Abstract

This study examines the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) utilization through the Cici AI application, student learning autonomy, and the learning environment on academic performance in the Office Technology subject. While previous research has explored these variables separately, only a limited number of studies have investigated their combined effect, especially within the context of vocational education. To address this research gap, the study adopts a quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 105 students in Grades X and XI at SMKN 16 Jakarta using a structured online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that all three independent variables have a significant and positive impact on student learning outcomes. These results underscore the importance of integrating technological innovation, learner autonomy, and a supportive educational environment to improve academic achievement in vocational schools.

Abstract

Employee performance that is not as expected has an impact on the overall performance of the organization, so the focus of this study is to examine the influence of workload, competence on employee performance through organizational commitment studies on employees of PT Hitachi Metals Indonesia Cilegon with a total sample of 100 employees in the Quality Control Division, the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale as a rating scale, In this study, the hypothesis is tested using path analysis with SPSS and the Sobel Test, and the results show that workload has a positive effect on commitment and performance, and competence has a positive effect on employee commitment and performance. While organizational commitment can mediate between workload and performance, as well as competence and performance.

Abstract

Work readiness is one of the main assets that students must have before entering the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internships and work motivation on the work readiness of students of the Economics and Administration Education Study Program at State University of Jakarta. The research method that researchers use in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all active students of the Economics and Administration Study Program at State University of Jakarta, totaling 1,634 students and the affordable population was 318 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% so that the sample in this study amounted to 76 students. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SmartPLS version 4.0 software. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques that researchers use in this study consist of outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect together between Internships and Work Motivation on student’ Work readiness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan kewirausahaan dan spiritualitas berdampak pada karir kewirausahaan melalui motivasi untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini melibatkan 138 siswa SMK Negeri di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ekuasi struktural dengan model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), yang didukung oleh software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak ada pengaruh langsung antara spiritualitas dan motivasi berwirausaha, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan motivasi berwirausaha, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara spiritualitas dan motivasi berwirausaha, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan karir kewirausahaan, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara motivasi berwirausaha dan karir kewirausahaan, dan (6) tidak ada pengaruh langsung antara spiritualitas terhadap karir kewirausahaan melalui motivasi berwirausaha, (7) terdapat pengaruh langsung pendidikan kewirausahan terhadap karir kewirausahaan melalui motivasi berwirausaha.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the influence of mastery of soft skill and digital literacy on the work readiness of class XII students at SMKN 30 Jakarta. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population chosen by the researchers wa 173 class XII students majoring in culinary, hospitality and fashion design, class of 2023. Furthermore, the sample used was 119 students, where in determining this sample using the slovin formula with the purposive sampling method. The data in this study were analysed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The result of this study used the t or partial test, soft skills have a significant influence on work readiness with a significant value of 4,259 > 1,980 and digital literacy has an influence which is significant for work readiness, the significant for work readiness, the significant value is 4,259 7,855 > 1,980 for class XII students at SMKN 30 Jakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada prestasi akademik mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama periode 2020 dan 2021. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) adalah indikator utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur prestasi akademik mahasiswa selama masa studi mereka di perguruan tinggi. IPK dihitung dengan mengambil rata-rata nilai dari semua mata kuliah yang telah diambil oleh mahasiswa, dengan bobot yang diberikan sesuai dengan jumlah kredit setiap mata kuliah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa yaitu IPK. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, yang melihat fenomena secara objektif dan sistematis melalui penggunaan statistik, tabel, dan grafik. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara dukungan sosial serta kepercayaan diri (self-efficacy) dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan sosial dan self-efficacy dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik mahasiswa di dalam perkuliahan dan menyarankan penggunaan lebih banyak indikator untuk mengukur prestasi akademik secara komprehensif.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Ethical Behavior of Secretariat Employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. Data collection in this research used secondary data from the company and a questionnaire in the form of Google forms using random sampling techniques. The sample used in this research was 170 employees from a total population of 250 employees. This research uses SPSS by calculating multiple regression analysis and testing data hypotheses. The results of this research show that Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a significant effect on Ethical Behavior

Abstract

This research aims to find out: Description of diversity for company X employees, Types of employee diversity in Company X, Description of the constraints in managing Diversity for company X employees, and Benefits that exist in managing employee diversity in company X. Research methods used is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The unit of analysis used in this study were 4 employees who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique, starting from data reduction, data presentation, to drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that there is a lot of diversity (diversity) of employees at Company X and in the Management of Diversity at Company X which is still not structured enough due to the absence of Policies or Rules related to Employee Diversity Management in the long term. This research has limitations, namely only examining one variable, therefore it is suggested for further researchers to be able to examine more than one variable to strengthen and expand the research results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational culture applied at PT XYZ, a company engaged in the trading of safety, abrasive, tools, and coatings products as an official distributor. The approach used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with five participants from different work units, as well as field observations. The results of the study indicate that the organizational culture at PT XYZ is built on the values of hard work, honesty, and team cohesion. The implementation of this culture is evident in daily work habits, interactions between employees, and a family-based work system. Challenges in maintaining a conducive organizational culture include the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on company operations and the risk of value inconsistency when there is a deviation in attitude or lack of openness. However, organizational culture can still be maintained through informal collaboration and an adaptive management approach. This study is expected to contribute to the development of organizational culture theory and become a practical reference for similar companies in forming a strong work culture that is resilient to external challenges

Abstract

Karangsong Village in Indramayu Regency is one of the largest fish landing and marketing centers along the northern coast (Pantura) of West Java, with an average daily catch reaching 50 tons. However, this significant potential has not yet translated into substantial improvements in fishermen’s welfare, primarily due to limited marketing skills and a lack of understanding of sustainability concepts. This community service initiative aims to enhance the basic skills of marine product marketing strategies based on the Blue Economy for the fishing community in Karangsong Village. Through training and mentoring, the community is introduced to the importance of innovative seafood processing, value-added enhancement, and the application of marine ecosystem sustainability principles in fisheries business practices. The outcomes of the program indicate an increased understanding and skills among the fishermen regarding the Blue Economy concept and the urgency of maintaining sustainable fisheries practices across generations. This training is expected to serve as a starting point for building fishermen’s economic independence and strengthening coastal ecosystem resilience amidst the challenges of environmental changes and shifting market dynamics.
