Abstract

Teachers have a key role in the education system. They are responsible for providing quality education to students, which impacts on the development of individuals, communities and nations. Therefore, improving teacher professionalism is essential in efforts to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to analyse strategies for developing teacher professionalism through ChatGPT support in the context of education management. It involves an investigation of the literature using a qualitative approach, which entails the assessment and interpretation of data and written materials originating from diverse sources. The conclusion of the strategy of developing teacher professionalism through ChatGPT support in the context of education management is that the utilisation of artificial intelligence can be a very useful tool in advancing the quality of education. ChatGPT can provide quick access to information, training recommendations, and even collaboration in teaching planning. However, it is important to remember that teachers still play a key role in education, and ChatGPT should only be used as a support tool. Therefore, in implementing this strategy, there needs to be clear policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of ChatGPT.

Abstract

Higher education plays a pivotal role in developing high-quality and competitive human resources. In this era of globalization, the dynamics of higher education environments are becoming increasingly complex, requiring innovative management to address challenges and ensure quality improvement. This research aims to elucidate innovative strategies for enhancing the quality of higher education management through human resource development and the critical role of communication. The study employs a qualitative literature review method with a literature search approach on academic sources. The primary data sources are obtained from Google Scholar, an online scholarly search platform, encompassing articles, books, theses, and other academic publications. The data collection period spans from 2013 to 2024, ensuring that the literature used is relatively recent and relevant to the current research context. The study's findings indicate that in the face of the increasingly complex dynamics of higher education, the successful implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the quality of higher education management is crucial. From the aforementioned exposition, it can be concluded that human resource development, collaboration with industries, the critical role of communication, and the utilization of technology are the main pillars that can guide higher education institutions towards greater achievements.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in a country's economy. Information technology (IT) can enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in adopting this technology. This research aims to examine human resource management (HRM) strategies to enhance IT adoption in MSMEs from an organizational innovation perspective. The research method employed is a literature review with a qualitative approach utilizing descriptive analysis. The steps taken in this research involve rigorous selection of relevant articles published between 2012-2024 on Google Scholar. The study results indicate that effective HRM is key to success in adopting information technology. This involves competency mapping, fostering an organizational culture supportive of innovation, integrating HRM development into technology adoption strategies, visionary leadership, and ongoing evaluation.

Abstract

In an ever-changing business environment, organizations must be able to adapt to remain relevant. Change is no longer a one-time occurrence but a constant that needs to be managed effectively. This research aims to analyze the role of value-based leadership in shaping an organizational culture that supports sustainable change. The research method employed is a literature review with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. Data for this research were gathered from Google Scholar within the timeframe of 2004-2024. The findings indicate that leaders with a value-based approach play a crucial role in shaping an organizational culture that supports sustainable change. They are responsible for communicating and reinforcing core values, developing a focused vision, building trust and team member engagement, as well as promoting continuous learning. Additionally, they must be adept at managing conflicts, considering sustainability aspects in resource management, and confronting uncertainty with flexibility and adaptability. Value-based leaders also need to ensure that proposed changes align with the interests of all organizational stakeholders.
