Abstract

Justice is a fundamental principle in Islam and is critically important in educational management. This study aims to analyze the concept of justice in the 24th Hadith of Arba'in An-Nawawi and explore its implementation in contemporary Islamic educational management. The research employs a qualitative library approach, integrating textual hadith analysis with contextualization in modern Islamic educational management. Primary data sources include the Arba'in An-Nawawi collection and its commentaries, while secondary sources encompass Islamic educational management literature. The research reveals three dimensions of justice: accessibility, processual, and outcome-based. It formulates four practical implementation models: inclusive planning, participatory organization, transformative leadership, and transparent control. Findings demonstrate that justice implementation requires a structural and cultural transformation in Islamic educational systems, encompassing policy reform, recruitment systems, learning methods, and evaluation mechanisms. The study contributes to developing a holistic, inclusive, and empowering Islamic educational management approach.

Abstract

SMP Karya Pertiwi is one of the educational institutions that has a hidden Islamic curriculum. In practice, these management principles need systematic application.The principles in Islamic education management include faith and morals, deliberation, justice and equality, division of work and tasks, guided by management functions, cooperation and sincerity The aim of this research is to analyze the process of implementing the principles of Islamic education management from a hadith perspective at SMP Karya Pertiwi. This method used in this research is qualitative with a case study method. To find out the extent of the process of implementing the principles of educational management. Meanwhile for data collection, the process of interview observation and documentation was used. The result of this research are not yet fully effective in implementing educational management principles in the form of justice and solidarity. So, further follow-up is needed to ensure the continuity of education management in SMP Karya Pertiwi
