peran guru sebagai fasilitator, dan kolaborasi aktif dengan orang tua dalam menciptakan ekosistem digital yang positif dan aman bagi siswa

Abstract

Klasifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak merupakan salah satu langkah terpenting dalam rekayasa perangkat lunak. Klasifikasi ini membantu pengembang untuk mengategorikan kebutuhan fungsional atau functional requirement (FR) dan kebutuhan non-fungsional atau non-functional requirement (NFR). Klasifikasi ini sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap aspek kebutuhan perangkat lunak terpenuhi dengan efisien sehingga perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan akhirnya dapat memenuhi harapan penggunanya. Namun, klasifikasi manual memerlukan waktu lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, terutama pada proyek skala besar. Sehingga pada penelitian ini kami bertujuan mengotomatisasi proses klasifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak menggunakan beberapa algoritma pembelajaran mesin seperti Logistic regression, SVM, Multinomial Naive Bayes, KNN, Random Forest, dan Decision Tree dengan ekstraksi fitur seperti TF-IDF, BoW, dan BERT menggunakan dataset PROMISE_exp yang berisi 969 kebutuhan perangkat lunak (444 FR dan 525 NFR), untuk mengetahui kombinasi terbaik antara metode ekstraksi fitur dengan algoritma klasifikasi. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa Logistic regression dengan fitur TF-IDF menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 97% di antara semua pendekatan. Model ini juga cukup seimbang dalam hal precision, recall, dan F1-Score. Model tersebut terbukti menjadi pilihan yang sangat andal untuk mengklasifikasikan kebutuhan perangkat lunak. Decision Tree yang dikombinasikan dengan BERT ternyata memiliki kinerja yang lebih buruk, yang menyatakan bahwa model ini kurang mampu menangani fitur-fitur yang kompleks dari BERT. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah pembuktian empiris bahwa model klasifikasi sederhana (Logistic Regression + TF-IDF) dapat mengungguli pendekatan kompleks berbasis transformer (BERT) untuk tugas klasifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak, memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembang dalam memilih pendekatan otomatisasi yang efektif dan efisien.   Abstract Software requirement classification is one of the most important steps in software engineering. This classification helps developers categorise functional requirements (FR) and non-functional requirements (NFR). This classification is very important to ensure that every aspect of software requirements is met efficiently so that the developed software can ultimately meet user expectations. However, manual classification is time-consuming and prone to human error, especially in large-scale projects. Therefore, in this study, we aim to automate the software requirement classification process using several machine learning algorithms such as Logistic regression, SVM, Multinomial Naive Bayes, KNN, Random Forest, and Decision Tree with feature extraction such as TF-IDF, BoW, and BERT using the PROMISE_exp dataset containing 969 software requirements (444 FR and 525 NFR), to determine the best combination of feature extraction methods with classification algorithms. The experimental results show that Logistic regression with TF-IDF features produces the highest accuracy of 97% among all approaches. This model is also quite balanced in terms of precision, recall, and F1-Score. The model proved to be a very reliable choice for classifying software requirements. Decision Tree combined with BERT turned out to have poorer performance, indicating that this model is less capable of handling the complex features of BERT. The main contribution of this research is the empirical proof that a simple classification model (Logistic Regression + TF-IDF) can outperform complex transformer-based approaches (BERT) for software requirement classification tasks, providing practical guidance for developers in choosing effective and efficient automation approaches.

Abstract

This community service program aims to implement a Development Monitoring System based on collaboration between academics and the local government in order to improve reporting efficiency, data consistency, and information validity, while strengthening the capacity of government officials to support transparent and accountable governance. The program involved 14 officials from the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Parepare City. The implementation methods included needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as training and technical assistance. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments using the Quizizz application and user satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding, particularly in technical aspects, with an accuracy increase of 25% (from 64% to 89%). In addition, the level of user satisfaction was high, with the ease-of-use score reaching 4.50 out of 5, indicating that the system was easy to operate and well accepted by users. This program highlights the importance of collaboration between academics and local government in realizing data-driven development governance and has the potential to be further developed through integration with other systems, such as the Regional Innovation System and the Performance Indicator System.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation and management of Islamic education within a decentralized educational system in West Sumatra, Indonesia, specifically in the cities of Padang and Padang Panjang. The shift from a centralized to a decentralized governance structure in 1999 provided local governments with greater autonomy over education, allowing them to tailor educational policies to the needs of their communities. This research focuses on the role of local government in overseeing Islamic education in various school types, including public schools, Islamic boarding schools, and pesantren. Using a qualitative approach, the study collects data through interviews with key stakeholders such as education authorities, school principals, and teachers as well as document analysis from government and educational institutions. The findings highlight the diverse methods of implementing Islamic education in these cities and the challenges faced by local authorities in aligning Islamic education with both national curriculum standards and religious values. The study reveals the flexibility and adaptability of schools in West Sumatra in responding to the decentralization of education and offers insights into the intersection of policy, practice, and local values in shaping the educational landscape.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fokus tim PPK Ormawa pada kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Ciasihan yaitu menghasilkan data spasial lahan pertanian dan peningkatan kapasitas kelompok tani dalam pemahaman fungsi drone untuk mendukung Smart Farming. Hasil identifikasi pada tahap pra-kegiatan adalah kurang akuratnya informasi luasan dan kondisi lahan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersusun menjadi 4 tahap kegiatan, dimulai dari paparan sosialisasi pemahaman fungsi drone untuk Smart Farming, pemetaan lahan, pelatihan dasar pengoperasian drone dan pendampingan. Evaluasi pemahaman petani pada fungsi drone dilakukan dengan meyebarkan angket pre-test dan post-test berupa form ceklist pertanyaan dengan dua jawaban positif atau negatif, form dibuat mudah diisi oleh petani. Penilaian keterampilan menerbangkan drone oleh petani di evaluasi dari hasil observasi setelah menjalani pelatihan dasar dan pendampingan menerbangkan drone. Data hasil pemotretan udara yang digunakan oleh kelompok tani dalam pengajuan dan penyesuaian subsidi pupuk, pemahaman fungsi drone untuk pertanian menunjukkan peningkatan setelah sosialisasi. Pelatihan drone berkelanjutan dibutuhkan petani, karena dari hasil observasi pemahaman teknik dasar pengoperasian drone masih 70% atau masih ada 3 dari 10 petani yang belum paham, serta adanya keterbatasan perangkat dan cuaca dan tingginya tingginya minat dari 11 kelompok tani Desa Ciasihan.Abstract: The focus of the PPK Ormawa team in community service activities in Ciasihan Village was to produce spatial data on agricultural land and increase the capacity of farmer groups in understanding the function of drones to support Smart Farming. The results of the identification in the pre-activity stage were inaccurate information on the land area and condition. The implementation of the activity was structured into 4 stages of activities, starting with the socialisation of understanding the function of drones for Smart Farming, land mapping, basic training on drone operation and mentoring. Evaluation of farmers' understanding of the function of drones was carried out by distributing pre-test and post-test questionnaires in the form of a checklist of questions with two positive or negative answers. The form was made easy for farmers to fill out. Assessment of drone flying skills by farmers was evaluated from observations after undergoing basic training and mentoring in flying drones. Data from aerial photography used by farmer groups in submitting and adjusting fertilizer subsidies, understanding of the function of drones for agriculture showed an increase after the socialisation. Continuous drone training is needed for farmers, because from observations, understanding of basic drone operating techniques is still 70%, or there are still 3 out of 10 farmers who do not understand, as well as limited equipment and weather and high interest from 11 farmer groups in Ciasihan Village.

Abstract

Modifikasi geometri pelat absorber merupakan salah satu pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan perpindahan panas pada kolektor surya, namun kajian eksperimental yang membandingkan secara langsung pengaruh bentuk gelombang segi empat dan setengah lingkaran terhadap kinerja sistem pengering jagung masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh geometri pelat absorber bergelombang segi empat dan setengah lingkaran terhadap kinerja termal kolektor dan performa pengeringan jagung menggunakan metode eksperimental langsung (direct experimental method) di bawah kondisi radiasi matahari alami. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 6 kg jagung dengan kadar air awal 25,5% (basis basah) selama 360 menit, dengan interval pengamatan setiap 45 menit. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi penurunan kadar air, kecepatan udara, laju aliran massa udara (ṁa), energi panas berguna (QU), dan efisiensi termal kolektor (ηth). Efisiensi termal tertinggi dicapai pada interval pengeringan menit ke-225, yaitu sebesar 39,8% untuk pelat segi empat dan 32% untuk pelat setengah lingkaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelat absorber segi empat memberikan kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan setengah lingkaran: kadar air akhir yang dicapai sebesar 9,2% berbanding 10,8%; kecepatan udara maksimum masing-masing 0,9 m/s dan 0,8 m/s. Peningkatan performa ini dipengaruhi oleh luas permukaan efektif yang lebih besar serta turbulensi aliran yang lebih tinggi pada geometri segi empat, sehingga optimasi geometri absorber terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas sistem pengering surya.
