Abstract

One of the reasons for the increase in the number of institutions offering teacher training is the increasing awareness among educators and instructors of the need to maintain and expand their competencies on an ongoing basis. With a vision and mission to become a teacher training center for Indonesian, English, Mathematics and Science subjects as well as general topics of pedagogical, social and character competencies for teacher professional development, Mentari Teachers Academy is a service unit that was founded in 2015 and offers training to educators and teachers. The aim of the research is to find out how the cost and quality of the module influence the decision of participants to take training and how it influences brand perception as an intervening variable for Mentari Teachers Academy training participants in 2024. Purposive sampling is the sampling strategy used, and the data analysis approach is path analysis with Sobel test using the SPSS 29 data processing program. The findings of this study show that brand image is positively and significantly influenced by the price and quality of the module. In addition, the choice to take training is positively and significantly influenced by cost, module quality and brand reputation. Module quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision to take training through brand image, but price apparently does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions through brand image. Keyword: Price, Mudule Quality, Brand Image, Decision to Participate in a Training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra sekolah dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan siswa memilih studi di SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan melibatkan obyek penelitian sebanyak 164 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS Versi 29. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan siswa memilih studi di SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino, 2) Citra sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan siswa memilih studi di SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino, 3) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan siswa memilih studi di SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino, 4) Kualitas pelayanan, citra sekolah, dan persepsi harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan siswa memilih studi di SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino.

Abstract

Teacher’s performance is a critical factor in achieving the educational goals of institutions. Effective human resources, including leaders and teachers, are essential in task implementation and supervision, ensuring the institution's objectives are met. Perkumpulan Strada strives to foster an excellent, caring, and service-oriented educational community. The role of teachers significantly impacts the quality of students' education. This study aims to investigate the impact of work’s discipline, work’s motivation, and work’s environment on the elementary teachers’ performance at Strada Bekasi Branch partially and simultaneously. This research used multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 29 software. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, with the entire population of 122 teachers at Strada Bekasi Branch as the sample. Data was collected through an online questionnaire. The findings revealed that work’s discipline does not significantly affect elementary teachers’ performance at Strada Bekasi Branch. However, both work’s motivation and work’s environment have partially and simultaneously a positive and significant impact on elementary teachers’ performance at Strada Bekasi Branch. Keyword: Work’s Discipline, Work’s Motivation, Work’s Environment and Teachers’ Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The decision to choose a school, which is a form of consumer behavior related to purchasing decisions, can be influenced by many factors including location, costs, facilities, school image and the quality of education provided by the school. This study aims to analyze the partial influence of school location, facilities and quality of education on parents' decisions in choosing an SPK (Cooperative Education Unit) school, with a focus on the Singapore National Academy (SNA) in Sidoarjo. These three factors were chosen because research gaps were found in previous studies that school location was not one of the factors that influenced the decision to choose a school. The research method used was a quantitative approach through questionnaires distributed to 82 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine the influence of each variable on parents' decisions. The results of the research show that the three independent variables, namely (1) school location has a significant influence on parents' decisions, (2) school facilities have a significant influence on parents' decisions, and (3) quality of education has a significant influence on parents' decisions in choosing their child's school. Of these three variables, school facilities are the most dominant factor, followed by quality of education, and then school location. This indicates that complete and adequate facilities, as well as superior quality education, are the main considerations for parents in choosing a school for their children. Keyword: School Facilities, Parental Decisions, Quality of Education, School Location, SPK Schools. Abstrak: Keputusan memilih sekolah yang merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku konsumen terkait dengan keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor termasuk lokasi, biaya, fasilitas, citra sekolah maupun kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial faktor lokasi sekolah, fasilitas, dan kualitas pendidikan terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama), dengan fokus pada Singapore National Academy (SNA) di Sidoarjo. Ketiga faktor tersebut dipilih karena ditemukan gap research pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya bahwa lokasi sekolah bukan menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan memilih sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 82 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap keputusan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas, yaitu (1) lokasi sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua, (2) fasilitas sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua, dan (3) kualitas pendidikan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih sekolah anaknya. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut, fasilitas sekolah menjadi faktor yang paling dominan, diikuti oleh kualitas pendidikan, dan kemudian lokasi sekolah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa fasilitas yang lengkap dan memadai, serta kualitas pendidikan yang unggul, menjadi pertimbangan utama bagi orang tua dalam memilih sekolah bagi anak-anak mereka. Kata kunci: Fasilitas Sekolah, Keputusan Orang Tua, Kualitas Pendidikan, Lokasi Sekolah, Sekolah SPK.

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers have a key role in determining the quality of education at Bukit Sion Middle School, Jakarta. This research aims to examine the extent to which competence, professional development, and work environment influence teacher performance. With a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 35 teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all these factors have a significant influence on teacher performance, with professional development as the main factor, followed by competency and work environment. This research underlines the importance of a comprehensive approach to supporting teachers, through relevant training, ongoing development programs and a conducive working environment. Based on the problem formulation, research objectives, research hypothesis, data analysis, and discussion of research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Competency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at Bukit Sion Middle School, Jakarta; (2) Professional Development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at Bukit Sion Middle School, Jakarta; (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at Bukit Sion Middle School, Jakarta; (4) Competence, Professional Development, Work Environment simultaneously influence the performance of teachers at Bukit Sion Jakarta Middle. Keyword: Teacher Performance, Competency, Work Environment, Professional Development. Abstrak: Guru memiliki peran kunci dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di SMP Bukit Sion Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kompetensi, pengembangan profesional, dan lingkungan kerja memengaruhi kinerja guru. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 35 guru dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan pengembangan profesional sebagai faktor utama, diikuti oleh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan menyeluruh untuk mendukung guru, melalui pelatihan yang relevan, program pengembangan yang berkelanjutan, dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of school image (brand image) and service quality on parents’ decision to choose a school, with word of mouth (WOM) as an intervening variable, in the context of SMP Bruder Pontianak as an educational institution for their children. The background of this research is a positive phenomenon: despite the growing number of private schools in Pontianak City, each offering various strengths, SMP Bruder Pontianak continues to gain the trust of parents in enrolling their children at the institution. The school consistently meets its target of admitting seven classes annually. Based on preliminary interviews during the student admission process (PPDB) and field observations prior to the study, three main factors emerged as key considerations for parents: school image (brand image), service quality, and word of mouth as an intervening factor.This research adopts a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 157 randomly selected parents of seventh-grade students. The data were analyzed using regression techniques to test the relationships between independent variables (school image and service quality), the dependent variable (parents’ decision to choose the school), and the intervening variable (word of mouth), with data processing conducted through SPSS 27.The results reveal that school image (brand image) significantly influences word of mouth, but does not directly affect the decision-making process. Service quality, on the other hand, has a positive and significant effect both on word of mouth and on the decision to choose the school. These findings suggest important implications for SMP Bruder Pontianak: to enhance its school image so it becomes a more decisive factor in parents’ school selection, and to optimize service quality to ensure that all stakeholders—especially parents—receive standardized, high-quality services. Additionally, word of mouth serves as a mediating influence through interactions among parents, friends, family members, and others. Keywords: School Image, Brand Image, Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, Decision-                Making In School Selection Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh citra sekolah (brand image), kualitas pelayanan, terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih sekolah dengan WOM sebagai intervening pada SMP Bruder Pontianak sebagai sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan bagi anak-anak mereka. Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang atau fenomena objek yang positif dimana dengan banyaknya jumlah sekolah swasta di Kota Pontianak dengan berbagai keunggulan masing-masing, namun SMP Bruder Pontianak tetap mendapat kepercayaan dari masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anaknya pada lembaga ini. Target penerimaan sebanyak tujuh kelas selalu terpenuhi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara sederhana pada saat Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) dan hasil pengamatan dilapangan dan pra penelitian dilakukan, didapatkan ada tiga faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan bagi orang tua yaitu citra sekolah (brand image), kualitas pelayanan, dan word of mouth sebagai intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang melibatkan 157 orang tua kelas tujuh dengan teknik acak (random). Data analisis menggunakan regresi untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel bebas (citra sekolah dan kualitas pelayanan) dengan variabel terikat (keputusan orang tua memilih sekolah) dan word of mouth (intervening) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Citra Sekolah (brand image) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap word of mouth. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap word of mouth dan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah. Citra sekolah memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah. Temuan ini memunculkan implikasi bagi SMP Bruder Pontianak untuk meningkatkan citra sekolah agar citra sekolah mampu menjadi salah satu faktor keputusan bagi orang tua memilih sekolah, selain itu memaksimalkan kualitas pelayanan agar semua warga sekolah atau orang tua mendapatkan pelayanan standar yang diberikan. Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the effect of employment classification and health service quality on work fulfillment through work motivation among permanent employees at PT PLN Customer Service Implementation Unit West Flores. The research method used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique on 67 employees from a population of 101 permanent employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS assistance. The results show that health service quality has a significant effect on work fulfillment (p=0.000; t=12.258) and work motivation (p=0.041; t=2.048). Work motivation proved to have a significant effect on work fulfillment (p=0.000; t=5.512). Conversely, employment classification did not significantly affect work fulfillment (p=0.273) or work motivation (p=0.772). The study concludes that health service quality is a dominant factor in increasing employee work fulfillment compared to employment status. Managerial implications indicate the need to improve health service quality as the main strategy to increase employee job satisfaction. Keywords: employment classification; health service quality; work fulfillment; work motivation; sem-pls Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh klasifikasi kepegawaian dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap work fulfillment melalui motivasi kerja pada pegawai tetap PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan Flores Bagian Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 67 pegawai dari populasi 101 pegawai tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work fulfillment (p=0,000; t=12,258) dan motivasi kerja (p=0,041; t=2,048). Motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work fulfillment (p=0,000; t=5,512). Sebaliknya, klasifikasi kepegawaian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work fulfillment (p=0,273) maupun motivasi kerja (p=0,772). Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan merupakan faktor yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan work fulfillment pegawai dibandingkan status kepegawaian. Abstract

Abstract: Indonesias motorcycle industry has experienced rapid growth, yet consumer participation in after-sales services such as periodic maintenance remains low. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on consumer decisions to engage in periodic maintenance, with service interest as a mediating variable. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 consumers from AHASS Wahana Honda Jatake, Tangerang. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Results show that promotion and CRM have no significant direct effect on consumer decisions, but both have a significant positive effect on service interest. Service interest was found to fully mediate the relationship between promotion and CRM on consumer decisions. These findings highlight the importance of fostering service interest as a strategic link between marketing efforts and customer loyalty in official motorcycle service centers.Keyword: Consumer decision, Customer relationship management, Periodic maintenance, Promotion, Service interestAbstrak: Industri sepeda motor di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, namun tingkat partisipasi konsumen dalam layanan purna jual seperti perawatan berkala masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap keputusan konsumen melakukan perawatan berkala, dengan minat service sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 responden pengguna layanan AHASS Wahana Honda Jatake, Tangerang, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan CRM tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen, tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat service. Minat service terbukti memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara promosi dan CRM terhadap keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya membangun minat service sebagai jembatan strategi promosi dan CRM dalam meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap layanan perawatan berkala di bengkel resmi.Kata kunci: Customer Relationship Management, minat service, keputusan konsumen, perawatan berkala, promosi

Abstract

Abstract: The advancement of the digital world has impacted company activities across all sectors, especially in serving consumers. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on repurchase intention, with brand awareness as a mediating variable among consumers of Wahana Honda Gunung Sahari. Using a quantitative approach with a causal associative design, the study involved 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) method. The results show that both social media and CRM significantly affect brand awareness and repurchase intention. Additionally, brand awareness is proven to be a significant partial mediator in these relationships. These findings underscore the strategic role of social media and CRM in building customer loyalty through increased brand awareness. The practical implication of this study is the importance of integrating more personalized social media and CRM strategies to encourage customer repurchase behavior. However, this study is limited by its single geographic context and quantitative approach, suggesting that future research should employ mixed methods and expand to a broader geographic scope. Keyword: Automotive, Brand Awareness, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Repurchase Intention, Social Media Abstrak: Perkembangan dunia digital membawa dampak pada aktivitas perusahaan di segala bidang, khususnya dalam melayani konsumen, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap niat pembelian ulang (repurchase intention) dengan kesadaran merek (brand awareness) sebagai variabel mediasi pada konsumen Wahana Honda Gunung Sahari. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal, penelitian melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, serta dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dan CRM secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap brand awareness dan repurchase intention. Selain itu, brand awareness terbukti menjadi mediator parsial yang signifikan dalam hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan peran strategis media sosial dan CRM dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan melalui peningkatan brand awareness. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya integrasi strategi media sosial dan CRM yang lebih personal untuk mendorong pembelian ulang konsumen. Keterbatasan studi ini terletak pada konteks geografis tunggal dan pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan, sehingga penelitian lanjutan disarankan menggunakan metode campuran dan memperluas lokasi penelitian. Kata kunci: Brand Awareness, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Media Sosial, Otomotif, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was designed to evaluate the impact of academic service quality and the availability of school facilities on parental loyalty, with parental satisfaction serving as a mediating variable in the context of school selection at SD Batari Medan. Given the increasingly competitive landscape among private schools, it is essential for educational institutions to understand the key factors that drive parental loyalty as part of their sustainability strategy. This research employed a quantitative approach and was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected from 70 respondents who had more than one child enrolled at Batari School Medan through an online questionnaire. The findings revealed that both academic service quality and school facilities significantly enhance parental satisfaction. This satisfaction, in turn, has a significant effect on loyalty and acts as a crucial mediator between service quality, facilities, and loyalty. However, the direct effects of academic service quality and facilities on parental loyalty were found to be insignificant. Therefore, parental satisfaction proves to be a key variable in fostering loyalty, indicating that schools must consistently improve academic quality and learning facilities to strengthen parents’ trust and long-term commitment. Keywords: Academic service quality, facilities, satisfaction, loyalty Abstrak: Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari kualitas pelayanan akademik dan ketersediaan fasilitas sekolah terhadap loyalitas orang tua, di mana kepuasan orang tua berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi dalam konteks pemilihan SD Batari Medan. Mengingat persaingan di antara sekolah swasta yang semakin kompetitif, penting bagi institusi pendidikan untuk memahami faktor-faktor kunci yang mendorong loyalitas orang tua sebagai bagian dari strategi keberlangsungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh dari 70 responden yang memiliki lebih dari satu anak di Batari School Medan melalui pengisian kuesioner daring. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan akademik dan fasilitas sekolah secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan orang tua. Kepuasan ini selanjutnya memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas dan menjadi penghubung penting dalam hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap loyalitas. Namun, pengaruh langsung dari kualitas pelayanan akademik dan fasilitas terhadap loyalitas orang tua tidak signifikan. Oleh karena itu, kepuasan orang tua terbukti menjadi variabel kunci dalam membangun loyalitas, sehingga sekolah perlu secara konsisten meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan sarana pembelajaran demi memperkuat kepercayaan dan komitmen jangka panjang dari para orang tua. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan academic, fasilitas, kepuasan, loyalitas
