Penelitian ini membahas tentang Peran media online Sripoku.com dalam mendukung pemasaran media cetak Sriwijaya Post dengan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana cara mempertahankan eksistensi media cetak sriwijaya post dalam maraknya perkembangan media online, penerapan revolusi industri 4.0 pada media cetak sriwijaya post dan bagaimana strategi media online sripoku.com dalam mendukung pemasaran media cetak Sriwijaya Post. Sumber data yaitu bersumber dari PT Sumsel Media Grafika media cetak Sriwijaya Post, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi maupun dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara mempertahankan eksistensi media cetak Sriwijaya post dalam maraknya perkembangan media online. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan pada pihak media cetak Sriwijaya Post dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa peran media online Sripoku.com dalam mendukung pemasaran media cetak Sriwijaya Post sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan media cetak, terutama dalam menghadapi dunia digitalisasi. Cara mempertahankan eksistensi Media Cetak Harian umum Sriwijaya Post yaitu dengan menjaga kualitas mulai dari memperbaiki kualitas kerts, kualitas SDM, dan kualitas berita, serta Konsisten dalam Memberikan berita yang berkualitas kepada Masyarakat. Dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 media cetak Sriwijaya Post sudah sangat siap dengan menguasai sosial media dan platform digital sehingga mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman khususnya di dunia digital.

This study aims to determine the optimum conditions of coconut milk to produce Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through combination of fermentation and enzymatic techniques. Technique is performed using a combination of the addition of yeast with a fixed concentration of 0.5 gram and pineapple extract (crude bromelain enzyme) with various concentration of 6 mL; 8 mL; 10 mL; 12 mL in 100 mL coconut cream, variations of pH 3 ; 4 ; 5 and the time of incubation for 24 hours at room temperature. Further analysis includes testing the quality of water content, free fatty acid content and iodine value obtained in the VCO. Results showed the treatment at pH 4; the addition of 0.5 grams of tempeh and 10 mL of pineapple extract produce optimum yield of 30.45 mL VCO. The test results of water content, free fatty acids and iodine value in a row is 0.27%; 0.144 mg KOH / g of oil; 7,12 mg iodine / 100 g oil. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) obtained good quality in accordance with SNI.

This research seeks to reveal the Da'wah Communication Strategy in the One Day One Juz (ODOJ) Program in Palembang. So, the question arises in this article by trying to answer what is the One Day One Juz Community (ODOJ) communication strategy for da'wah in Palembang? This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach and analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The author uses observation, interview and documentation techniques for data collection. Honed in writing through the Drive Theory by Morgan et al, this theory is described as the drive theory of motivation. According to Morgan, behavior is driven towards a goal by a drive condition within humans. The One Day One Juz program motivates members to get closer to the Al-Qur'an and be able to istiqomah read the Al-Qur'an every day. The results of this research show that the One Day One Juz program is a recitation program with a target of reading one Juz of the Al-Qur'an one day. The da'wah communication strategy carried out by the ODOJ Palembang community always invites its members to actively participate in activities, creating special groups for brothers and sisters to communicate information, advice and motivation. The ODOJ community has inhibiting factors, namely human resource factors from administrators and members and the community, factors where activities take place.

This study aims to describe the process of solving mathematical problems in the subjects of a two-variable linear equation system in terms of field-dependent cognitive style. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were 15 grade VIII students in one of the public junior high schools in Cimahi City. In this study, the instrument used was a problem-solving test consisting of 2 questions on the material of a two-variable linear equation system and interviews for 3 students with field dependent cognitive style. The results showed that the steps of solving mathematical problems of students with cognitive style field dependent were categorized as good at the stage of understanding the problem and re-examining, categorized enough at the stage of planning completion, and categorized less at the stage of implementing the completion plan. This means, if field dependent students can understand the problem or problem, it will affect the next step.

The purpose of this study is to determine how students' entrepreneurial intentions are affected by the variables digital literacy, self-efficacy, innovation, and entrepreneurship education. The participants in this study were students at Jambi University. This location was chosen primarily for its entrepreneurial education. This study employs quantitative research techniques. A questionnaire was used to collect the data, and 200 Jambi University students responded. SEM-PLS, a data analysis tool based on Smart PLS version 3.2.9, was utilized in this study. The findings of the study demonstrate: 1) Entrepreneurial intention has no significant effect on entrepreneurial education; 2) Entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect on digital literacy; 3) Entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect on self-efficacy; 4) Innovation has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention; 5) Innovation has a significant effect on Entrepreneurship Education; 6) Innovation has no significant effect on the self-efficacy of Jambi University students. As a result, it is possible to draw the conclusion that some of these variables have an effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of Jambi University students, while others have no effect at all. Every child has different potential, interests and talents. Special gifted children whose potential is optimized and properly stimulated can become one of the quality human resources owned by the country, compared to children who do not get proper stimulation. Stimulation is a variety of stimuli, such as play opportunities, learning facilities, or materials (eg stories or reading), that can trigger a child to learn or process teaching. Optimal is the highest condition in which it is possible for someone or something to do without destroying the elements that are in place. Potential are specific things that exist in children, which appear more when compared to children of their age. Interest is a strong urge for someone to do everything he wants. Whereas talent is a basic trait, intelligence and innate nature that is innate. Talent itself can be interpreted as a person's basic ability to learn in a relatively short time compared to other people, but the results are even better. In short, this is a potential possessed by a person as innate. The aim of the research is to optimize the potential, interests and talents of the children in Lalalang Village for the advancement of potential human resources in the future, namely to find out and make solutions so that the children of Lalalang Village get a direction and a place to shape their character so that they are able to understand what potential they have and are very important for the future. Penelitian ini berjudul “Persepsi Mahasiswa Jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Terhadap Aktivitas Jurnalisme Warganet di Akun Instagram @palembangterkini.official”. Media sosial saat ini sangat sering digunakan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi sehingga muncul beberapa akun untuk menyampaikan informasi dari masyarakat, salah satunya akun @palembangterkini.official. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang terhadap aktivitas kegiatan jurnalisme warganet di akun instagram @palembangterkini.official. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang terhadap jurnalisme warganet di akun instagram @palembangterkini.official. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1) Bentuk dan aktivitas warganet di akun Instagram @Palembangterkini. Official yaitu untuk memperluas wawasan tentang berita-berita teraktual tentunya mulai dari informasi tentang pendidikan, kebudayaan, keagamaan, motivasi, kriminalitas, kuliner dan kewirausahaan hal ini dapat membentuk kemahiran jurnalis dalam menganalisis berita-berita teruptodate serta bermanfaat baik kepada jurnalis maupun warganet sebagai pengikut akun Instagram @Palembangterkini.Official dalam penyajian berita juga memenuhi unsur 5W+1H. 2). Akun ini cukup diminati oleh mahasiswa jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang angakatan 2018 sebagai media untuk mengetahui peristiwa-peristiwa yang sedang terjadi di kota Palembang kemudianinformasi yang disampaikan berupa kejadian yang baru terjadi dan cukup menarik sangat membantu dan memotivasi mahasiswa mulai dari pemahaman mengenal kebudayaan, politik, berita-berita kriminalitas, wirausaha, keagamaan yang khususnya informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa jurnalis ialah seputaran pendidikan prestasi dan fashion.

The researchers obtained several points that could lead to an easier understanding of this research. In this finding, there are 4 types of the slang: blending, someone’s nicknames, shortened sentences, and society slang. The most dominant type in the findings of this study is the type of society slang with 15 data from 35 slang data found, and the least type of slang found in the lyrics of the song is the blending type as many as 5 slang from 35 slang data in the findings. The second is the slang function in the lyrics of the black eyed peas’ song. The functions that have been set as many as 14 functions: Makes a Humor, look different/follow a trend, look picturesque, attract attention, to avoid cliches, to the point/shortened sentences, increase vocabulary, avoid words that are always used, talk and to write, to make it easier to interact in social, to induce friendliness or intimacy, shows not part of the group, identity of a certain group, to be Secret. The dominant slang function is shortened word or to the point as much as 7 data from 35 slang found. And the last is the meaning that has been explained using several trusted dictionaries.

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman pengetahuan kepada para siswa SMK Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe tentang pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), sehingga tercipta kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam melakukan Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin). Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab tentang K3. Acara sosialisasi ini melibatkan siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif yang akan melaksanakan PRAKERIN. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam rangka memberikan sosialisasi tentang tentang K3, cara melaksanakan K3 dan bahaya tidak melaksanakan K3. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini diketahui bahwa adanya tingkat pemahaman peserta semakin meningkat. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil kusioner yang diberikan pretest dan posttest dari kegiatan dilaksanakan. Dari hasil kusioner menunjukkan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi, nilai rata-rata adalah 53,57 %, namun setelah mengikuti kegiatan nilai rata-rata menjadi 82,77 % maka persentase peningkatan sebesar 29,19 %. Maka dapat simpulkan sosialisasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berdampak pada peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan, sehingga dapat mencegah kecelakaan kerja selama mengikuti prakerin. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge understanding to the students of SMK Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe about the importance of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), so as to create comfort and safety in carrying out Industrial Work Practices (Prakerin). The implementation method used is through lectures, discussions and questions and answers about K3. This socialization event involves class XI students of the Department of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering who will carry out PRAKERIN. The implementation of activities in order to provide socialization about K3, how to implement K3 and the dangers of not implementing K3. From the results of this service activity, it is known that the level of understanding of participants is increasing. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire given pretest and posttest from the activities carried out. From the results of the questionnaire showed that before participating in socialization activities, the average score was 53.57%, but after participating in the activity the average score became 82.77%, the percentage increase was 29.19%. So it can be concluded that the socialization of occupational safety and health (K3) has an impact on increasing insight and knowledge, so as to prevent work accidents during prakerin. Recirculation systems are intensive cultivation methods that offer an attractive alternative to extensive systems for lobster farming. This study aims to evaluate the utilization of earthworms (Lumbricus rubellus) in the juvenile rearing of freshwater lobsters (Cherax quadricarinatus) using a recirculation system. The research was conducted at the Wet Laboratory of the Seed and Fish Feed Production Technology Study Program, Politeknik Indonesia Venezuela, from October to November 2022. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) non-factorial, consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications: A (control), B (10% of biomass), C (15% of biomass), and D (20% of biomass). The results showed that treatment D (20% of biomass) produced the highest absolute weight growth, with an average of 12.0 g, while treatment A (control) had the lowest weight with an average of 1.2 g. The highest absolute length growth was also observed in treatment D, with an average of 4.5 cm, while treatment A had the lowest length growth at 0.7 cm. The highest feed conversion ratio (FCR) was achieved by treatment B (10% of biomass) with an average of 2.57, whereas the lowest FCR was observed in treatment D with an average of 1.63. The highest molting frequency over 30 days was recorded in treatment D, while the lowest molting frequencies were found in treatments A and B. ANOVA test results indicated that the earthworm treatments significantly affected absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and molting frequency of the lobsters over 30 days. However, there was no significant effect on the survival rate (SR) of the lobsters.
