Abstract

compared to other fruits. Bananas have a variety of nutritional content and are needed by the body. Bananas also have the potential to be processed into various kinds of preparations such as chips, pastries, cakes and sticks. Sticks are snacks or light snacks that are loved by many people from children to adults. This activity is divided into three sessions, namely a material delivery session, a practice session, and a question and answer session. After the implementation of training activities on making banana sticks, it can increase the knowledge and skills of mothers in Buon Mandiri Village, North Luwuk District, Banggai Regency about the potential of banana plants and can provide an increase in the economic value of the family

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dalam rangka memperkenalkan dan mempertahankan potensi lokal hasil pertanian gula serbuk onau yang ada di desa Ombolu, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : Memberikan pengetahuan dan Keterampilan kepada mitra proses pembuatan gula serbuk onau, Memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan kepada mitra pembuatan gula serbuk onau dengan alat sederhana, Memberikan pengetahuan manajemen pemasaran (produk, Kemasan, Promosi dan Penjualan), Memberikan pengetahuan dan Keterampilan penjualan produk melalui media internet dengan memanfaatkan website desa. Dari kegiatan tersebut memberikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1). Melalui pengetahuan dan Keterampilan pengolahan, mitra mampu menghasilkan produk gula serbuk onau, 2). Setelah mendapat pengetahuan dan keterampilan, mitra mampu membuat gula serbuk onau yang lebih menguntungkan sekalipun menggunakan alat sederhana, 3). Melalui pengetahuan, manajemen pemasaran mitra jadi mandiri, 4). Melalui pengetahuan dan keterampilan penjualan dengan media internet mitra mampu menjual produk gula serbuk onau sekaligus mempromosikan potensi Desa Ombolu Batui Selatan Kabupaten Banggai melalui website desa. Hasil output kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan jawaban dari permasalahan mitra sekaligus menunjukan hasil luaran yang positif, diantaranya : Produk gula serbuk onau dan Website desa. Sebelum pembuatan gula serbuk onau mitra memiliki keterampilan pembuatan gula merah yang proses atau waktu pembuatannya lama sehingga berdampakpada jumlah produksi, melalui program PKM pembuatan gula serbuk onau mitra mendapat fasilitas dan pengetahuan berupa ilmu manajemen pemasaran, pembuatan gula onau dengan alat sederhana dan berdampak positif pada pendapatan, penjualan yang meningkat, karena tim pengabdian membuatkan pasar yaitu website desa sehingga mitra diajarkan bisa menjual produk gula serbuk onau melalui media elektronik internet website desa.

Abstract

Utilization of bananas so far has not been optimal, it is still limited to consumption and traditional processed fruit. Various types of snacks from bananas that are relatively popular include banana chips, banana sale, banana molen and cookies. Cookies are one type of snack that people are interested in. Cookies are known by many people, both children, teenagers and adults, who live in rural and urban areas. Cookies are cakes made from flour which are generally made from flour, powdered sugar, chicken eggs, vanilla, margarine, cornstarch, baking powder, and instant milk powder. The implementation of activities includes the preparation and implementation stages in the form of training and manufacturing practices. After the implementation of the cookie-making training activities, they can increase the knowledge and skills of the Jalapagos group mothers about the potential of banana plants and can realize the economic independence of the community in Buon Mandiri Village, North Luwuk District, Banggai Regency

Abstract

Tujuan Program Kosabangsa adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Buon Mandiri Kecamatan Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai sebagai petani pisang dan penjual makanan dilapak pinggir jalan. Permasalahan yang di hadapi ialah kurangnya inovasi dalam pemanfataan jantung pisang menjadi produk yang berdaya saing dan bernilai ekonoimis. Selama ini jantung pisang hanya dimanfaatkan hanya sayur atau pauk dalam makan sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian melalui (1) penyiapan alat dan bahan serta tempat kegiatan (2) pelatihan pembuatan abon dan nugget jantung pisang. Hasil dari program ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah atau membuat inovasi dari jantung pisang menjadi abon dan nugget.

Abstract

This quantitative study examines the influence of education level, personal income, and accessibility of banking services on personal financial management practices among working women in West Java, Indonesia. Data were collected from a sample of 180 working women using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between education level, personal income, accessibility of banking services, and personal financial management practices. Moreover, banking services accessibility partially mediates the relationships between education level and personal financial management and between personal income and personal financial management. These results underscore the importance of financial literacy, economic empowerment, and access to formal financial services in fostering financial well-being among working women in West Java. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the socio-economic factors influencing personal financial management and informs evidence-based interventions to promote financial inclusion and gender equity in the region.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the entrepreneurial landscape, offering unprecedented opportunities and posing new challenges. This study employs a bibliometric analysis to explore the role of digital platforms in developing entrepreneurship. The analysis identifies key thematic clusters such as entrepreneurial ecosystems, digital marketing, and social entrepreneurship, highlighting their interconnectedness and impact on entrepreneurial activities. Recent research trends emphasize the implications of the Covid-19 pandemic and the potential of emerging technologies like the metaverse. Identified research opportunities in less explored areas, such as digital artifacts, digital skills, and e-commerce, suggest directions for future investigation. Additionally, the author collaboration network reveals strong intra-group collaborations with scope for increased interdisciplinary research. This comprehensive overview provides valuable insights into the current state and future potential of digital entrepreneurship, guiding scholars and practitioners in navigating this dynamic field.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of cultural integration, marketing innovation, and brand positioning on brand awareness in the Indonesian market through quantitative analysis. Drawing on data from 200 participants, the study examines the relationships between these variables using correlation and regression analyses. The findings reveal significant positive correlations between cultural integration, marketing innovation, brand positioning, and brand awareness, indicating that brands that effectively integrate cultural elements, employ innovative marketing strategies, and establish strong brand positioning are more likely to enhance brand awareness among Indonesian consumers. Regression analysis further confirms the direct effects of cultural integration, marketing innovation, and brand positioning on brand awareness, while controlling for demographic variables. The study underscores the importance of cultural sensitivity, creativity, and strategic positioning in building strong brands in culturally diverse markets like Indonesia, offering valuable insights for marketers and brand managers seeking to navigate the complexities of the Indonesian market.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus mampu mengembangkan kualitas berdasarkan kinerja yang baik, lingkungan yang sehat, etos kerja dan mampu bersaing di lembaga keuangan syariah di era globalisasi saat ini yang mempengaruhi suatu lembaga keuangan di bidang sektor perbankan. Seseorang karyawan harus mempunyai kinerja yang bekualitas tinggi untuk kemajuan lembaga di bidang keuangan syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 155 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Banana hearts are usually cut so as not to inhibit fruit growth and prevent disease in banana plants, so they are considered waste. Actually the banana heart can be processed into beef jerky or meatballs which are rich in fiber. Implementation of activities includes observation, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the implementation of training in making banana heart meatballs can increase knowledge and skills of mothers who are members of the Jalapagos group, about the potential of banana plants, namely banana flowers, which can be a new source of income so that they can improve the welfare of the community in Buon Mandiri village, Banggai district, Central Sulawesi. Then the community really expects the training activities as it has been implemented to continue to be carried out.
