Abstract

Against a background of students' lack of understanding of monetary and fiscal policy, the research conducted aims to develop learning media that is expected to be able to overcome these problems. Learning media developed using a mind mapping and web-based approach. This type of research used in this study is Research and Development with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Product trials conducted limited to 20 students by analyzing the results of the pre-test and post-test, which were calculated using the gain score and t-test. The test results show that web-based mind mapping learning media can improve students' understanding. Because by using this learning media, the active mental processes of each student become aroused, the material provided so that it is easy to remember. However, this web-based mind mapping learning media is still being tested on a limited basis, so it needs to be trialed in the broader audience to get more productive advice.

Abstract

Kepercayaan Masyarakat Gunung Kidul dalam Novel Panjang Ilang Karya Naratala (Tintingan Antropologi Sastra) Muhammad Abdul Ghofur S-1 Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Daerah, FBS, UNESA muhammadghofur16020114053@mhs.unesa.ac.id Abstrak Novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala, termasuk salah satu novel yang berlandaskan sosial budaya di daerah Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Kehidupan para tokoh dalam novel Panjang Ilang tersebut berasal dari kehidupan sosial Naratala sebagi penulis novel. Berdasarkan landasan penelitian tersebut, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana bentuk struktur novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala, (2) Bagaimana keadaan sosial budaya masyarakat Gunung Kidul yang terkandung dalam novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala, dan (3) Bagaimana wujud kepercayaan yang berkembang pada masyarakat Gunung Kidul dalam novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah yang sudah disebutkan, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Menjelaskan bentuk struktur novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala, (2) menjelaskan keadaan sosial budaya masyarakat Gunung Kidul yang terkandung dalam novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala (3) Menjelaskan wujud kepercayaan yang berkembang pada masyarakat Gunung Kidul dalam novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala. Antropologi sastra digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam penelitian ini. Antropologi mempelajari kehidupan manusia sebagai hasil budaya, sedangkan sastra mempelajari kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Jadi, antara antropologi dengan sastra keduanya memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu novel Panjang Ilang karya Naratala. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode hermeneutika. Hasil penelitian antropologi sastra ini menunjukkan struktur karya sastra yang digunakan terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu tema, tokoh/penokohan, dan alur. Tema yang terkandung dalam novel ini yaitu kepercayaan jawa di Gunung Kidul. Alur yang digunakan dalam novel ini yaitu alur campuran. Tokoh yang masih percaya pada kepercayaan jawa yaitu tokoh utama (Arka), Taruni, Mbok Clumpring, Mbok Ngatma, Lik Sarmina, sedangkan yang tidak percaya yaitu Si Bloweh. Wujud kepercayaan yag masih dilakukan sampai sekarang oleh masyarakat dalam novel Panjang Ilang ini yaitu (1) Kepercayaan kepada adanya panca guna panjang ilang, (2) Kercayaan tentang pulung gantung, (3) Kepercayaan adanya kesenian reyog dhodhog yang termasuk dalam pagelaran suci (4) Percaya pada dukun (5) Kepercayaan adanya japa mantra. Dari kelima bentuk atropologis tersebut diharapkan kepercayaan jawa juga bisa diteliti dengan menggunakan teori antropologi sastra. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of learning technology training, experience in its use, openness to change and literacy assessment of the use of online assessment in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used is quantitative with the PLS-SEM statistical analysis tool. Surveys with question items that have been tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha with construct validation using a correlation test. The research respondents were 200 high school teachers in East Java in July 2021.The results of the study show that only the experience variable has a significant influence on the use of online assessment in the learning process. An important finding is that teachers' experience in technology-based learning is still low, even though this is the most important thing in the integration of technology in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of library utilization on the level of economic literacy of students of class XI IPS at MA Nurul Huda Sidoarjo. The influence of the social environment on the level of economic literacy of students of class XI IPS at MA Nurul Huda Sidoarjo. The subjects of this study were 72 students of social science class at MA Nurul Huda Sidoarjo. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire by making the entire study population into a sample or saturated sample. The method used is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Research results showed that the variable utilization of the library and social environment simultaneously has no significant effect on the level of economic literacy of students in class XI IPX MA Nurul Huda Sidoarjo. The magnitude of the effect of the use of variables X1 and X2 on the variable Y uses the coefficient of determination by looking at the SPSS model summary output display. Based on the results of the simultaneous significance test (f test) in the significance table, the value is 0.425 above the significance requirement of 0.05. Based on the basis of simultaneous test decision making in regression analysis, it can be concluded that the variable utilization of library (X1) and social environment (X2) does not significantly influence the level of economic literacy of students in class XI IPS MA Nurul Huda Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Jumlah wirausaha lulusan SMK pada tahun 2022 tidak bertambah seperti yang diharapkan pemerintah, tetapi malah berkurang dari tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK di Sidoarjo. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 330 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan alat penelitian aplikasi SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan secara parsial norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan sikap, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Secara simultan sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan seluruh variabel bebas dalam model ini dapat dikatakan sesuai dan signifikan serta mempunyai kontribusi terhadap variabel terikat, sehingga rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini dalam merumuskan beberapa kebijakan untuk meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha siswa hendaknya tetap memperhatikan variabel sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan serta beberapa variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar adalah salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi, dan permasalahan ini juga terjadi di SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X-1 hingga X-5 di SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya pada Penilaian Sumatif 1 mata pelajaran ekonomi, di mana 73 dari total 180 peserta didik atau sebesar 40,56% peserta didik belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengguakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada peserta didik kelas X-1 sampai X-5 SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya, baik secara parsial atau simultan.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the contribution of economics education in tertiary institutions to human development in the future. Method: This type of research is included in the type of literature review research. The process of identifying and selecting articles started with 382 articles found on the Google Scholar index and published from 2017 to 2022. Then, they were selected for eligibility, so eight articles were selected. Articles are also selected based on the credibility of the journal, namely those that are nationally accredited by Sinta. Results: The results obtained show that this metaverse contextual learning can make economic education a beacon of human development in the future. In lectures, students get a good understanding of the material, and it also has an impact on their learning outcomes. Novelty: The most important thing is that students have been taught about market structure, which then boils down to generating business ideas in the context of the metaverse so that one day they become successful entrepreneurs in the metaverse era.

Abstract

Abstract: Education in the 21st century is student-oriented and learning is meaningful and enjoyable. Achievement of learning outcomes can be realized by applying relevant learning methods. This study aims to analyze student learning outcomes and 4C competencies with the application of a differentiated Two Stay Two Stray. The type of approach in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 36 students in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Porong as subjects. The results showed that the learning outcomes in cycle 1 were 66.70% and cycle 2 was 86.10%. 4C competence in students is measured using a performance assessment instrument with 4 range scales; incompetent, less competent, competent, and highly competent. In this study the 4C competencies in communication skills are included in the 'very competent' category, collaboration skills are in the 'very competent' category, then critical thinking skills are included in the 'competent' category, and creativity skills are included. ) fall into the 'competent' category. Differentiation of content combined in this learning provides learning convenience to students because they can access learning resources according to their learning styles.Keywords: Two-stay two-stray, differentiation, learning outcomes, 4C competenceAbstrak: Pendidikan abad 21 berorientasi pada peserta didik serta pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan. Ketercapaian hasil belajar dapat terwujud dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis hasil belajar peserta didik dan kompetensi 4C dengan penerapan Two Stay Two Stray berdiferensiasi. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Porong sebanyak 36 peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 66,70% dan siklus 2 sebesar 86,10%. Kompetensi 4C pada peserta didik diukur menggunakan instrumen penilalaian kinerja dengan 4 range scale; tidak kompeten, kurang kompeten, kompeten dan sangat kompeten. Dalam penelitian ini kompetensi 4C pada kecakapan berkomunikasi (communication) termasuk dalam kategori ‘sangat kompeten’, kecakapan bekerjasama (collaboration) dalam kategori ‘sangat kompeten’, selanjutnya kecakapan berpikir kritis (critical thinking) termasuk dalam kategori ‘kompeten’ dan kecakapan kreativitas (creativity) masuk dalam kategori ‘kompeten’. Diferensiasi konten yang dikombinasikan dalam pembelajaran ini memberikan kenyamanan belajar pada peserta didik, karena mereka dapat mengakses sumber belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar masing-masing.Kata kunci: Two-stay two-stray, diferensiasi, hasil belajar, kompetensi 4C

Abstract

AbstractEducation is one of the essential assets in the development of society and the nation. The low percentage of people who study in Indonesia still needs to be explored. There are many reasons why students do not pursue their education in college. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of parents' socioeconomic interactions, self-efficacy, motivation, and student achievement on their interest in continuing education to college. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was taken from 68 respondents majoring in Social Sciences at SMAN 1 Mejayan. The causal proof analysis performed using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the research prove a positive change in the variables of parents' socioeconomic status, self-efficacy, motivation, and student achievement towards the interest in continuing education. The implications of the results of this study are essential for teachers and school management always to increase student motivation and self-efficacy for students of lower socioeconomic status. Abstract

Awareness of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has been recognized as a key factor in the success of companies in managing risks and improving productivity. This research investigates best practices to enhance OSH awareness in the workplace and its impact on company performance. Literature review identifies that comprehensive training programs, promotion of safety culture by management, active participation of employees in OSH-related decision-making, and implementation of incentive and reward systems are effective strategies to enhance OSH awareness. These practices provide employees with a deep understanding of potential workplace risks and the importance of safe behavior. Furthermore, the promotion of safety culture by management creates a work environment where safety is prioritized. Active employee participation in OSH decision-making strengthens a positive safety culture, while the implementation of incentive systems provides additional motivation for employees to adopt safe behaviors. By implementing these strategies in combination, companies can create a safer, healthier, and more productive work environment. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders in developing effective OSH programs and improving overall company performance.
