Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher teaching creativity and student creativity quotient on economic learning outcomes in class X state senior high schools in East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population of this study was 11163 students of class X high school in East Jakarta, the sample selection technique used multistage random sampling, and a sample of 208 students was selected. The data collection for the teacher's teaching creativity and the creativity quotient used a questionnaire, while the learning outcomes used secondary data. This study used Path analysis. Results showed that teachers' teaching creativity significant influence on student learning outcomes, the creativity quotient insignificant influence on student learning outcomes, teacher teaching creativity significant influence on creativity quotient, and teachers' teaching creativity, mediated by creativity quotient, insignificant effect on student learning outcomes. The finding of this study implies that the teacher's teaching creativity can increase the creativity quotient of students and students' learning outcomes of economics.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much direct influence of the school environment and the attitude of the teaching profession to the intention to become a teacher, Student Education at the Faculty of Economics UNJ 2015. The study was conducted by the method used is the ex post de facto with the correlational approach dngan analysis techniques lane (Path Analysis) in which the school environment directly affects the intention to become a teacher, the attitude of the teaching profession directly influence the learning outcomes of economics, as well as the school environment directly influence the attitude the teacher procession. The results showed that there is a direct influence between the variables studied based on the hypothesis. With the test model fit obtained in accordance with the hypothesis that the model empirical model of the same value by stating that the model can be accepted. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is to evaluate the process of economy empowerment on PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan in Officer North Bekasi with targeted research that examines the implementation of economic development programs related to community participation, community capacity building, as well as assessing the degree of empowerment community. Model of evaluation which is used in this research is CIPP evaluation. In general, this evaluation model consists of four evaluation objectives, namely: Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, Product evaluation. Research results showed: there is no standard criteria or indicators to determine the receivers of loan; achievement rate in providing infrastructure BKM is 42.85%, it’s in moderate category; staffing is in accordance with the procedures set out in the guidelines; public institutions is fully established. People's understanding of revolving loans varies. Public participation has achieve minimum target of 40%. The quantity of training which can improve skill must be increased since skills owned by the members are expected can increase family income through home businesses. Perwira District has not develop partnership yet with external party such as: bank,corporate, and higher education institution. This economy empowerment program has satisfactory result, indicated by: 93% of repayment rate, 2,63% of loans at risk , 211,36% cost coverage ratio, and 6,54% return on investment.Keywords: evaluate, economy, empowerment, PNPM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teacher's creativity in learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement in class X peminatan IIS in SMA 89 Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data using a document recording techniques, observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were students of class X peminatan IIS which numbered 137 students to the overall sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there was a partial effect between the creativity of teachers in teaching with student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 3.926 is greater than t table of 1.656. Emotional intelligence of students partially also there is an influence on student achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 2.611 is greater than t table of 1.656. Simultaneously there is influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed calculated F value of 18.002 is greater than the value of F table 3,06. There are positive influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement with multiple correlation coefficient 0.460 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then known coefficient of determination (R 2) of 21.2%.

Abstract

Staff performance is very crucial in the sustainability of the company. Some factors that are thought to strongly influence performance are organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction. Thus, the study aimed to analyze the strong influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction, then to analyze the strong influence of organizational culture and work environment on performance, then analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance, finally to find out and analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture and work environment towards the performance of Seskoal soldiers through job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with data obtained through questionnaires with Likert scale assessment. With a total of 137 Seskoal soldiers. The analysis results show that organizational culture and work environment with job satisfaction are positively and significantly related, organizational culture and work environment with performance are positively and significantly related, job satisfaction with performance is positively and significantly related, there is a relationship between the influence of organizational culture and performance with mediated by job satisfaction and there is a relationship between the influence of the work environment with performance mediated by job satisfaction. Abstract

This article aimed to analyse the influence of leadership on job satisfaction of employees at the Research Agency and Human Resource of Maritime and Fisheries, the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees, the influence of leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees, the influence of the Work environment on OCB of employees, the effect of job satisfaction of employees, the influence of leadership on OCB of employees, and the influence of the work environment on OCB of employees through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was quantitative by using the survey method that has character to explain the causal relationship or ordinary correlational, namley path analysis (pathanalysis). The respondents were 218 employees in the Research Agency and Human Resource of Maritime and Fisheries. Abstract

The problem that occurs are there is lack of still ASN to understanding about JFT, and the formation of ASN placement is still not in accordance with JFT competencies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the interest of employees at JFT, Career Development influences the interest of JFT employees, the effect of competence on compensation. The study was quantitative research , the data collection methods are documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS), the samples of this research are Secretariat General Employees of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the research show that competence has a positive effect on employee interest, career development has a positive effect on employee interest, competence has a positive effect on competence has a positive effect on compensation for employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Keywords: Career Development, Compensation, Employee Interest
