Abstrak : Tindak Pidana merupakan gejala sosial yang senantiasa dihadapi oleh setiap masyarakat. Saat seorang narapidana menjalani vonis yang dijatuhkan oleh Pengadilan, maka hak-hak sebagai warga negara akan dibatasi ruang geraknya karena ditempatkan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Tetapi masih ada hak-hak narapidana khususnya perempuan yang harus dilindungi dalam sistem Pemasyarakatan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemenuhan hak-hak Narapidana perempuan ditinjau dari UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pemasyarakatan dan bagaimana tinjauan maqashid al syariah terhadap hak-hak Narapidana perempuan pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas II A Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif analitik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket/kuesioner. Berdasarkan data yang ada maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hak-hak Narapidana yang berada di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas II A Bandar Lampung sudah terpenuhi, hak tersebut meliputi hak kesehatan, hak keamanan dan hak-hak lain seperti cuti bersyarat, cuti menjelang bebas dan mendapatkan kunjungan. Dan hak-hak yang diberikan juga telah selaras dengan Maqashid Al Syariah, meliputi: perlindungan jiwa (hifz al-nafs), perlindungan agama (hifz al-din), perlindungan akal (hifz al-‘aql) dan perlindungan keturunan (hifz al nasl)Kata kunci: Maqashid Al Syariah, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan, Hak Narapidana Perempuan.

Salah satu tujuan berlakunya praktik kafa’ah adalah dalam rangka menghindari dampak negatif terhadap pasangan suami istri yang dianggap tidak setara atau tidak sepadan. Hanya saja, kesetaraan di sini justru kemudian memunculkan dampak yang tidak baik karena kecenderungan kesetaraan adalah untuk membeda-bedakan kasta, derajat, kebangsawanan dan terkesan merendahkan, maka di sinilah kemudian justru bertentangan dengan prinsip hukum Islam. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengupas secara kritis eksistensi kafa’ah yang kemudian me-rekonseptualisasi kesataraan dalam pernikahan yang terbebas dari sistem kelas sosial. Penelitain yang dilaksanakan secara kulaitatif serta merujuk dari berbagai sumber buku, jurnal, dan sumber lain untuk menggali konsep kafa’ah. Temuan penelitian, kesetaraan dalam rumah tangga yang bukan berdasarkan agama sejatinya hanya bersifat sosiologis semata, dan terkesan mengkonstruksi sebuah kasta dan perbandingan derajat, bahkan sampai pada merendahkan yang justru bertentangan dengan prinsip dalam hukum Islam. Maka konsep kesetaraan perlu dikaji secara kritis dan mendalam

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of problem solving techniques group guidance on time managamenet learning of eighth grade students Abu Daud in SMP Islam Terpadu Nurul Fadhilah. This research method is a quantitative method with the type of experimental research, the design used in the study is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects were 10 people from Class VIII Abu Daud. The data were collected using the time management learning scale. Data analysis techniques using Wilcoxon Test with the help of SPSS for Windows version 27. The results obtained an average pre-test with a score of 159.7 and an average post-test with a score of 176.1. Based on the results of pre-test and post-test, the difference in scores was 194 with a percentage of 19.4% so that there was an increase in student learning time management. While the results of the hypothesis test Asymmp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.005<0.05 with the criteria if the value is asymptotic. Sig. (2-tailed) obtained less than 0.05 then there is a significant difference in the level of learning time management before and after following the guidance Group problem solving techniques. H0 rejected and H1 accepted, it can be concluded that the results showed that there is an influence of problem solving techniques group guidance on learning time management of eighth grade students Abu Daud SMP it Nurul Fadhilah T.A 2023/2024.

Deep Learning is a popular Machine Learning algorithm that is widely used in many areas in current daily life. Its robust performance and ready-to-use frameworks and architectures enables many people to develop various Deep Learning-based software or systems to support human tasks and activities. Traffic monitoring is one area that utilizes Deep Learning for several purposes. By using cameras installed in some spots on the roads, many tasks such as vehicle counting, vehicle identification, traffic violation monitoring, vehicle speed monitoring, etc. can be realized. In this paper, we discuss a Deep Learning implementation to create a vehicle counting system without having to track the vehicles movements. To enhance the system performance and to reduce time in deploying Deep Learning architecture, hence pretrained model of YOLOv5 is used in this research due to its good performance and moderate computational time in object detection. This research aims to create a simple vehicle counting system to help human in classify and counting the vehicles that cross the street. The counting is based on four types of vehicles, i.e. car, motorcycle, bus, and truck, while previous research counts the car only. As the result, our proposed system capable to count the vehicles crossing the road based on video captured by camera with the highest accuracy of 97.72%

This study uses three algorithms, namely Naive Bayes (NB), K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Then, the three methods are supplemented with the use of SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), which will later be compared with the three methods to obtain good accuracy results. It is hoped that the use of SMOTE in this study can be a solution in handling imbalanced data, because the influence of imbalanced data is very large on the results of the model obtained, since algorithm processing that does not take into account data imbalance will tend to be dominated by the major class and ignore the minor class. Similarly, the use of Particle Swarm Optimization is expected to increase attribute weights and improve the accuracy of an algorithm and data classification. The model that obtained the best evaluation results was the Support Vector Model using SMOTE and Particle Swarm Optimization, with an accuracy value of 81.15%.

Education is a necessity for everyone. By education, people will clever and can solve both social and economy problems in their family. Because of that reason, parent’s involvement in children education can be interpreted as indicator how their perception about education. Most of people in Keter Laut Island have profession as fisherman which depend on yield of ocean’s catch. It makes parent sometime forget their duty as first agent of socialization in family and also forget right of the children. It a must for parent to make a life and be responsible to their family, not involve children to work, especially for whom need education and lesson at school. The goal of this research is to know how parent’s motivation in formal education for children in Keter Laut Island. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative, which use both of interpretative and naturalistic approach to the main study (Subject of Matter). The population of this research is parents who have children attend school. The sample is taken by Saturated Sampling technique. There are 20 people as the sample. From this research, all parents in Keter Laut Island want their children have a better education because by education, intelligence will improve and of course it will change people’s life in Keter Laut Island include their economy sector. Beside of that, parents also do not want their children have same destiny as their parents who have profession as a fisherman while their income just enough barely to live on.

In determining the position of kiblat, commonly there are two techniques: calculation and measurement. One of the calculation techniques is the use of spherical trigonometry formula. Spherical trigonometry utilizes the formula of spherical triangle with earth as model. Another formula useful for determining of kiblat is the formula of analogy by Napier. The function of the formula is to calculate one angle between two places in the spherical triangle. This research is comparing the implementation of spherical trigonometry and Napier’s analogy. The finding reveals that spherical trigonometry is more accurate in determining the position of kiblat than Napier’s analogy.

Keamanan aplikasi web modern menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks karena munculnya serangan dinamis saat runtime. Mekanisme pertahanan tradisional seperti Web Application Firewall (WAF) dan Intrusion Detection System (IDS) terbatas karena hanya beroperasi secara statis di luar konteks aplikasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Model Konseptual Arsitektur Pertahanan Diri Runtime Adaptif yang mengintegrasikan Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP), Behaviour Analysis, dan kerangka Monitor–Analyze–Plan–Execute over Knowledge (MAPE-K). Model ini dirancang untuk menciptakan sistem keamanan yang mampu memantau, menilai, dan menyesuaikan kebijakan pertahanan secara mandiri berdasarkan perilaku aktual aplikasi. Dengan pendekatan konseptual dan analisis teori sintetis, penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur pertahanan diri berbasis umpan balik adaptif (adaptive feedback loop). Arsitektur ini memungkinkan pengubahan data perilaku menjadi keputusan kontekstual, kemudian dievaluasi melalui Knowledge Base untuk pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model ini memperluas konsep perlindungan aplikasi menuju kerangka keamanan otonom, di mana aspek keamanan menjadi tidak lagi reaktif, tetapi reflektif dan evolusioner. Secara praktis, model ini memberi dasar bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk membangun agen keamanan internal yang adaptif, serta bagi institusi keamanan siber dalam merancang platform otonom yang mampu belajar dari pola serangan aktual. Penelitian selanjutnya akan fokus pada pengujian empiris efektivitas model, pengembangan mekanisme meta-adaptif, dan aplikasi dalam lingkungan cloud multi-tenant untuk menilai skala dan stabilitas sistem pertahanan diri adaptif.

Nilai yang hilang membutuhkan preprosesing dengan teknik imputasi untuk menghasilkan data yang lengkap. Proses imputasi membutuhkan initial bobot yang sesuai, karena data yang dihasilkan adalah data pengganti. Pemilihan nilai bobot yang optimal dan kesesuaian nilai K pada metode K-Means Imputation (KMI) merupakan masalah besar, sehingga menimbulkan error semakin meningkat. Model gabungan algoritma genetika (GA) dan KMI atau yang dikenal GAKMI digunakan untuk menentukan bobot optimal pada setiap cluster data yang mengandung nilai yang hilang. Algoritma genetika digunakan untuk memilih bobot dengan menggunakan pengkodean bilangan riel pada kromosom. Model hybrid GA dan KMI dengan pengelompokan menggunakan jumlah jarak Euclidian setiap titik data dari pusat clusternya. Pengukuran kinerja algoritma menggunakan fungsi kebugaran optimal dengan nilai MSE terkecil. Hasil percobaan data hepatitis menunjukkan bahwa GA efisien dalam menemukan nilai bobot awal optimal dari ruang pencarian yang besar. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan nilai MSE =0.044 pada K=3 dan replika ke-5 menunjukkan kinerja GAKMI menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan yang rendah untuk data hepatitis dengan atribut campuran. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan pengujian tingkat imputasi menunjukkan algoritma GAKMI menghasilkan nilai r = 0.526 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan GAKMI menghasilkan nilai r yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode imputasi lainnya sehingga dianggap paling baik dibandingkan teknik imputasi secara umum. AbstractMissing values require preprocessing techniques as imputation to produce complete data. Complete data imputation results require the appropriate initial weights, because the resulting data is replacement data. The choice of the optimal weighting value and the suitability of the network nodes in the K-Means Imputation (KMI) method are big problems, causing increasing errors. The combined model of Genetic Algorithm (GA) and KMI is used to determine the optimal weights for each data cluster containing missing values. Genetic algorithm is used to select weights by using real number coding on chromosomes. GA is applied to the KMI using clustering calculated using the sum of the Euclidean distances of each data point from the center of the cluster. Performance measurement algorithms using the fitness function optimally with the smallest MSE value. The results of the hepatitis data experiment show that GA is efficient in finding the optimal initial weight value from a large search space. The results of calculations using the MSE value = 0.04 for K = 3 and the 5th replication. So, GAKMI resulted in a low error rate for mixed data. The results of research using imputation level testing performed GAKMI produced r = 0.526 higher than the other methods. Thus, the higher the r value, the best for the imputation technique.

The aim of this research is to look at the emotional development of teenagers and the impact of Islamic religious education because many teenagers today cannot control their emotions when they speak and behave. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is a type of literature study. Sources of information about data collection techniques can be found in relevant literature, such as journals, books, documents and online literature. The results of this research show that emotional development during late adolescence is a process of emotional maturity, which causes teenagers to behave more realistically and not be reckless when making decisions. The emotional patterns of late adolescents are not much different from the emotional patterns of children; however, what differentiates them is the stimulus that causes their emotions to increase. Islamic education has a significant impact on the emotional development of young adolescents. Keywords: Emotional Development, Development of Late Adolescents, Emotional Development
