Abstract

This research focuses on formulating strategies to support the digitalisation of MSME training and coaching institutions in Indonesia, a crucial sector that supports national economic growth. Through the use of survey methods and secondary data analysis, the research identifies key factors that influence digital adoption in these institutions and formulates effective strategies to overcome barriers. The results show that training and coaching that focus on the specific needs of MSMEs, as well as the integration of information technology, can improve the digital competence and operational effectiveness of MSMEs. A post-training coaching strategy, identified through QSPM as the more attractive option, is recommended to be implemented to optimise the growth potential of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

PT Esa Dana Unggul (EsaDana) is a company that meets the needs and wants of every consumer in investment needs through the Securities Crowd Funding platform. Analysis of products and services offered to consumers is the Esa Dana Platform as a crowdfunding platform that brings together investors and companies that need financing in a cheap and easy way to invest and minimize the risk of loss. Esa Dana's human capital planning refers to the knowledge, skills and competencies possessed by individuals in the organization. By conducting proper planning to manage and develop human capital, companies ensure that they have a competent, committed and highly competitive team. Through human capital planning strategies, companies can maximize employee potential, increase productivity, and respond more effectively to market changes. In carrying out the strategy, Human Resources Planning at EsaDana Company will focus on the Market Penetration Strategy in the form of optimizing online channels. This strategy was taken as a solution in introducing the brand and product as well as running a new company engaged in crowdfunding services in Indonesia. Background - The mining contractor services business that Company will operate focuses on the process of mining overburden material and coal mining products which are carried out in an open pit manner, then the coal products will be hauled or transported to the port of the concession owner. This operational process requires operational costs in accordance with the work according to the contract, Operational costs are very influential in getting a positive profit margin, because this business is what the client or concession owner pays is the rate of $/BCM of Overburden and $/Ton of coal produced. Abstract

Background – PT ANP is a mining service company in Indonesia. startup companies in running the PT ANP mining services business really need to carry out financial analysis by calculating and analyzing existing parameters. The data obtained from this analysis will be able to assist company management in making strategic decisions both now and in the future. One such analysis is the investment feasibility analysis. In addition, a method for assessing the feasibility of an investment is also needed in identifying prospects for an investment plan. The prospect of an investment plan can be used as a basis for making decisions to accept or reject an unprofitable investment. Financial planning is an important aspect for the sustainability of PT ANP's mining services business. Method – Using financial plan framework Result – This financial analysis can help companies in financial decisions.

Abstract

In an organization, employee job satisfaction is an important factor in the management of human resources so it must be optimized, because job satisfaction determines the success of the organization's strategic goals and is able to contribute economically. Job satisfaction in an organization needs to be improved considering the current level of competition which is also getting tighter, so it is quite important to conduct research on the factors that affect the job satisfaction of architects. This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of competence on architect's motivation and the influence of professional code of ethics, competence, subjective norms and architect's motivation on architect's job satisfaction. This research uses an explanatory survey method approach with a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool online through google form. The research was conducted on May 20, 2023 until the Questionnaire was distributed to 100 members of the IAI Professional Association-Indonesian Architects Association. Multivariate statistical method namely Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to answer the research hypothesis. The results of the research prove that competence has a positive influence on motivation, competence has a positive influence on job satisfaction, subjective norms have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction and Motivation has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. While the professional code of ethics does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The implications of the results of this research for the organization should be able to increase the job satisfaction of architects, that is, by increasing their competence and work motivation. Competence can be done by improving their work skills with a variety of more challenging tasks. The same goes for work motivation, such as giving wide powers to the architect to organize his work team to always coordinate well. As for the organization of IAI as a container of architects' bonds, it should be more active in socializing the public/clients, by educating them on the importance of using the services of certified or licensed architects. For IAI, it should give strict sanctions to its members who practice by violating the code of ethics of the profession of an architect.

Abstract

Turnover intention is an early indicator of a person's likelihood to leave their job. The tendency of employees to move can cause several negative impacts including company costs for recruiting and training new employees, lower productivity, instability in terms of overall company performance and reduced satisfaction among remaining employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job characteristics, training opportunities, leadership style on turnover intention with job satisfaction as mediation. Research data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed during the survey period in February - March 2023 to 195 employees. The research data were processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that job characteristics and training opportunities have a direct negative effect on turnover intention or with job satisfaction as mediation. Meanwhile, leadership style has no direct effect on turnover intention or job satisfaction as mediation. The managerial implication of this research for companies is to improve job characteristics and training opportunities to increase job satisfaction so as to reduce turnover intention.

Human capital refers to the knowledge and research discussing the role and contribution of human resources in the context of business and management. Abstract

Mobile Fuel Station merupakan inovasi terbaru di Indonesia yang memungkinkan pengisian bahan bakar langsung ke kendaraan di lokasi yang fleksibel, terutama di area yang belum memiliki stasiun bahan bakar tetap. Fokus strategi pemasaran Mobile Fuel Station adalah pada segmentasi, targeting, positioning, dan bauran pemasaran untuk kemudian mengeksplorasi cara memperkenalkan konsep ini kepada konsumen, mengidentifikasi segmen pasar yang relevan, menentukan posisi Mobile Fuel Station dalam benak konsumen, dan merancang bauran pemasaran yang efektif. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa Mobile Fuel Station memiliki potensi besar untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada stasiun bahan bakar tetap dan memberikan layanan yang lebih nyaman bagi pengguna kendaraan roda 2.

Abstract

A new business consists with risk, As a material handling startup business in material handling rental, The Companies need quite a large amount of capital, in the Government Regulation (PP) of the Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 2021 it is stated in article 35 that medium-sized businesses are any company that has a business capital of between 5 and 10 billion. The financial goal is to maintain operational cash flow used effectively and efficiently so that the company's vision can be achieved. LogisMe planning for the smart goals and aim for financial planning, then planning the company’s expense and income, therefore LogisMe can generates for the simulation of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc. Next the investor can due diligence with analysis of the result of mix match analysis for investation ratios e.g. ARR, ROI, NPV, PP and IRR, as the result the liqudity, solvability and profitability ratios will be reported. The financial projection reflects in the both income statement, cash flow and balance sheet. Meanwhile In investment feasibility analysis, there are several important elements, namely NPV used to calculate the value of the forecast cash flow, IRR for business return rating analysis and Payback Period for analysis of the duration of initial investment returns.

Abstract

Marketing activities are a company planning tool that has been made to meet company goals. One of the plans that the company uses is to use a marketing mix strategy in introducing its products. In our writing about the laundry industry business plan with the title LINEN RENTAL LAUNDRY WITH RFID TECHNOLOGY. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a wave-based identification technology using a means called an RFID tag to retrieve remote data. RFID has a very important part which is the frequency tag and tag reader. The tag reader reads the signal emitted by the RF. The tag responds by reemitting data including a unique serial number. When determining the target market that is suitable for the type and scale of the business. PT Think Clean Laundry must understand customer needs, expectations, and preferences, and offer added value that can differentiate PT Think Clean Laundry from competitors. Build strong and professional branding. demonstrate the quality, speed, and reliability of the service, and use social media, using state-of-the-art, well-maintained, and environmentally friendly equipment. PT. Think Clean Laundry should choose washing machines, irons/steams, and materials that can produce clean, hygienic, and neat clothes or textiles, while saving operational costs and reducing environmental impact. With the determination of marketing or sales planning, the business will be declared runnable and can be seen more clearly. Marketing planning is an activity that must be carried out and planned carefully so that it can see whether a business can and should be run or not. With this marketing or sales planning, it is hoped that the company can predict the right marketing method, and be able to ensure the sustainability of the company due to maximum sales. In this study, it was found that marketing planning is needed to understand the company's potential, targets and needs, expectations and desires of customers. Therefore, marketing/sales planning is the spearhead of a business and determines whether a business can and should be run, maintained and predicts the sustainability of a business.
