Abstract

Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Bratang Binangun in Surabaya is a culinary hub that attracts many visitors, both local and tourists, due to its diverse range of affordable food and beverages. This study aims to analyze the profile, prospects, and consumer expectations at SWK Bratang Binangun, as well as formulate a business development strategy using the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) analysis. The findings show that the profile of SWK Bratang Binangun includes complete facilities such as internet access, toilets, and cleanliness that support the comfort of visitors. The prospects for SWK Bratang Binangun are very positive, supported by its strategic location and high demand for affordable, quality food. Consumer expectations focus on food quality, cleanliness, affordable prices, menu innovation, and good service. The BCG analysis revealed that the food category holds a dominant position with high market growth, placing it in the "Stars" quadrant with a relative market share of 1.67, while the beverage category falls under the "Question Marks" quadrant with higher growth potential but a smaller relative market share of 0.60. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve innovation in the beverage category and maintain the quality of service and menu development in the food category to sustain competitiveness. Keywords: SWK Bratang Binangun, Profile, Prospects, Consumer Expectations, BCG Analysis.

Abstract

Jombang Regency is one of the areas that develops broiler chicken farming centers. Jombang Regency, which consists of 20 sub-districts, almost entirely manages and develops poultry farming. One of the broiler chicken farms is located in Peterongan sub-districts, Jombang Regency, namely CV. Ayam Dekem Tengah Sawah. The problems and challenges that often become the main topic in broiler chicken farming are limited resources, including land and feed. The objective of this research is to examine the costs, income, and business feasibility of broiler chicken farming at CV. Ayam Dekem Tengah Sawah. This research employs cost analysis and business feasibility analysis methods. The findings indicate that CV. Ayam Dekem Tengah Sawah’s revenue in one periode amounts to Rp. 2.30.130.370, with an income of Rp. 1.963.147.124. The R/C ratio is 1,17 (>1), and the ROI is 8%. Therefore, it can be inferred that the broiler chicken farming business at CV. Ayam Dekem Tengah Sawah is profitable and worthy of development.Keywords: Broiler Chicken, Income, Business Feasibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sayur dan buah di Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan penjualan yang terjadi pada produk sayur dan buah di Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo yang diduga berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dan harga yang ditawarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan penetapan harga yang kompetitif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk sayur dan buah di Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak manajemen dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. This research is motivated by a decline in sales of vegetables and fruits at Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo, which is suspected to be related to the product quality and pricing offered. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are customers of Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that improving product quality and setting competitive prices can increase customer satisfaction, which in turn can encourage increased sales of vegetable and fruit products at Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for management in formulating appropriate marketing strategies to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Eustacio Coffee Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya tren konsumsi kopi dan pertumbuhan bisnis kedai kopi di kota-kota besar, termasuk Surabaya. Kualitas produk dan pelayanan menjadi dua faktor utama yang memengaruhi loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif Eustacio Coffee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh secara signifikan meskipun lebih rendah dibandingkan kualitas produk. Indikator yang paling dominan dari kualitas produk adalah kelengkapan variasi menu, sedangkan dari kualitas pelayanan adalah daya tanggap karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, pihak Eustacio Coffee diharapkan dapat mempertahankan kualitas produknya dan meningkatkan aspek pelayanan, khususnya dalam hal empati dan bukti fisik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi sebagai acuan bagi pengusaha kedai kopi dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan yang berkelanjutan. The research background is based on the increasing trend of coffee consumption and the growth of coffee shop businesses in major cities, including Surabaya. Product and service quality are two primary factors that influence customer loyalty and satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are active consumers of Eustacio Coffee. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality also has a significant effect, although to a lesser degree than product quality. The most dominant indicator of product quality is the completeness of the product variation, while for service quality, responsiveness of staff is the most notable. Based on these findings, Eustacio Coffee is expected to maintain its product quality and improve service aspects, especially in empathy and physical evidence. This research provides a reference for coffee shop entrepreneurs in developing sustainable strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
