Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the use of information technology in management systems in tertiary institutions in Indonesia which are still not maximally and evenly utilized both in terms of equipment and management. This research is an international journal study. The results of input resource research include visualizer / document camera, computer, whiteboard, student response system, and application program. Output resources include projectors, interactive whiteboards, and displays: monitors, televisions and more. Finally, other ICT equipment includes digital cameras, switchers, digital recorders, and other innovations. Conclusions, discussion of solutions to overcome obstacles in the form of uneven infrastructure that supports the application of this technology in education and the unpreparedness of human resources to utilize information and communication technology in the learning process. Abstract

The purpose of this research is that management information systems provide accurate and timely information needed to facilitate the decision-making and problem-solving processes that enable the implementation of planning, control and operational functions to run effectively. The approach in scientific writing uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the development and management of MIS in an organization is able to trigger decisions that are not only fast and accurate but will also be in line with the best practices in the organization effectively and efficiently. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the PAIKEM GEMBROT model on mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 16 Pagar Alam. The sampling technique in this study is to use a saturated sample technique where all students are used as research samples. The researcher took class IV to serve as the research sample, totaling 27 students as the experimental class. The research design used in this study was only one group so it did not require a control class. Analysis of data testing using the t test, it can be seen through the normality test that was carried out previously with a significance value of 0.200> 0.05 and it was stated that the data were normally distributed. Furthermore, by conducting a t-test that students' mathematics learning outcomes got an average Pretest score of 68.78 and an average Posttest score of 78.04 with a descriptive conclusion that there were differences in student learning outcomes. Based on the output results of the Paired Sample T – Test, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) (2-tailed) is 0.000. Provided that if the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that from the results Ha received means that there is an influence in the use of the PAIKEM GEMBROT model in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 16 Pagar Alam. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem-based learning on mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 28 Kaur. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique where all students were sampled in the study. The researcher took class IV to serve as the research sample, which amounted to 15 students as the experimental class. The research design used in this study was only one group, so it did not require a control class. Analysis of data testing using the t test, can be seen through the normality test that was carried out previously with a significance value of 0.200> 0.05 and it was stated that the data were normally distributed. Furthermore, by using the t-test, the students' mathematics learning outcomes got an average pretest score of 67.00 and an average posttest score of 80.40 with a descriptive conclusion that there were differences in student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test test output, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) (2-tailed) is 0.000. Provided that if the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of problem-based learning models in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 28 Kaur. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of two-dimensional media on the understanding of mathematical concepts in the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 09 Seluma. This research is a quantitative study on the effect of two-dimensional media on understanding the concept of Mathematics in the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 09 Seluma. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data analysis requirements test and hypothesis testing. The data analysis technique consisted of normality test, homogeneity test, t-test. This can be seen from the t-test value of -4.228 with P of 0.001 because the P value <0.05 which means the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, namely there is a difference between the use of two-dimensional media on the understanding of Mathematics concepts for fourth grade elementary school students. Country 09 Seluma. It was concluded that two-dimensional media had an influence on understanding the concept of mathematics. Keywords: Media, Two Dimensions, Concepts, Mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of information technology and communications in Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic Boarding school South Sumatra. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using participant observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis procedure performed by the display, reduction, categorisation, syntesis, and hypothesis data. The results of this study are; (1)the application of ICTs, (2)the process of planning,implementation and evaluation, (3)the process of integrating ICT, (4)ICT be used as a learning tool, administration and as media promotio, (5) optimize the role of ICT, (6) the constraints on its implementation. Based on the results, this study offers some recommendations, namely,;boarding school must immediately address the issue of lack of power, and hold a new Client Server with a larger capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province and the factors that influence it. The population and sample in this study were all elementary school teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, totaling 161 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that the performance of teachers is in the good category and there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the teachers at the Semidang Alas Maras Public Elementary School, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. Abstract

This research aims to discover the independent social studies curriculum at SMP 01 South Bengkulu. The autonomous curriculum and how this curriculum helps them improve their learning is the main reason for carrying out this research. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive. The research results showed that an independent curriculum would suit the social studies program at SMP Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. Looking at the course description and creating some learning plans are two of the many steps involved in preparation. There is a big gap between teachers' teaching methods and their planned learning. The instructor does need to implement the learning plan. Student interviews and research findings indicate a need for proper implementation of core social studies activities, which causes the teaching and learning process inefficient and ineffective. This is because several sub-indicators are not included. There is nothing wrong with the closing procedure. This is because each unit ends with thought-provoking homework, an opportunity for class discussion, and a brief overview of the unit provided by the instructor. In conclusion, curriculum autonomy at SMP Negeri 1 South Bengkulu depends on the teacher's ability to inspire students to reach their maximum potential and shape their thoughts and actions to encourage sustainable progress. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media poster terhadap daya serap siswa kelas VII mata pelajaran IPS materi Lembaga Sosial di MTs Pancasila Kota Bengkulu. peneliti mengambil kelas VII untuk dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 33 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Setelah kemampuan pretest diperoleh, maka langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media poster. Sehingga diperoleh kemampuan posttest pada kelas yang diteliti, Sebelumnya nilai posttest untuk pembelajaran secara konvesional telah di peroleh dari guru IPS MTs Pancasila Kota Bengkulu. Bila dilihat dari frekuensi hasil belajar siswa mengunakan media poster 9 siswa dikelompokkan atas/tinggi (28%) dengan nilai test 93,7 ke atas, 20 siswa kelompokkan tengah/sedang (60%) dengan nilai test 62,3-93,7 dan 4 siswa dikelompokkan rendah/bawah (12%) dengan nilai test 62,3 ke bawah. Serta nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 78. Sedangkan kemampuan siswa pada saat pembelajaran konvensional/tanpa mengguankan media poster bila dilihat dari frekuensi hasil belajar 6 siswa dikelompokkan atas/tinggi (18%) dengan nilai 67,08 ke atas, 22 siswa dikelompokkan tengah/sedang (67%) dengan nilai 39,88-67,08 dan 5 siswa dikelompokkan rendah/bawah (15%) dengan nilai 39,88 ke bawah. Serta nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 53,48. adapun hasil daya serap siswa menggunakan media poster adalah 78% dengan katagori tinggi dan nilai KKM individunya sebesar 57%. Sedangkan daya serap siswa tanpa menggunakan media poster adalah 58% dengan katagori sedang dan nilai KKM individunya sebesar 12%. Dari perhitungan pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t dengan hasil yang diperoleh sedangkan dengan df 60 pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 2,000. Dengan demikian ≥ (6,627 ≥ 2,000), yang berarti hipotesis kerja () dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh media poster terhadap daya serap siswa kelas VII MTs Pancasila Kota Bengkulu. hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi berbagai pihak sebagai sebuah masukkan yang bermanfaat demi kemajuan dimasa mendatang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Adapun populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 siswa di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu yang terdiri 21 siswa kelas IV A dan 21 siswa kelas IV B. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik sampling total yaitu dengan memakai seluruh siswa kelas empat di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu sebagai sampel tanpa meninggalkan satupun siswa di kelas empat tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari Uji Coba Instrumen, Uji Prasyarat, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perhitungan kemudian diperoleh hasil penelitian menunjukkan besar nilai korelasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,925 lebih besar dari nilai Rtabel sebesar 0,304 sehingga memenuhi syarat diterimanya hipotesis Ha, maka Ho ditolak dan berarti hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan sangat kuat antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Interaksi teman sebaya yang baik bagi siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kecerdasan emosional siswa.
