Abstract

Diapers merupakan alat yang berupa popok sekali pakai berdaya serap tinggi yang terbuat dari plastik dan campuran bahan kimia untuk menampung sisa-sisa metabolisme seperti air seni dan feses. Diapres masuk dalam limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun yang disebut limbah B3. Limbah B3 adalah sisa suatu usaha atau kegiatan yang mengandung B3. Penggunaan diapers dewasa pada orang tua dan orang dengan gangguan jiwa yang tidak memiliki kesadaran dan mengalami pelemahan fisik banyak digunakan sebagai alternatif kontrol kemih, sebanyak 42,3% orang yang dirawat dirumah sakit yang mengalami penurunan mobilitas, kemampuan fisik dan kesadaan menggunakan diapers dewasa sebagai alternatif kontrol kemih dalam proses perawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran petugas lingkungan pondok sosial (LIPOSOS) dalam pengelolaan diapers pada klien ODGJ di UPTD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 responden penelitian dalam pengelolaan diapers di UPTD. LIPOSOS yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara penimbunan, penguburan dan pembakaran. Sehingga dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum ada pengelolalan secara baik dan benar mengenai pengolahan diapers di UPTD. LIPOSOS. Pemilihan diapers kurang memadai terkait dengan ukuran dan merk yang digunakan.

Abstract

Substance abuse in adolescent is one of the big threat in Indonesia, in Jember regency from 2013-2014, there are 28 adolescents abuse the substance, this case was so dangerous for the future of adolescents. This research design used qualitative design with phenomenon approach and resource triangulation technique. The purpose of this research was to analysis the phenomenon of substance abuse amongst adolescents based on symbolic interactionism theory in jember regency. The informant got by purposive and obtained 4 informants. Based on the research result showed that the informants age are 22-23 years old. They began to abuse some drugs in junior high school. The main informants use cannabis. The informants use special language to communicate with others who also abuse substance. They have positive self concept before abuse substance and negative self concept after become substance abuser. substance abuse can influence the social interaction especially with their friends and society in around them. Most of the informants family’s didn’t know that informants as substance abuser, but in other hand most of their girl friend known that informants as substance abuser. Based on the research, it is necessary to give information about the dangerous of substance abuse for adolescent by increasing the role of adolescent in PIK adolescent and health school center. Abstract

Children are always risky exposed to pornography of mass media every day. Children sexualviolence is growing too, especially the number of case of sexual violence always ranks topthan other case of violence in Jember regency. The existence of awareness of reproductionhealth education grants in children early is one way to cope with case of sexual violence.Researcher made pop-up book as an alternative reproduction health education mediadevoted to elementary school students between grade 3-4. This research aimed to find outthe feasibility of the pop-up book media from presenting physical appearance and suitabilityof the material. This research was applied in descriptive method with qualitative approach.Data was collected by in-depth interview, triangulation, and documentations. The resultshowed that overall the colors used were in accordance with the children for colorfull,typography used have qualified legibility and readability, lllustrations used was in accordancewith the explanation was given and so attractive for children, and the layout of were used as awhole had met the principle of unity. While the content of each theme was in compliance withthe children, but there had to be improvement of the writing, the use of words, and thecontent.Keywords: Pop-Up, Reproduction Health, Children

Abstract

"Campus Chicken" is a high-risk group for the transmission of STIs. Their sexual lifestyle who often have multiple sexual partners, serving many customers, and do not use condoms when serving customers make the risk of transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) is very large. This study aims to analyze sexual lifestyle “campus chicken” and  its impact on the risk of transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The research design is a qualitative study. Sampling techniques used snowball sampling, obtained four informants. Collecting data used by in-depth interview. Triangulation method was interview to friends dan taxi driver who became an intermediary “campus chicken”. Analyzing method using thematic analysis. Base on the result of research, most of the informant  to be “campus chicken” because economic factors. All informants have been pregnant and had an abortion. Majority of informants do an abortions in the massage healer. All informants serve clients 3 times in a week. All the informant always do vaginal sex and do not have special sexual technique, choose a rich client, and always have a sex in hotel. Most of the informants did not practice safe sex, they are not consistent in the use of condoms. The risk of transmission of STIs is very large, all the informants had experienced symptoms of STIs. Majority of informants are drinking antibiotics and herbal medicine to treat the symptoms of STIs.Keywords: “Campus Chicken”, Sexual Lifestyle, STIs.

Abstract

Flash flood was happened in Kemiri village Panti district Jember Regency on2006.Flash flood disaster caused 76 people died, majority of flash flood victims werechildren. After flash flood, there were some programs about mitigation flash flooddisaster that hold by Non Government Organitation. But those programs didn’t be inlong term, so society can’t understand more about mitigation flash flood disaster. Theaim of this research was to analyze the influence of film playback “Flash Flood Wary”toward mitigation of flash flood disaster for students in 4th and 5th class of MIBustanul Ulum Kemiri village, Panti district. This research used quantitative methodand research design was pre experimental design. Sample of this research were 32students. Statistic was used Paired Sample T-Test. Data analysis showed that therewas not significant influence of film playback “Flash Flood Wary” in increasingknowledge of flash flood disaster mitigation. Significant result was showed ininfluence of film playback “Flash Flood Wary” to increase attitude of flash flooddisaster mitigation with p=0,000.
