Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of public services for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from the perspective of human resource management and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the Poso Regional General Hospital. This type of research is qualitative research. The results showed that transparency is open, easy to understand and accessible to all parties who need it and is provided adequately and easily understood. This dimension is felt by the community who uses the service as good, so the community evaluates it well and feels the satisfaction of the services provided. Transparency affects the service process in order to create a good impression so that the ultimate goal of satisfaction can be achieved. This dimension of accountability is the ability to provide services in a timely and consistent manner, service standards and promised times that can be accounted for. Conditional, namely the responsiveness of the apparatus in providing the services needed and being able to complete the service quickly according to the promised time period with the conditions and capabilities of the service provided by the officer. This condition situation is related to the reason and way of thinking of the apparatus shown to the customer. Participation encourages community participation in service delivery by taking into account the aspirations, needs and expectations of the community. The guarantee dimension includes knowledge, ability, politeness and trustworthiness possessed by the apparatus, free from dangers, risks, and doubts that result in disturbances in the normal structure of life. Providers and recipients of public services must fulfill the rights and obligations of each party. The inhibiting factor is the lack of apparatus resources, the lack of infrastructure and infrastructure. The supporting factors are encouraging each other's apparatus, holding coordination or evaluation meetings every three months and then giving the planting of awareness to serve the community sincerely and according to conscience.

Abstract

Background: Ketidakmampuan secara finansial dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang bermukim di wilayah Vatutela Kelurahan Tondo Kecamatan Mantikulore, tampak nyata. Salah satu ukurannya adalah ketidakmampuan pembiayaan sekolah terhadap anak-anak mereka. Banyak anak usia sekolah tidak dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya karena tidak adanya jaminan pembiayaan dari kepala rumah tangga. Wilayah Vatutela sesungguhnya mememiliki potensi alam yang cukup bagi masyarakatnya, yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai lahan pertanian, perkebunan, atau ladang. Nantinya lahan teresbeut dapat dikelola dan menjadi pekerjaan tetap bagi masyarakatnya. Beranjak dari kenyataan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan; 1) Menciptakan kerja yang menghasilkan pendapatan bagi rumah tangga; 2) Menginisiasi pengelolaan lahan yang selama ini terabaikan menjadi lahan produktif; 3) Dukungan dan pembinaan motivasi berwirausaha. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran andragogi yang bertujuan menciptakan para mitra dapat mengarahkan dirinya sendiri dan mampu menjadi guru bagi dirinya sendiri. Hasil: Tampak pada perluasan lahan garapan masyarakat oleh karena tersedianya air yang lebih dekat pada lahan perkebunan. Kesimpulan: Penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga mulai tampak dengan menghasilkan produksi perkebunan yang dapat dikonsumsi sendiri ataupun dijual di pasar seperti, jagung, kacang tanah, dan sayur-sayuran.

Abstract

The Independent-Study Campus (MBKM) policy in higher institutions has presented significant changes in the education paradigm during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the pandemic situation, the implementation of the MBKM program is initially based on online activities. This program does not present a colorful education atmosphere and focuses on student-centered learning, as well as makes the institution more autonomous with innovative learning culture which emphasizes creativity. The implementation of this program supports the student’s independence in the learning process in the higher education institutions and is flexible with the various outdoor learning which encourages personality changes and cultural exchange students. Transformative learning can be developed as an individual empowerment model that has a healthier social relationship, are more productive, are able to solve problems, make better decisions, perform self-management, optimally achieve goals, and act wisely and accountably

Abstract

Agriculture is one of very important sectors supporting regional economy.  Therefore, it is crucial for the regional government to develop existing potential agricultural sectors in its region.  The research aimed at analyzing and descripting human resources potency of agricultural extension in Sigi district.  The method of this research was designed qualitatively and analyzed descriptively aimed at depicting the research results entirely based on data that linked to the potency of agricultural human resources in Sigi district. The population of this research was purposively determined from the agricultural extension workers.  Primary and secondary data were collected through observations, interviews, and researching documents related to the research.  The human resources in Sigi district are potential in providing agricultural extension to farmers although not yet optimal due to their limited knowledge and education.  This condition should lead to comprehensive training for the workers in order to support their tasks as the extension workers.The research also showed that another problem faced by them is limited accessibility resulted from lack of infrastructure and this affects the performance of the workers in the field. Keywords: Agriculture, farmer, and human resources.

Abstract

This study describes the knowledge management applied by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in both natural and non-natural disaster conditions. SMEs need innovation and creativity to maintain business continuity so the application of knowledge management is important as limited resources greatly affect it. Therefore SMEs need to innovate and show their creativity to get out of the slump caused by the disaster. This study used a quantitative approach by conducting statistical tests and comparative tests. This study involved 200 SMEs affected by natural and non-natural disasters as the population, while the sample size was based on the Slovin formula and was determined randomly. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the knowledge management applied by SMEs during natural and non-natural disaster conditions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai Marketing Mix (9P) dari CV Rapoviaka Simple di Kota Palu. CV Rapoviaka Simple merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi cokelat premium, produk cokelatnya telah banyak diminati oleh konsumen. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan wawancara. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih tepat dari bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pemilik produk cokelat CV Rapoviaka Simple. Peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi dari UMKM terkait di lokasi penelitian. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa nilai jual produk cokelat CV Rapoviaka Simple ini terletak pada unsur promosi sedangkan promosi pada produk ini masih kurang. Tetapi, produk ini memiliki nilai ataupun indeks kepuasan yang baik dari segi product, price, place, process, people, payment, packaging dan physical evident.

Abstract

Usaha ini didirikan agar pelanggan yang menyukai makanan ringan makaroni dapat membelinya dalam berbagai rasa. Selain itu, para penjual berkesempatan untuk mengasah ketajaman bisnisnya melalui usaha makaroni goreng ini agar bisa menghasilkan keuntungan yang cukup besar. Cinlok (Camilan Lokal) merupakan produk makanan berbahan dasar makaroni yang memiliki konsep lebih beragam dari kebanyakan produk makaroni lainnya karena memiliki tampilan yang menarik dan rasa yang banyak dan bervariasi dari makaroni lainnya yaitu rasa original, jagung bakar, jagung manis, balado,daun jeruk pedas, pedas keju, pedas manis dan extra pedas. Konsumen biasanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal untuk mencapai tindakan melakukan pembelian. Salah satu faktor internal yang paling signifikan untuk membujuk pelanggan membeli adalah kualitas produk, sehingga pelaku bisnis harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut untuk membujuk pelanggan melakukan pembelian. Sugesti atau pengaruh yang diterima dari orang lain berdasarkan pengalaman pribadinya sendiri dan pengalaman orang yang dikenalnya merupakan salah satu faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk.

Abstract

Efforts to reduce and handle waste require the full participation of the community. Community participation is very important because the community as a waste producer, the community knows best about the condition of waste management in their environment. This research is a descriptive research, namely making systematic, factual, and accurate descriptions of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area. The data analysis techniques used to achieve the objectives of this study are: the Frequency Distribution analysis method, which processes data using various simple statistical calculations, for example: amounts, differences and percentages of data. The results of this study indicate that the role of youth in community participation-based waste management is very important in Kotarindau Village.

Abstract

BUMDes Sintuvu is a business institution that handles services, which was established in 2017, providing various types of services such as hand tractor rentals, pick-up car rentals, and rental of tunnel tents, chairs, reception tables, and wedding stages. The purpose of this research is to find a new marketing strategy for BUMDes Sintuvu Sikara Tobata Village. This research is a qualitative research. Methods of data collection through interviews and documentation. The result of this study is a marketing strategy through the marketing mix using the 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Conclusion The products/services of Sintuvu BUMDes were chosen so that the products implemented facilitate the needs of the community and do not compete with the community, Sintuvu BUMDes provide the best service to be accepted by the community and satisfying service.
