Abstract

The Influence of Learning Entrepreneurship Practices on Entrepreneurial Activities and Character Formation. This research aims to determine: 1) the influence of learning entrepreneurial practices on student activities. 2) entrepreneurial practice learning methods for the formation of students' entrepreneurial character. This type of research is quantitative with an ex post facto research design. The population in this study were students in classes X1 and X2 at SMKN 1 Sambelia. This research did not use a sample but used a population as the research object with a population of 48 students. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) There is a significant influence of the entrepreneurial practice learning method on student activities, in this case shown by the calculated t value of (3.711) > t table (1.717). 2) There is a significant influence of the entrepreneurial practice learning method on the formation of This entrepreneurial character of students is shown by the calculated t value (4.737) > t table (1.717).

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of teaching entrepreneurship education courses in economics classes under a detailed mini-project. This research used Participatory action research (PAR) under qualitative approach. The sample size was only taken purposefully from one semester's three economics classes. This research used observation sheets in the form of learning activities and interviews.  All data collected were analyzed descriptively with the step of reducing, displaying and drawing conclusion. The research results showed the effectiveness of a bidirectional teaching model in entrepreneurship education. This model, which combines theoretical instruction with practical application, significantly enhances student engagement and learning outcomes. The bidirectional approach allows students to relate theoretical concepts to real-world examples, fostering a deeper understanding and active participation. An essential element of this teaching model is the inclusion of mini-projects. These projects enable students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, such as developing business plans and analyzing recruitment strategies. The hands-on experience gained through mini-projects not only solidifies students' grasp of the material but also hones their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. The study's findings underscore the superiority of the bidirectional teaching model over traditional methods. The experimental class, which utilized this approach, showed a 93% success rate in meeting various evaluation criteria, compared to just 30% in the control class. This stark contrast highlights the importance of integrating mini-projects and practical activities into the curriculum to enhance educational outcomes. The bidirectional teaching model, complemented by mini-projects, proves to be a highly effective approach in entrepreneurship education. It not only engages students more deeply but also equips them with practical skills and knowledge that are essential for their future careers.

Abstract

Online loans have become a global phenomenon, including in Indonesia, with rapid growth due to easy access and fast processes. However, the practice of online loans is often associated with issues of usury, exploitation, and violations of sharia. This study aims to analyze online loans from an Islamic perspective through a literature approach by reviewing sources of the Qur'an, Hadith, fatwas of scholars, and sharia financial regulations. The results of the study indicate that online loans containing elements of usury and gharar (unclarity) are prohibited in Islam, while sharia online loans based on the principle of profit sharing (mudharabah/qardhul hasan) is permitted. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki cara Ketua Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) Pendidikan Antropologi mengelola ikatan mahasiswa. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada betapa pentingnya organisasi kemahasiswaan sebagai tempat untuk mengembangkan diri sendiri, memberikan pelatihan kepemimpinan, dan memperkuat ikatan antara anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, yang mengumpulkan data melalui dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Informasi penelitian terdiri dari ketua, pengurus, dan anggota HMJ Pendidikan Antropologi di Universitas Negeri Medan selama tahun 2024–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang ketua adalah transformasional, demokratis, memberi dukungan, fleksibel, dan situasional. Dengan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, organisasi dapat menjadi tempat yang terbuka, terbuka, dan inklusif, yang meningkatkan rasa solidaritas dan kebersamaan anggota. Tantangan seperti kurangnya partisipasi anggota dapat diatasi dengan komunikasi terbuka, musyawarah, dan kerja sama dengan pembina organisasi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa solidaritas mahasiswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan transformasional. Diharapkan temuan ini akan berfungsi sebagai referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dan menjadi masukan untuk membangun model kepemimpinan di organisasi kemahasiswaan.
