Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze in depth the clothing ordering practices at the Al-Zaytun Garmen, specifically focusing on the contract, product specifications, and payment methods, as well as their compliance with the Istisna' contract principles according to Sayyid Sabiq's perspective. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the Al-Zaytun Garmen offers two ordering options: individual and mass orders. Regarding the contract aspect, there is clarity between the ordering party and the Garmen regarding transaction terms. Product specifications are also clearly outlined to ensure the final product meets customer requirements. For individual orders, payment methods involve a down payment and settlement upon product pickup, whereas mass orders use a non-cash payment system. From Sayyid Sabiq's perspective, this practice generally aligns with the principles of the Istisna' contract, particularly in terms of mutual consent and fair pricing. However, there are challenges in ensuring delivery timelines, which may reduce compliance with Sharia principles. Therefore, it is recommended that Al-Zaytun Garmen implements a digital system for real-time production tracking to ensure delivery timelines and specification compliance. Abstract

There are two main problems of this research, namely pricing in the sale and purchase of used bicycles at the Ma'had Al-Zaytun workshop and the application in the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. This research is motivated by the need to examine whether the process of pricing used bicycles has met the criteria stipulated in sharia economic law, as well as how the pricing policy in the workshop is in line with the values of honesty, willingness and justice in sharia economic law. This research aims to analyze the process of pricing used bicycles at Ma'bad Al-Zaytun Workshop and assess its suitability with the principles in sharia economic law. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation to understand the pricing practices at the workshop. The results show that the pricing of used bicycles at the Ma'had Al-Zaytun Workshop is influenced by the condition of the bicycle, repair costs, and scarcity factors. This pricing also applies the principles of fairness and transparency in accordance with sharia economic law. By offering quality used bicycles and affordable prices, transactions take place without elements of maisir, gharar, riba, and batil. Both parties benefit and the transaction is carried out on a consensual basis, reflecting social and religious values that support the creation of trust and customer satisfaction. This research is expected to be a guide for Ma'had Al-Zaytun workshops in setting fair and Shari'a-compliant prices, as well as contributing to the Islamic economic literature in the context of buying and selling used goods. Abstract

In Islam, human activities for life stages must be based on sharia principles. In sharia principles, one of the activities of renting services to get wages is known as ijarah. And as a Muslim in Indonesia, it is obligatory for us to carry out this ijarah in accordance with fiqh muamalah and laws and regulations. This study aims to explain the wage practices of rice factory workers that occur at the CV. Dua Putra Rice Factory and examine it based on the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah related to the implementation of the wage system for rice harvest workers at the CV. Dua Putra Rice Factory. This study applies a qualitative research method. This method is used so that the problems raised by researchers in this study can be answered comprehensively and represent the actual situation. While the type of research used is a case study where researchers conduct in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities, towards one or more people. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate first, that the wage system carried out by the CV Dua Putra rice factory uses a contract system with transaction details that are already known and agreed upon by both parties through an oral agreement. And second, the wage system carried out at the CV Dua Putra rice factory is in accordance with the ijarah contract, where the ijarah contract used is ijarah a'mal, which utilizes the labor of workers as the object of the contract and is in accordance with the principles of mubah, an-taradhin, justice, mutual benefit, and ta'awun but does not meet the written principles. Abstract

Ijarah is a form of muamalah that contains elements of mutual assistance, where not all individuals are able to have the facilities needed to support sports activities, so they choose to rent. The Palagan Agung Stadium, which is located in the Ma’had Al-Zaytun environment, is one of the infrastructure facilities owned by YPI Ma’had Al-Zaytun, and its management rights have been given to KOSMAZ. This facility plays a very important role in supporting sports activities for the Ma’had Al-Zaytun community. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the ijarah contract in the utilization of sports fields at the Palagan Agung Ma’had Al-Zaytun Stadium and to determine the review of muamalah principles in the ijarah contract for the utilization of sports fields at the Palagan Agung Ma’had Al-Zaytun Stadium. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews with YPI Ma’had Al- Zaytun, KOSMAZ and tenants (OPMAZ and IKAMAZ) and are equipped with documentation. The results of the study show, first: The implementation of the ijarah contract in the utilization of the sports field at the Palagan Agung Stadium involves two parties, namely the first party is YPI Ma’had Al-Zaytun as the lessor, who grants the right to manage the Palagan Agung field to KOSMAZ, and the second party is IKAMAZ and OPMAZ as the lessor. The process begins with communication between the lessee and the manager of the Palagan Agung Stadium, namely KOSMAZ, to find out the rental provisions, including the time and date of use, wages or rental fees, and payment procedures. These provisions are conveyed verbally by KOSMAZ. After the lessee agrees to the provisions, payment is made through the YPI Ma’had Al-Zaytun finances, considering that the Palagan Agung Stadium facilities belong to YPI Ma’had Al- Zaytun which are managed by KOSMAZ. Proof of payment in the form of a receipt is then submitted to KOSMAZ, after which the lessee can use the Palagan Agung Stadium facilities. Second: The principle of muamalah in the ijarah contract for the utilization of the sports field at the Palagan Agung Stadium can be concluded that this process is in accordance with the principles of muamalah. The lease transaction is carried out on the basis of an agreement and voluntarily between the two parties without any element of coercion, in this case stated in the rental process where the lessee is aware of the rental provisions for the Palagan Agung Stadium which have been set by YPI Ma’had Al-Zaytun and KOSMAZ. Abstract

This research examines the practice of ordering chicken carcasses between Kitchen units and Chicken Slaughterhouses in Al-Zaytun based on the perspective of sharia economic law. The main focus is the salam contract mechanism and the conformity of ordering practices with the pillars, terms and principles of sharia. This research aims to identify and evaluate the mechanisms and suitability of ordering practices with sharia economic law. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a field approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the greeting contract mechanism for ordering chicken carcasses between the Kitchen and the Chicken Slaughterhouse in Al-Zaytun is procedurally appropriate, from submission to delivery. However, evaluation of the suitability of practices based on the pillars, terms and principles of the salam contract revealed several discrepancies, especially regarding the official halal certification of the slaughterhouse. However, chicken slaughterhouses have implemented sharia standards which include halal, fairness, freedom from maysir, gharar and usury, as well as transparency in the implementation of contracts. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang risiko keberlangsungan UMKM mie ayam yang dengan metode penelitian pemasaran dan keungan. UMKM ini berperan penting bagi perekonomian indonesia agar memebuka peluang usaha dan lowongan. Karena kebanyakan UMKM di indonesia ini tidak menerapkan manajemen risiko yang berakibat kebangkrutan dan gulung tikar , penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan agar usaha yang di jalakan meminimalisir kemungkinan ke rugian karena usaha tidak memiliki asuransi agar usaha yang mengalami kerugian bisa di cover dengan ansuransi ini. Penelitian ini memberi edukasi pentinganya penerapan manajemen resiko yang efektif untuk memperlama jangka waktu usaha UMKM di era digital dan persaingan usaha yang ketat.

“Strategi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam Menghadapi Pasar di Era Digitalisasi (Penelitian di Usaha Cimol Bojot AA di Kelurahan Cikadut Pasir Impun Kecamatan Cimenyan Kota Bandung)”Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya era digitalisasi. UMKM Cimol Bojot AA menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam menghadapi pasar. Pertumbuhan teknologi dan internet yang semakin luas telah mengubah polaperilaku konsumen, di mana mereka cenderung lebih memilih cara berbelanja dan memesan makanan secara online.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi kepada UMKM Cimol Bojot AA karena adanya era digitalisasi. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan dan mengetahui hasil yang dicapai dari strategi yang diterapkan UMKM Cimol Bojot AA. Teori ini menyatakan bahwa masyarakat terdiri dari sistem. Dimana sistem-sistem tersebut mempunyai fungsi untuk mencapai keseimbangan.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Cimol Bojot AA telah mengadopsi beberapa strategi pengembangan yang efektif di era digitalisasi.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food for most Indonesians and is also one of the main export agricultural commodities. Based on Indonesia's GDP report, the contribution of the agricultural sector to national income (GDP) has declined over the years, from 24.8% in 1980, 19.4% in 1990, to 14.4% in 2012. In addition, agricultural businesses in the villages are still lacking in terms of capital strengthening because there are not many formal institutions that provide loans to farmers. Paguyuban Petani Penyangga Ketahanan Pangan Indonesia (P3KPI) has a goal stated in its Articles of Association to realize Indonesia's food security. The purpose of this research is to examine the practice of mudharabah muqayyadah in rice farming financing. The research method is a qualitative approach. In this study, 2 resource persons from the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School Foundation and 8 respondents who cultivate agricultural land owned by YPI, namely P3KPI members, were taken. After the data collection process is complete, the collected data will be analyzed systematically. The results show that the practice of mudharabah financing at P3KPI Al-Zaytun involves signing an MoU, where farmers work on nursery activities, land cultivation, planting, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting, then farmers apply for financing in writing to the Foundation. The foundation checks the results of the work and the supervisor signs the submission, then the funds come down from finance. It is concluded that P3KPI Al-Zaytun has carried out a mudharabah muqayyadah contract on rice crop agricultural financing in accordance with the established regulations and P3KPI Al-Zaytun has carried out alternative solutions to obstacles and defaults properly.

Abstract

Kekeringan disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan hidrologi akibat distribusi hujan yang tidak merata, yang memengaruhi pasokan air. Kabupaten Bantul, DIY, sering mengalami kekeringan, terutama di kecamatan seperti Dlingo, Imogiri, Pajangan, Piyungan, dan Kasihan. Sekitar 2000 hektar lahan pertanian terancam kekeringan karena kurangnya irigasi selama musim kemarau. Kabupaten Bantul belum memiliki pemetaan daerah rawan kekeringan, yang penting bagi BPBD. Kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk membuat Peta Kekeringan Kabupaten Bantul DIY. Langkah awal mencakup studi pendahuluan untuk memahami iklim, pola kekeringan, dan dampaknya, serta mengidentifikasi data yang relevan. Pengumpulan data melibatkan akuisisi data iklim, hidrologi, dan curah hujan dengan kolaborasi lembaga terkait. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola kekeringan, dan digunakan dalam pemetaan dengan perangkat lunak GIS. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan Peta Kekeringan dan Potensi Sumber Air Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2023. Implikasi Pembuatan peta tidak hanya menjadi alat visualisasi, tetapi juga menjadi landasan dalam manajemen bencana dan upaya mitigasi untuk Masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang praktik akad jual beli rumah yang dilakukan oleh PT Pandawa Sejahtera Bersama Propertindo di perumahan Pandawa Residence Bekasi. Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana praktik akad jual beli rumah di perumahan Pandawa Residence Bekasi dan perspektif hukum Islam terhadap praktik akad jual beli rumah di perumahan Pandawa Residence Bekasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui praktik akad jual beli rumah di perumahan Pandawa Residence Bekasi dan perspektif hukum Islam terhadap praktik akad jual beli rumah di perumahan Pandawa Residence Bekasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik akad jual beli rumah di perumahan Pandawa Residence menggunakan 2 sistem pembiayaan yaitu pembiayaan secara cash dan secara KPR, dengan yang sudah berjalan hanya menggunakan sistem pembiayaan secara KPR. Sedangkan praktik akad jual beli rumah di perumahan Pandawa Residence belum sesuai dengan hukum Islam dilihat dari segi pelaksanaan isi akadnya karena masih terdapat unsur riba pada praktik akadnya.
