The purpose of this study is to find out the application of administrative technology in teacher knowledge transfer which will be used as a follow-up to implementing administrative technology and also to find out the development of teachers in completing administration using technology. The method used in an effort to achieve this goal is observation by conducting direct observations in the field to find out what conditions occur what the school needs and what obstacles occur. Through knowledge transfer, some teachers who previously had difficulty using technology, especially laptops, are slowly getting used to it, they are starting to arrange administration using technology and storing files on laptops. This program is expected to provide direct benefits to teachers, especially SD Inpres Boyaoge teachers in increasing knowledge, skills, in completing administration using technology.

Today the development of the retail business in Indonesia shows a very positive trend. This is shown by the ever-increasing number of minimarkets in Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan and aims to determine the implementation of retail management strategies at PT. Bumi Nyiur Supermarket head office. This research is a qualitative research and primary data sources using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation uses four management aspects, namely marketing aspects, production aspects, human resource management aspects and financial aspects.

Kangvifo FnB is a business engaged in the service sector, Kangvifo was founded in February 2021 which was founded by several people to meet the community's needs for food and beverage product photo service providers, in Palu City there are many MSMEs so that this is a big business opportunity for Kangvifo FnB. In entrepreneurship, of course, it is necessary to apply the science of financial governance in order to develop a business so that it can develop. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the science of financial governance in the Kangvifo FnB business. The research method uses qualitative data, the data source is primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation of financial reports from September to December. The results of this study indicate the application of the science of financial governance to the Kangvifo FnB business, which previously did not carry out financial management properly and after being assisted has carried out such planning as making a price list for the types of product photos to be photographed, sales targets, and has recorded reports. working capital, statement of cash flows, and statement of income

Indonesia's economy is largely driven by increasing household consumption and one of the fast-growing industries is the food and beverage industry Researchers conduct research on innovation strategies that can be carried out in an effort to influence the development of Narasa Potato's sales production. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze what innovation steps can significantly affect business development and analyze the position of the ongoing business and formulate innovations that need to be done to overcome existing problems. Based on the problems that occur in the Narasa Potato business, the purpose of this study is to formulate an innovation strategy that can be used in the development of the Narasa Potato business.

Macaroni is a pasta that looks like a small pipe that is bent to form an arc. Macaroni comes from the word maccheroni which was adapted from the Sicilian language maccaruni which means dough made with power. Macaroni is made from wheat flour, water and wheat flour. Macaroni contains iron, folic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin B3. The specific objectives of this research study are: to provide creative and innovative capabilities, to be keen to see opportunities and to always be open to any input and positive changes that can lead a business to continue to grow. Business must have value and benefits where this can be done through the application of the concept of social entrepreneurship. Research objectives: Provide opportunities to create business activities through analysis of market needs and opportunities. The form of learning is in the form of direct entrepreneurial practice carried out in a planned and programmed manner. The MBKM Entrepreneurial Program also makes a significant contribution as a research program that provides SME innovation and business performance growth that is currently developing.

The digital ecosystem is a source of information technology that is interrelated and can be used as a unified whole. So, this system is likely to be used by various parties such as consumers, suppliers, data providers. Trading partners, and many more. This digital ecosystem formed by PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna connects distributors, retail aggregators and companies as facilitators. The application used to run this digital ecosystem is named AYO MITRA SRC, then with this application, distributors or so-called Partners will provide ordering services through the Ayo SRC application, this provides convenience and increases effectiveness in transactions, which does not need to exist queuing to select and count goods resulting in an increase in service quality and partner capacity, one of which is in terms of neater and more structured sales records.

Family financial planning and management counseling activities for housewives were carried out in Kaliburu Village, Sindue Tombusabora District, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi. Housewives play an important role as regulators of family finances. The background to the implementation of this activity is that there are still many people who spend money beyond what is needed and beyond their own income, so that they are trapped in debt and unable to pay bills on the grounds that they are running out of funds. This counseling activity was carried out with the aim of providing an understanding of housewives in Kaliburu Village so that they know the importance of planning and how to carry out good family financial management. This activity was attended by 10 participants on Thursday, December 22, 2022. The methods used were counseling, discussion, and question and answer. This activity was carried out well, it can be seen from the results after counseling 100% of participants understood the importance of family planning, before counseling only 30% of participants. Participants who knew how to plan and manage family finances reached 80% from only 20% previously. Participants who had carried out family financial planning well reached 50%, previously only 10%.

The role of Posyandu cadres in supporting the handling of stunting rates is really needed, not only when Posyandu cadres should also make visits to toddlers' homes by providing health education. Mothers also have to realize that Posyandu is also important in the growth and development of toddlers. This research examines the role of posyandu cadres in supporting the handling of stunting rates. Based on the results of the implementation of this community service program, it was found that the role of posyandu cadres was appreciated by the community, namely such as informing the implementation of the posyandu regularly but the cadres never provided general counseling about the importance of posyandu activities. Therefore, in order to achieve posyandu implementation, cadres should carry out all their duties properly, especially cadres must also frequently provide health education to the community, especially mothers and toddlers.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perubahan struktur organisasi dan kinerja perusahaan di PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Cabang Palu). Perubahan lingkungan bisnis mengharuskan PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Cabang Palu) untuk merumuskan suatu strategi dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan tersebut. Menurut informan kunci salah satu strategi perusahaan yang dilakukan oleh PT. TMCI adalah melakukan perubahan pada struktur organisasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan 11 sampel informan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Nvivo 11 Plus yang merupakan alat bantu pengolahan data kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. TMCI dihadapkan dengan situasi persaingan yang ketat dalam memperebutkan kakao menyebabkan harga beli yang ditawarkan oleh mitra bisnis semakin meningkat. Untuk menghadapi situasi ini PT. TMCI harus menekan biaya pengeluaran dan produksi. Cara yang dilakukan dalam menekan biaya ini adalah menghapus beberapa divisi yang sejenis untuk meminimalkan biaya yang tidak perlu. Penghapusan divisi ini menyiapkan beberapa perencanaan seperti sistem, motivasi, dan kerja sama untuk menunjang keberhasilan dari perubahan struktur yang dilakukan PT. TMCI. Adapun dampak positif dari perubahan yang terjadi yaitu tingkat kesalahan pekerjaan yang semakin menurun, ketepatan waktu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, jumlah penjualan semakin meningkat dan pendapatan perusahaan semakin bertambah.Kata Kunci: Perubahan Struktur, Kinerja Perusahaan AbstractThis research aims to analyze the process of organizational structure change and company performance at PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Palu Branch). Changes in the business environment require PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Palu Branch) to formulate a strategy for dealing with these challenges. According to key informants, one of the company's strategies was carried out by PT. TMCI is making changes to its organizational structure. It used a qualitative research approach with 11 samples of informants. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data processing in this research used Nvivo 11 Plus which is a qualitative data processing tool. The results indicate that PT. TMCI is faced with a situation of intense competition for cocoa, causing the purchase price offered by business partners to increase. To deal with this situation PT. TMCI must reduce production costs. The way to reduce these costs is to remove several similar divisions to minimize unnecessary costs. The abolition of this division prepared several plans such as systems, motivation, and cooperation to support the success of the structural changes made by PT. TMCI. The positive impact of the changes that occur is the decreasing rate of work errors, punctuality in completing work, the number of sales is increasing and the company's income is increasing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palu. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan yang aktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif serta jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sensus dengan total responden lima puluh lima orang, serta menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel karakteristik individu dan pengalaman kerja secara serempak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palu. Kemudian secara parsial, karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palu, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah air Minum Kota palu.
