Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Leadership Style, Reward, and Punishment on Employee Performance at Starbucks Coffee Company District 31 Bandung Area. In this study, the sample was employees at Starbucks Coffee Company District 31 Bandung Area with a total sample of 50 people. This study uses quantitative methods with probability sampling technique (saturated sample), and data analysis tools using SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at Starbucks Coffee Company District 31 Bandung Area, shows that Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Reward also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Punishment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, such as Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment Together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is the consumer of PT AHASS SIAP Motor Bandung. This study was conducted on 73 respondents using a quantitative approach. Data analysis used is regression analysis that is processed with the application of SPSS 26. The results of this study showed that the description of service quality variables (X1), price (X2), location (X3) and purchase decision (Y) are very good categories. Then in the T test (partial) there is a significant influence between the quality of Service (X1) to customer satisfaction (Y), price (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), and location (X3) to customer satisfaction. likewise, the test f (simultaneous) both independent variables, service quality (X1), price (X2) and location simultaneously affect the dependent variable customer satisfaction (Y). then, from the value of the coefficient of determination, shows customer satisfaction (Y) 91.4% influenced by service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3). Meanwhile, 8.6% were explained by variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship less than optimal performance of the employee influence working environmental condition either directly or indirectly that is, have not carried out their service duties optimally. This condition is caused by most employees in the environment of PT.Truest Tech Indonesia on average have a low hybrid working background, and low work-life balance to carry out tasks and responsibilities, so that the process of providing services to customers encounters many obstacles. Aspects of hybrid working, and work-life balance are increasingly important and urgent in improving the quality of employees or employees in order to have the ability to influence the effectiveness of service to customers which is very pervaded by various ignorance, low performance, decreased productivity and quality. The purpose of this study is to describe hybrid working, work-life balance and performance as well as to analyse the influence of hybrid working, and work-life balance on employee performance. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis of the employees of PT. Truest Tech Indonesia with a population of 100 employees. The time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analytical methods used are frequency distribution and path analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the influence of Communication, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Indonesian Cooperative University. In this research, the samples were employees at the University of Indonesia Developing with a sample size of 35 people. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques (saturated samples), and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 25.0 program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of leadership style, work environment and work discipline variables on the performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees. In this study, the samples were employees of the Arjasari Community Health Center with a sample size of 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sampling technique. And the data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at the Arjasari health center, it shows that leadership style, work environment and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously with a determination coefficient test value (R₂) of 0.978 or 97.8% so it can be interpreted as 97.8% The performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees (Y) can be explained by the variables leadership style (X₁), work environment (X₂), and work discipline (X₃)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service features, price and service quality on customer satisfaction of InDrive application service users in Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The type of data is primary and secondary research data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers using the InDrive application service. The samples used were 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this research used the Probability Sampling technique. The data analysis methods used are Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Descriptive research results show that respondents' responses to Service Features (X1), Price (X2) and Service Quality (X3) resulted in relatively poor ratings. Based on partial test results, the Service Feature variable has a t-value of 2.065 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.042 < 0.05. Then the Price variable has a t-count of 3.004 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.003 < 0.05. And the Service Quality variable has a t-value of 0.429 < 1.98498 and 0.669 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Ambassador terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Oatside di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Brand Image berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. eWOM berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Brand Ambassador tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan Brand Image, eWOM, Brand Ambassador berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan divisi mining service PT Pindad. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial. Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Return On Equity dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT Alam Sutera Tbk periode 2013-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode dokumentasi, sampel yang digunakan Non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi diambil dari seluruh laporan keuangan tahunan di PT Alam Sutera Tbk Periode 2013 – 2022. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikasi yaitu Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi, Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi dan pengujian Hipotesis yaitu Uji Parsial (Uji t) dan Uji Simultan (Uji F). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, variabel CR di peroleh nilai t hitung sebesar -.411 dimana t hitung lebih kecil dibandingkan t tabel (-.411 < 2.306), sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa H0 diterima. Dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,696 > 0.05 sehingga H0 diterima, artinya bahwa secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh antara CR dan Harga Saham, variabel ROE di peroleh nilai t hitung sebesar 1.914 dimana t hitung lebih kecil dibandingkan t tabel (1.914 < 2.306), sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa H0 diterima. Dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.104 > 0.05 sehingga H0 diterima, artinya bahwa secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh antara ROE dan Harga Saham, variabel PER di peroleh nilai t hitung sebesar -.245 dimana t hitung lebih kecil dibandingkan t tabel (-.245 < 2.306), sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa H0 diterima. Dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.814 > 0.05 sehingga H0 diterima, artinya bahwa secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh antara PER dan Harga Saham. Secara simultan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai sebesar .386 atau 38,6% yang berarti Harga Saham sebesar 38,6% dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel independen (X) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana kualitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan di Apotek Mega Bandung mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, untuk membantu manajemen meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan layanan. Penelitian ini menerapakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk menganalisis statistik deskritif dan verifikatif. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari pengamatan dan penyebaran angket kepada para responden serta data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumen dan literartut terkait. Total populasi dari penelitian adalah 638 konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di tahun 2024 dari bulan Januari sampai Maret, yang bila diterapkan pada rumus slovin, maka diperoleh 86,4 atau sebanyak 87 sampel penelitian. Sedangakan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak menggunakan metode Random Sampling tanpa kriteria khusus tertentu. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Apotek Mega Bandung. Korelasi kuat antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen serta antara harga dan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan konsumen ditemukan. Semakin baik produk dan pelayanan, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan konsumen.
