Abstract

This study set out to determine if hedonic values and utilitarian values both had an effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) To examine the relationship between hedonic and utilitarian values and consumer happiness. 4) To determine how utilitarian and hedonistic values affect consumer satisfaction. The quantitative descriptive techniques used in this investigation. the procedure of collecting data via a questionnaire. The population of the research consisted of clients of PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in Batam. The Slovin formula sampling method was used to choose up to 423 respondents. The research's conclusions are as follows: With a significance threshold of less than 0.05, the t test variable utilitarian value (X1) on customer happiness (Y) provided a value of 5.905 that was higher than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719). (0 . 000 0.05). The value of t arithmetic, which is more than t table (136.479 > 1.9719), is 136.479 in the hedonic variable value (X2) to Repurchase Intention with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). (Y). the multiple linear regression formula, Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e The study's findings suggest that hedonic and utilitarian value determinants have an impact on PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) consumers in Batam.

Abstract

Company needs to properly record its accounting activities. Accounting helps in the preparation of accurate financial reports, which serve as the basis for strategic decision-making. Accounting also functions as a tool for control and evaluation. Through accounting, organizations can monitor financial performance regularly and make necessary adjustments to achieve business objectives. Therefore, understanding accounting helps organizations maintain their financial health and prevent bankruptcy. Accounting knowledge is important in fulfilling legal and tax obligations. Failure to meet these obligations can result in significant legal sanctions and fines, ultimately harming the company. This study aims to analyze the performance differences of employees involved in the accounting process within a company. From the study's sample analysis, it was proven that there are no significant performance differences in accounting understanding between male and female workers

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perngaruh cita dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan direstoran ikan bakar ayang kabupaten lingga. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Total sampel yang di ambil pada penelitian ini sebesar 94 responden, dengan teknik puposive sampling yaitu dengan kategori pelanggan atau sudah pernah membeli makanan yang di sediakan di restoran ikan bakar ayang. Dari hasil yang telah diteliti dan didapat pengaruh cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di restoran ikan bakar di Kabupaten Lingga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengujian hipotesis dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Variabel cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, di mana cita rasa yang baik berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. (2) Kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang baik oleh pegawai restoran dapat meningkatkan kepuasan. (3) Selain itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi keduanya dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen restoran untuk terus meningkatkan aspek cita rasa dan pelayanan guna mencapai kepuasan pelanggan yang optimal.

Abstract

Investors attempted to optimize the level of profit from the capital invested in the company. Bond rating can be used by investors to predict whether a bond able to attract investors to buy it or not through the liquidity, profitability and leverage assessment approaches of a bond. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage on Company Bond Ratings in Indonesia. This field research was used cross section data. The research objects used were all banking, financing and insurance industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The results showed that return on assets has no significant effect on bond rating predictions. Return on equity does not have a significant effect on bond rating predictions. Debt to assets significantly influences the prediction of bond ratings. Debt to equity has a significant effect on bond rating predictions.
