Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis perencanaan dan strategi operasional yang telah diterapkan dalam pengembangan bisnis KLINIK MITHA, yang secara khusus berfokus pada layanan kesehatan dan estetika pra-pernikahan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus yang mendalam terhadap KLINIK MITHA, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perencanaan yang cermat telah menjadi landasan yang kuat bagi kesuksesan KLINIK MITHA. Ini melibatkan identifikasi pasar sasaran yang tepat, pemilihan layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, serta pengembangan infrastruktur yang memadai. Di samping itu, strategi operasional yang terintegrasi dengan baik juga memegang peran penting dalam kesuksesan bisnis ini. Dalam pelaksanaannya, KLINIK MITHA juga telah sukses menerapkan strategi pemasaran berbasis konten dan menjalin kerjasama dengan profesional di bidang kesehatan dan kecantikan. Evaluasi kinerja menunjukkan bahwa upaya ini telah menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kepuasan pelanggan dan pertumbuhan bisnis yang menggembirakan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perencanaan yang matang dan strategi operasional yang terkoordinasi dengan baik adalah faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan bisnis KLINIK MITHA. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi bisnis dan peneliti tentang pentingnya perencanaan dan strategi operasional yang efektif dalam mengelola klinik kesehatan dan estetika. Kesuksesan KLINIK MITHA merupakan contoh konkret tentang bagaimana kombinasi strategi ini dapat membantu bisnis tumbuh dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus dilakukan dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan menerapkan rencana risiko yang efektif sebagai langkah preventif untuk mencegah terjadinya peristiwa yang berpotensi mempengaruhi operasional KLINIK MITHA Pre-Marriage Healthcare and Aesthetic. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan mencakup analisis menyeluruh terhadap potensi risiko yang mungkin timbul di lingkungan klinik, dengan fokus pada identifikasi langkah-langkah mitigasi yang tepat dan sesuai konteks. Rencana risiko ini diimplementasikan melalui serangkaian langkah-langkah preventif, tindakan respons cepat, dan mekanisme pemulihan yang dapat diandalkan, membentuk suatu kerangka kerja yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rencana risiko secara signifikan mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya peristiwa yang tidak diinginkan di KLINIK MITHA. Upaya pencegahan melibatkan peningkatan pelatihan bagi staf, perbaikan protokol keamanan, dan pengembangan sistem pelaporan insiden yang efektif. Selain itu, tindakan respons cepat dan mekanisme pemulihan yang efisien terbukti sangat berperan dalam mengelola peristiwa yang mungkin terjadi, memastikan kelangsungan operasional klinik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan rencana risiko yang komprehensif dan implementasinya secara konsisten dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan keamanan dan kinerja KLINIK MITHA. Penelitian ini menyajikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana pencegahan risiko bukan hanya menjadi prasyarat, melainkan juga menjadi elemen integral dalam manajemen kualitas di fasilitas kesehatan. Melalui pendekatan proaktif terhadap risiko, klinik dapat memastikan kelangsungan operasional yang aman dan berkualitas, menjaga kepercayaan pasien, serta meningkatkan reputasi layanan kesehatan yang diberikan.

Abstract

PT Esa Dana Unggul (EsaDana) is a company that meets the needs and wants of every consumer in investment needs through the Securities Crowd Funding platform. Analysis of products and services offered to consumers is the Esa Dana Platform as a crowdfunding platform that brings together investors and companies that need financing in a cheap and easy way to invest and minimize the risk of loss. Esa Dana's human capital planning refers to the knowledge, skills and competencies possessed by individuals in the organization. By conducting proper planning to manage and develop human capital, companies ensure that they have a competent, committed and highly competitive team. Through human capital planning strategies, companies can maximize employee potential, increase productivity, and respond more effectively to market changes. In carrying out the strategy, Human Resources Planning at EsaDana Company will focus on the Market Penetration Strategy in the form of optimizing online channels. This strategy was taken as a solution in introducing the brand and product as well as running a new company engaged in crowdfunding services in Indonesia. PT Esa Dana Unggul (EsaDana) implements Human Resources strategies in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia, such as payroll systems, employee welfare, pensions, health insurance, overtime pay, and holiday allowances. Abstract

Turnover intention is an early indicator of a person's likelihood to leave their job. The tendency of employees to move can cause several negative impacts including company costs for recruiting and training new employees, lower productivity, instability in terms of overall company performance and reduced satisfaction among remaining employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job characteristics, training opportunities, leadership style on turnover intention with job satisfaction as mediation. Research data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed during the survey period in February - March 2023 to 195 employees. The research data were processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that job characteristics and training opportunities have a direct negative effect on turnover intention or with job satisfaction as mediation. Meanwhile, leadership style has no direct effect on turnover intention or job satisfaction as mediation. The managerial implication of this research for companies is to improve job characteristics and training opportunities to increase job satisfaction so as to reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

Higher education has a high position in producing competitive graduates. Competitive competitors also need to have a marketing strategy for promoting their graduates so that they can be said to be competitive and quickly absorbed by various companies. This study aimed to analyze marketing strategies as an alternative to increasing the competitiveness of Bina Insani University graduates. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this research are literature study and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that marketing strategies as an alternative to increasing the competitiveness of Bina Insani University graduates were carried out in several ways, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and sales and revenue stream projections.

Abstract

Bina Insani University Cikarang has a goal as a university that always upholds the tridharma of higher education which always provides the best in the academic and non-academic fields accompanied by adequate facilities and resources so as to be able to produce graduates who are ready to work and according to the needs of DUDI (Business World and Industrial World). In achieving its goals, Bina Insani University conducts business development planning, one of which is strategic planning and financial planning. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this study uses the literature study method. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. In analyzing strategic planning can be done with the following steps establish Long-Term objectives, the input stage, the matching stage, the decision stage, business level strategy, and learn business canvas model. While financial planning involves 5 main pillars, namely financial target objectives, financial planning elements, financial projections, investment feasibility analysis and financial performance analysis.

PT Gipan Metal Teknik Indonesia (GMTI) is a manufacturing company that has a vision of being the best company in the field of providing and fabricating abrasion resistance steel materials, as well as a mission to prioritize product quality, timely delivery, provide the best service, and provide customized products. . Therefore, in order to support the achievement of the company's vision and mission, PT GMTI must have human resources with high competitiveness for the short, medium and long term. To achieve this, PT GMTI carries out human capital strategy and planning starting from the stages of recruiting competent employees by adapting to company needs, socializing moral guidelines as a basis for employee behavior, training and developing employee skills, to career development planning such as appointing permanent employees and career promotions. . Human resource management planning has an important role in companies in increasing work productivity to support long-term business goals and results. The success of human resource management planning is determined by the accuracy of strategy selection such as predicting company projections and maximizing human resource capabilities according to the company's organizational needs.

Abstract

The unemployment rate of graduates of the Diploma Three and Bachelor Programs is still very high, this happens because the competencies possessed by graduates do not match the qualifications requested by the company and there is also a decrease in the number of vacancies because they are still in the economic recovery period after the Covid 19 pandemic, so there is an imbalance between the number of vacancies and the number of job seekers and in the end the competition for jobs becomes tighter. This makes an opportunity for universities to build and develop a university whose graduates are able to compete in the world of work to meet customer needs and qualifications. One of them is Bina Insani University Bekasi which has the advantage of equipping graduates with competencies based on main hard skills, additional hard skills and soft skill competencies. to achieve its goals, business planning is carried out to improve the quality of its graduates, and to manage the variability of external factors, a thorough risk analysis is needed. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research uses the literature study method. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that external factors can be analyzed using Porter's analysis and PETS analysis which then to deal with the variability of external factor threats in business planning projects, can be done by identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks, handling risks, communicating and consulting, monitoring and reviewing, finally recording and reporting risks. So that with a well-managed risk management function in each work unit, it is hoped that Bina Insani University Cikarang Campus can support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the company as a whole.

Abstract

Bina Insani University is one of the leading private universities in Indonesia. The development of Bina Insani University's business project on the Cikarang campus requires a large investment, both in terms of financial and human resources. Therefore, careful strategic planning is needed to ensure the success of the business development. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategic planning and human capital plan in the business development project of Bina Insani University on the Cikarang campus. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study used literature studies and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the strategic planning and human capital plan in Bina Insani University's business development project at the Cikarang campus had been carried out carefully. Strategic planning is done by establishing the long-term, input stage, the matching stage, the decision stage, the business level, and the lean business canvas model. The human capital plan is done with the stages of goals and objectives, corporate culture and values, organizational structure, human capital planning, and Human Resources Cost Projections.

Abstract

Self-belief in an individuals abilities is essential for influencing behavior, decision-making and achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of teacher self-efficacy that can influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, motivation and job performance in the scope of formal education.  This study used data collection by survey method and online questionnaire distribution, respondents were selected by purposive sampling method.  The sample of this research is teachers who teach at the kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and high school levels in the 2022-2023 school year. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. Some of the findings in this study are that self-efficacy has a direct effect on job satisfaction, motivation and job performance of teachers. Self-efficacy has no direct influence on job performance through the mediating effects of motivation and organizational commitment. The managerial implication of this study for school administrators and researchers is to strengthen the perception of teacher self-efficacy through professional development, appreciation and rewards, so that it can have a broad positive impact on teacher motivation in various aspects of life.
