Abstract

The quality of academic services at a university is a very important factor in determining the comfort for students in taking courses in higher education, whether or not academic services will also determine the level of accreditation of the university. In some literature, it shows that higher education today has become a highly competitive market where students generally look for campuses that have quality education systems and services in supporting lectures at universities as a place of education. The extent of service innovation carried out by educational institutions in supporting the transformation that has been carried out will greatly affect the quality of students and the quality of education in Higher Education including Islamic Higher Education. This research was conducted using interview methods, surveys, statistical data analysis, and in-depth documentation studies at PTKIN, this writing can provide valuable insights into the relationship between improving the quality of academic services and the transformation of State Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN) that has been carried out.

Abstract

The inability of a nation to meet all of its demands gave rise to the idea of establishing cooperation between nations, which is one of the causes of international trade. This study aims to ascertain the place of Islamic business ethics and social responsibility in global trade. The role of Islamic business ethics and social responsibility in international business is described and discussed in this study using a qualitative methodology. A literature study was utilized as the data collection method for this study. This method involves gathering information on research from books, scholarly journals, and other pub-appropriate publications used as research sources. The findings of this study suggest that business is seen in Islam as the best route to riches. As a result, all commercial activities must be conducted according to the highest standards of ethics, including refraining from engaging in acts of injustice like usury, fraud, and fraud. It is impossible to overestimate the significance of social responsibility in global business. Because of this, companies need to gain their clients’ trust by facilitating their success and granting them access to their legal rights as consumers.

Abstract

This paper is about Imam Shaykhon (Bukhari and Muslim) leaving out a narration from Imam Shafi'i. A thing that is left out is certainly not free from causes and intentions. If a narration is left out of a hadith, there must be some shadz and illat in the hadith or the person who reported it. Then, is Imam Shafi'I unjust and has many shadz and illat. From the statements of the scholars about Imam Shafi'I, that he is a Hadith expert. Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal stated that if it were not for Shafi'I, I would not know hadith. This library research relies on library research materials, such as books, books, journals, encyclopedias, and magazines, as data sources to search and track these issues. From the findings of this research, that leaving the history of Imam Shafi'I has a purpose and a veil. Leaving his narration does not mean that there is an illat, but it shows praise and honor towards Imam Shafi'I.

Abstract

Politik Identitas dalam Kajian Tafsir Al-Qur'an menjadi judul tulisan ini. Al-Qur'an dan Hadits dianggap sebagai sumber tertinggi hukum Islam. Sehingga peneliti menggunakan metode library research, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan berbagai literatur buku yang ada kaitannya dengan pembahasan ini. Persatuan dan kemasyarakatan diutamakan dalam politik identitas Islam. Islam, berbeda dengan pemikiran Kristen (dan Barat), kurang menekankan individualisme dan individualisme. Penghasutan kebencian terhadap tindakan atau diskusi apapun yang dapat mengarah pada fitnah adalah salah satu konsep pengorganisasian yang ditemukan sepanjang sejarah Islam. Frasa tiga suku kata “politik, identitas, dan al-Qur’an” digunakan untuk menggambarkan politik identitas dalam al-Qur’an. Politik mengacu pada semua hal dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemerintah suatu negara. Politik juga dapat dianggap sebagai kebijakan, atau cara bertindak untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Mengenal siapa diri Anda dan memperkenalkan diri kepada lingkungan di sekitar Anda semua dimulai dari identitas Anda, baik itu identitas individu, identitas keluarga, identitas institusi, atau bahkan identitas warga negara, mulai dari ras, suku, dan sebagainya. Bahkan Al-Qur'an secara khusus berbicara tentang pemimpin, oleh karena itu jelas bahwa Al-Qur'an tidak melarang seseorang menggunakan identitasnya untuk mencapai tujuan. Apakah pemimpin harus laki-laki atau perempuan, Muslim atau bukan, dan dari suku atau tradisi tertentu? Anda dipersilakan memiliki identitas selama sesuai dengan standar yang telah digariskan dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, karena tidak ada larangan untuk memilikinya di dalam Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Banten is one of the regions that houses a rich collection of magical manuscripts. In the Ciomas District, the Awrād manuscript of K.H. Sandra was unearthed, containing segments with magical teachings. This study aims to achieve two primary objectives: first, to identify Awrād manuscripts, and second, to contextualize these manuscripts within the lives of the Bantenese people. The research employs philological methods, encompassing manuscript inventory, description, transliteration, text editing, translation, and contextual analysis. The findings indicate that K.H. Sandra’s Awrād manuscript is a singular text, thus subjected to a standardized textual criticism process. Various errors such as omission, addition, and substitution are found in the process of textual criticism. This manuscript underscores that magical practices are deeply ingrained in the social fabric of Bantenese society, particularly in addressing challenges perceived as insurmountable through rational means. The Awrād manuscript serves as compelling evidence of the community’s steadfast belief in magical potency. These practices are not confined to social rituals but are also intertwined with religious life. This research underscores the necessity of preserving and further investigating similar manuscripts to gain a deeper understanding of Bantenese cultural heritage and magical traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of MTs Darul Mukhlashin in mathematics, especially lines and angles, through the application of the Scientific Learning Model. By involving 16 female students in a qualitative approach and Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, data were collected through interviews, documentation, and tests. The results of the analysis showed that the Scientific Learning Model was very effective; in the pre-cycle, only 4 students achieved the KKM score, but in cycle II, all students managed to meet the KKM. The application of this model makes a positive contribution to the low interest and learning outcomes of students, creating more interesting math learning and understanding the concept of lines and angles. In conclusion, the scientific approach is effective in increasing students' learning ability and improving their perception of mathematics.

Abstract

In modern times, new terms such as "playing the victim" have emerged. This study aims to discuss sacrificial play from the perspective of hadith. This research method uses the qualitative thematic method. Material objects play the victim. A formal course of morals and ethics in social life. The results of the research are summarized in the form of a hadith on victimhood. The discussion of this study explains that victimhood is independent of Islamic values ​​related to morals and ethics in social life, such as honesty, responsibility, etc., which protect the honor of one's fellowmen. The conclusion of this study on victimhood is that victimization is behavior that produces negative effects, is contrary to moral ethics in social life, and does not conform to the second guideline of Islam, the Hadith. be. Because we know that today's social life lacks morals and ethics, but as a social being who cannot live alone and needs other people, it is necessary to behave appropriately. Because there is.

Abstract

This study aims to explore mystical ritual learning methods to obtain mystical ijazah in Pesantren Salafiyah (Islamic Boarding Schools). The certificate of mysticism is a gift from the Kiai to the students. The Pesantren Salafiyah, known for its traditional approach to Islamic education, offers this unique learning experience to its students. This study examines the ritualistic aspects of obtaining a mystical diploma in the Salafi Islamic Boarding School. This study investigates the methods, practices, and teachings used by the Kiai and ustad to facilitate the spiritual growth and development of the students. Through qualitative research methods such as participant observation, interviews, and document analysis, this research explores traditions, ceremonies, and rituals integral to the learning process. The results revealed the importance of habits in enhancing the spiritual experience of students and building a solid connection with mystical teachings. Rituals include various elements, including reading sacred texts, meditation, physical exercise, and symbolic movements. In addition, the research findings explore the implications of ritual learning methods for mystical diplomas in Salafi Islamic Boarding Schools. It highlights a unique pedagogical approach by combining traditional Islamic education with esoteric teachings, encouraging a holistic understanding of spirituality. The study also discusses the challenges and opportunities contemporary Islamic educational institutions face in preserving and adapting ritual learning methods in a modern context

Abstract

This research explores the application and relevance of social ethics in the perspective of hadith in the new media era, aiming to understand how ethical principles can be applied in increasingly complex digital communication. Using qualitative methods and literature studies, the study identifies important aspects of healthy communication, such as polite language selection, information verification, and respect for individual privacy. In the context of new media, good speech serves as an indicator of faith, where individuals who maintain speech tend to show a higher level of faith. In addition, responsibility for content shared on social media is essential for creating a safe and positive communication environment. The study also highlights the importance of respecting differences of opinion and creating inclusive discussion spaces to enrich social interactions. By applying ethical values in every interaction, social media users are expected to contribute to the development of a better and harmonious digital society, providing valuable insights for individuals in improving communication ethics in the new media era.

Abstract

Analyzing the phenomena known as "hustle culture," which describes a culture of high ambition and intense labor, frequently at the sacrifice of personal wellbeing. Extreme dedication to work, giving up personal time, and internet connectivity that enables people to display their accomplishments are characteristics of hustle culture. This culture has a variety of effects on Generation Z. up the one hand, hustle culture can inspire self-reliance and an entrepreneurial mindset, giving this generation the will to experiment and take up unorthodox professions. On the other hand, the pressure to constantly be productive can lead to mental health problems, stress, and anxiety in addition to interfering with a healthy work-life balance. In contrast to other generations, Generation Z encounters hustling culture in a distinct setting. where their work style and personality are greatly influenced by technology and social media. They are nonetheless impacted by the pressure to succeed, even though they are more conscious of the value of work-life balance. Finding strategies to cope with this strain, foster an atmosphere that promotes wellbeing, and reward success without compromising mental health and interpersonal relationships is crucial for both people and society as a whole.
