Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online licensing services have on community satisfaction at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Takalar Regency. This research is a quantitative type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data is obtained through validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that online licensing services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Based on the results of the summary model output, the regression value (R) is 0.839 and is positive and the R Square value is 0.704, it can be concluded that variable X (online licensing services) has an influence of 70.4% on variable Y (public satisfaction) and the rest of 29.6% influenced by other factors. Which means the online licensing service site at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service of Takalar Regency is quite good at increasing community satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penyelesaian Perkara Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Di Polres Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian efektivitas penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas di polres Kabupaten soppeng sebagaimana sudah efektif.  hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator efektivitas yang meliputi: Pencapaian Tujuan yang telah tercapai untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketertiban dan kedisiplinan masyarakat saat berlalu lintas serta dapat mengurangi pelanggaran lalu lintas setiap tahun dengan melakukan dua upaya yang pertama upaya preventif yaitu mencegah terjadinya suatu pelanggaran, yang kedua upaya represif yaitu untuk menindaki masyarakat yang melakukan pelanggaran agar ada efek jerahnya. Integrasi yang sudah dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan sosialisasi bersama masyarakat dan remaja agar pengetahuan mereka lebih luas lagi dalam berlalu lintas.dan adaptasi yang sudah diterapkan baik dari pihak pengadilan Negeri kepada masyarakat mengenai proses menyelesaikan perkara. Pelanggar akan disidang oleh hakim dan hakim akan memutuskan berapa denda yang akan dibayar oleh Pelanggar, namun karna adanya Perma Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 bahwa pelanggar untuk tidak menghadiri sidang. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Mobile JKN health service innovation at the Bantaeng Regency BPJS Health Office. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive type and data is collected using observation and interview techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Mobile JKN innovation has not run optimally because application users have not reached all levels of society in order to provide quality services to the community. One of the unique features of the Mobile JKN application is the data change feature that is dominantly used and makes it easier for participants without needing to take care of administrative requirements at the BPJS Health Office. The quality of the Mobile JKN application can be seen by the large number of uses of the latest features, such as the online queue feature so that it can reduce the long queues that often occur at health facilities. The multi-functionality of the Mobile JKN application by providing more than 18 features makes it easier for participants to access services designed according to participant needs so that participants are comfortable in using the application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Micro Business Assistance Program (BPUM) policy in the Department of Trade, Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bulukumba Regency by referring to the Implementation indicators by George C. Edward, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition (tendencies) , Bureaucratic structure and This type of research uses qualitative methods which aim to provide an overview of the implementation of the Micro Business Assistance Program (BPUM) policy in Trade, Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bulukumba Regency. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews, and secondary data taken from documents, notes, reports and official archives which can be supported by the integrity of the primary data.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the analysis of the service quality variable is in the very good category with an average of 84.6 and the analysis of the community satisfaction variable is in the very good category with an average score of 86.26. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it shows that the service quality variable has an effect of 0.96% on community satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the ethics of administrative services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Office. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological research type. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the ethics of administrative services from 3 aspects, namely Equal Rights, Loyalty and Responsibility, are quite good. This can be seen from (a) Equality, namely the absence of discrimination or nepotism in serving the community who are carrying out population administration. (b) Loyalty, employees have complied with applicable official regulations as closely as possible. (c) Responsibility, this is based on the employee's responsibility in carrying out and completing their work well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of employees in public services at the Luwu Regency Library and Archives Service. This type of research uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that: (1). Professionalism, in carrying out the duties of the Luwu Regency library and archives service staff, they have abilities that are in accordance with their respective main duties and functions in providing services to visitors. (2 Proportional, employees carry out their duties based on their respective duties so that there is no overlap between one field and another (3). Accountable, decision making has been carried out transparently, identifying problems that occur. Abstract

This research aims to determine the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" (Find Pregnant Women's Problems with Mother's Cards) at the Mannanti Community Health Center, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation, data sources come from 10 informants. The results of the research show that the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" at the Mannanti Community Health Center has a relative advantage which provides many economic advantages and benefits, suitability shows that this innovation is in accordance with the value of public services, complexity in the innovation there are only a few obstacles, it is possible to try it so far the program The innovation has been tested and proven to have benefits for pregnant women, and is relatively easy to observe because it can be observed by all levels of society.

Abstract

This study aims to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the management of regional inventory goods at the Makassar city regional secretariat office. By using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, it is intended to dig up as much information as possible from the research problem. Based on the results of the study, the management of regional inventory goods is in the form of: (1) data collection of regional inventory goods management that conducts an inventory of regional goods at least once a year. (2) In recording the management of regional inventory goods, it is usually done at least once a year to ensure the accuracy and sustainability of the data. However, some organizations may record more often. (3) As for the elimination of regional inventory goods management at the Makassar city regional secretariat office, it is proposed that the elimination process be managed by the regional financial and asset management agency. (4) Maintenance of regional goods is carried out periodically based on the condition of the goods proposed in a state that is not suitable for use or damaged within the scope of the regional secretariat. (5) As well as reporting regional inventory goods at the Makassar city regional secretariat office has been in accordance with the reporting based on the regulations that apply every year and semester.

Abstract

The study utilized four innovation indicators of the public service program of the Gowa Regency Population and Civil Registration Service to determine the supporting factors in providing pick-up and drop-off services. Qualitative research with descriptive narrative techniques was used to explain the research findings by analyzing materials or research to determine their meaning, and then drawing conclusions. Community members and office workers were used as key informants, selecting three service employees and two additional informants based on a purposive sample approach. Two of the informants were people with disabilities who provide E-KTP services. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, while strategies for data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the football pick-up service meets the established innovation criteria, consisting of five innovation criteria: novelty, effectiveness, usefulness, transferability/replicability, and sustainability. The innovation of the pick-up service carried out by the Gowa Regency Population and Civil Registration Service is beneficial for companies that consistently innovate and for the community, with supporting elements including infrastructure, community involvement, and human resources/ball pick-up service staff.
