Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Earning Per Share dan Tingkat Suku Bunga terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan industri tekstil dan garment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2015. Objek penelitian ini adalah current ratio, earning per share, tingkat suku bunga dan harga saham, sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tekstil dan garment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan laporan keuangan dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa current rasio (CR), earning per share (EPS) dan tingkat suku bunga secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, yaitu variabel earning per share (EPS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan variabel tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadapa harga saham. Rekomendasi bagi korporasi sebaiknya meningkatkan kinerja likuiditas dan profitabilitas dengan memaksimalkan aset yang menganggur, dan bagi investor perlu mencermati fluktuasi suku bunga sebagai alat kebijakan keuangan pemerintah, kemudian dilakukan penelitian selanjutnya dengan mencantumkan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan agar mengetahui dampak brand image, keyakinan merek serta tempat pada pemutusan pembelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka servis Indonesia. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 96 responden. Tanggapan konsumen terhadap citra merek dinilai baik, kepercayaan dinilai baik, lokasi dinilai baik serta tanggapan konsumen mengenai keputusan pembelian juga dinilai baik. Hasil studi mengatakan jika adanya dampak positif serta signifikasi secara bersama-sama anatara brand image, kepercayaan merek serta lokasi pada ketentuan pembelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka Servis Indonesia, Cileungsi, Bogor. Hasil uji parsial menyatakan bahwa brand image berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian, kepercayaan brand berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian serta lokasi berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pebmbelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka servis Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, banyak perusahaan dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas tenaga kerja secara optimal, mengingat persaingan yang semakin ketat di pasar global. Untuk tetap unggul, perusahaan perlu fokus pada pengembangan strategi yang mencakup pelatihan berkelanjutan, pemberian dorongan yang tepat dan peningkatan keahlian karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampat dari ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap performa pegawai, serta untuk memberikan wawasan tentang cara-cara yang paling efektif dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dan meningkatkan produktivitas pada bagian produksi di PT. BCD, sebuah perusahaan consumer goods di Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien regresi untuk pelatihan (X1) adalah 0.156, motivasi (X2) adalah 0.216 dan kompetensi (X3) adalah 0.529, mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja karyawan meningkat seiring dengan perbaikan dalam ketiga variabel tersebut. Analisis korelasi ganda menunjukan hubungan yang sangat kuat (R = 0.879) antara pelatihan, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 77.3% yang menunjukan bahwa 77.3% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of price perceptions and promotions simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions of Rockland Screen Printing Convection T-Shirts. Questionnaires were distributed to 60 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the following criteria; 1) consumers have purchased Rockland Screen Printing products at least 2 times, 2) consumers are at least 17 years old. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analytical method uses descriptive and verification methods through multiple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the perceived price and promotion variabels simultaneously or partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of the Rockland Screen Printing Convection T-Shirt.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and identify product quality and promotions both simultaneously and partially on CV customer satisfaction. Bogor City Bloods. The sample size was 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The results of this test are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The research results show that product quality and promotion variables, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The test results for the coefficient of determination R (square) were 40%, while the remainder was 60%. The relationship between product quality and promotion is strong in the same direction with a correlation coefficient of 0.638.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Taman Rekreasi Cimelati Kabupaten Sukabumi baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 100 responden pengunjung. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir pertanyaan valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis korelasi berganda menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan sangat kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi kehandalan, jaminan, bukti fisik, empati dan daya tanggap terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pada hasil dari koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan sebesar 71,7% kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan 28,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yaitu pemilihan produk, pemilihan merek, pemilihan penyalur, jumlah pembelian, penentuan waktu kunjungan. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan meliputi kehandalan, jaminan, bukti fisik, empati dan daya tanggap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen taman rekreasi cimelati kabupaten sukabumi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of promotions and prices, both simultaneously and partially, on purchasing decisions for Kagumi Kopi Nusantara. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria; consumers have purchased Kagumi Kopi Nusantara products at least 2 times and consumers are seen as mature enough to fill out the questionnaire, at least 17 years old. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The test results are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The research results show that the promotion and price variables, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kagumi Kopi Nusantara. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R Square) were 52.8% while the remaining 47.2%. The relationship between promotion and price is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.727.

Abstract

This research is about service quality, brand image and price on consumer satisfaction at the Taman Bukit Palem Resort Bogor Hotel. The method used is descriptive quantitative verification. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. The tests used are validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests which are processed to produce multiple linear regression equations. The results of this research are that all indicators are simultaneously valid and reliable, the independent variables are proven to significantly influence the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Then, partially, it can be seen that the independent variables service quality (X1) and price (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y), while brand image (X2) does not have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Industrial machine repair services is one of the service industries where new company actors have emerged and innovated as a result of the growth of the service sector. One strategy to outperform the competition is to prioritize customer satisfaction. A few important factors that affect customer satisfaction are price and the quality of the services rendered. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how pricing and service quality at PT. Karya Utama Wijaya Sakti relate to each other in terms of customer satisfaction. The sample size is one hundred clients, and multiple linear regression analysis is the method employed. The study's findings show that, albeit slightly concurrently, both the pricing and the quality of services at PT. Karya Utama Wijaya Sakti have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction through service quality at PDAM Tirta Jaya Mandiri, Bogor Regency. The sample in the study amounted to 100. The technique used was purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Through testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions and linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS. The results obtained show that service quality has a positive and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The test results for the coefficient of determination R (square) were 40%, while the remainder was 34%. The relationship between service quality and consumer satisfaction results in a correlation coefficient of 0.584.
