Abstract

Hospital payment reforms, including pay-for-performance (P4P), diagnosis-related groups (DRG), bundled payments, value-based purchasing, and hybrid incentive systems, have been widely implemented to improve hospital quality, efficiency, and accountability, although empirical findings remain inconsistent across healthcare settings. This study aims to synthesize and evaluate the effectiveness of financial incentive reforms on hospital-level performance outcomes and identify the contextual factors influencing their implementation. Using a systematic review approach based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this study analyzed 28 hospital-level studies published in Scopus-indexed journals (Q1–Q3) between 2015 and 2026. The findings indicate that 67.9% of the reviewed studies reported positive associations between payment reforms and hospital performance, particularly in process-based quality indicators, readmission outcomes, and selected efficiency measures. However, the effects on mortality, equity, utilization, and cost efficiency remain heterogeneous and context-dependent. The effectiveness of reforms is influenced by incentive magnitude, payment model type, indicator specificity, regulatory environment, baseline institutional performance, and digital monitoring capacity. These findings suggest that financial incentives are more effective when integrated into coherent governance and accountability systems.

undertake. This is a form of organizational management's response to increasingly sophisticated technological developments. However, organizations cannot simply digitize and stop there to combat disruption caused by technological developments. The data analysis technique used bibliometric analysis with VOS viewer and content analysis to identify thematic codes found in the selected articles. Results: There are 4 factors included in the technology component, 6 factors included in the organizational component and 2 factors included in the environmental component. Conclusion: The results of this study explain that the success of digital transformation is not only determined by the technology adopted by the organization, but also the organization's ability to integrate technology with business strategy, organizational capabilities and changes that occur in the organization's external environment

Abstract

Hindu communities have shifted ceremonial practices from household settings to organized venues known as Griya in contemporary times. This study aims to examine the business opportunities of Griya Event Spaces as a potential solution to household economic challenges in Tampaksiring, Gianyar. This study employed a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of business opportunities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, employing a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings reveal that griya event spaces demonstrate a strong customer-oriented approach, as reflected in the quality of services provided. Nevertheless, its marketing practices remain inadequate. The management primarily adopts a passive strategy, relying on customers to initiate contact and attend ceremonies without actively engaging in promotional activities or efforts to attract visitors. Consequently, the involvement of the local community, particularly those acting as pengayah or supporting business actors, has not been optimized. Furthermore, the study identifies limitations in the proportional recording of employees and the management of human resources. The absence of a formal customer service system further reflects the reliance on conventional practices, characterized by a passive approach and a lack of proactive promotional strategies.

Abstract

Regenerative tourism addresses the limits of growth-led models, but literature remains fragmented in explaining how destination transitions are conceptualized, governed, implemented, and evaluated in practice. This study systematically reviews how destination stewardship is understood and operationalized within regenerative tourism transitions, focusing on five related questions concerning conceptualization, governance mechanisms and stakeholder arrangements, implementation pathways, measurable outcomes and indicators, and practical destination application. A Scopus-based systematic literature review of English- language, journal articles published between 2016 and 2026 was conducted, and 18 studies were included following PRISMA-based screening and eligibility assessment. The findings show that destination stewardship is emerging less as a settled concept than as a place-based, multi-actor, and restorative governance orientation. Governance is the primary operational mechanism through which regenerative transition is pursued, implementation pathways are adaptive, staged, and context-sensitive, and measurable outcomes remain the weakest part of the evidence base. Practical application is most consistently expressed through five principles: reframing destination purpose beyond growth, building governance capacity, implementing adaptively, tailoring strategy to place, and monitoring beyond conventional tourism metrics. The review contributes a review-derived analytical framework and highlights the need for clearer conceptual boundaries, stronger comparative research, and more robust destination-level regenerative indicators.
