Abstract

Currently it is very necessary and important to use Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning activities, especially by teachers during the learning process, but teachers still find it difficult and have problems in managing learning using ICT. So the purpose of this study was to find out the problems of teachers in implementing ICT-based learning in English subjects at MTsN Tanah Datar District. This type of research is phenomenology with a qualitative approach. The research locations were at MTsN Tanah Datar District, namely MTsN 1 Tanah Datar, MTsN 3 Tanah Datar, MTsN 6 Tanah Datar, MTsN 10 Tanah Datar, MTsN 12 Tanah Datar and MTsN 17 Tanah Datar. Informants in this study were English teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar District. The instrument in this study was an interview guide. Data collection techniques in this study were semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the teacher's problems in implementation were limited internet access/network, limited facilities/means, spending time preparing tools/means, not achieving learning targets.

Abstract

There are many factors that can influence teacher professionalism, one of which is subject teacher deliberations. Therefore, this study aims to influence subject teacher deliberations on social studies teacher professionalism in MTsN throughout Tanah Datar District. This research uses a type of quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The population is social studies teachers at MTsN throughout Tanah Datar regency. The research sample was taken using random sampling by means of a lottery system. Data analysis using linear regression. The results showed that subject teacher deliberations had an effect on the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency by 57.4%. So it can be concluded that subject teacher deliberations affect teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The current development of science and technology is advancing rapidly. The influence of gadgets is substantial. This influence doesn't only affect adults, but also children, especially students. Of course, the use of gadgets brings about both positive and negative impacts. This research aims to examine the effects of gadget usage on the development of children's character, particularly focusing on their religious character and obedience. The method utilized in this study is descriptive quantitative, utilizing survey results obtained from online surveys conducted among students of SD 014 Perawang Barat and SMPN 02 Minas. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that gadget usage significantly influences the development of students. It has a positive impact when used appropriately for educational and positive purposes, under parental supervision. However, it can have negative consequences if used inappropriately, as a result of lack of parental supervision.

Abstract

Pembahasan tentang mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pendidikan bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Indonesia hingga saat ini kurang diperhatikan dan belum bisa ditangani secara maksimal. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memang berbeda dengan anak normal pada umumnya, baik dari segi fisik, mental, intelektual maupun sosialnya. Sebagai warga negara, anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) memiliki hak dan kuwajiban yang sama sebagai warga negara serta memiliki kesamaan perlakuan, termasuk dalam memperoleh pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusif adalah sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus untuk dapat mengikuti pendidikan atau pembelajaran dalam lingkungan pendidikan secara bersama-sama dengan peserta didik pada umumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, dengan mengunakan buku-buku dan sumber yang lainnya.

Abstract

The objectives of this study to develop a model of religious extracurricular activities and produce a model book of the religious extracurricular activities based on a practical scientific approach. The research method used was a Research and Development (R and D) with the Borg and Gall model. The data collection tool was observation sheet. Then the data were analyzed quantitatively by using Aiken V index calculation, if the index is 0.0 <V ≤ 0.200 it is said that the validity is very low, if 0.200 <V ≤ 0.400 is said to be low, 0.400 <V 600 0.600 is said to be practical, 0.600 <V 800 0.800 is practical, 0800 < V ≤ 1.00 can be said to be very practical. The results of the practicality test of the religious extracurricular activity model based on the scientific approach obtained an average of 0.85 in the very practical category after field trials were carried out, so that the model of religious extracurricular activities was feasible to use.

Abstract

Scientific literacy is very important in the 21st century era so that students have life skills in dealing with advances in science and technology. This study aims to (1) look at students' scientific literacy abilities by utilizing scientific journals as research-based learning materials (2) find out students' learning outcomes and (3) find out students' learning motivation. This research is a best practice from the authors whose data is in the form of quantitative descriptive data. This research is based on data obtained from observations during the learning process, the results of students' pretest and posttest after participating in learning by carrying out data calculations using simple statistical data. This research was conducted in class VII. 1 MTsN 1 Tanah Datar which consists of 25 students. The data collection technique used is the result of an assessment of scientific literacy abilities and an assessment of student learning outcomes. Students take two types of tests, namely in the form of tests with literacy questions that refer to AKMI, ANBK questions and PISA questions related to environmental quality. The results showed that the average classical score of students' scientific literacy skills from three meetings was 42.67 with a proficiency level classified as proficient. Proficient means that students are able to identify and distinguish scientific questions about procedural knowledge in personal and local-national contexts. While the assessment of student learning outcomes averaged 88.60, where out of 25 students, 24 students achieved grades above the KKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembang e-Modul matakuliah desain pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis kurikulum merdeka belajar, (2) mengetahui validitas e-Modul matakuliah desain pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis kurikulum merdeka belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu 1) analisis, 2) perancangan, 3) pengembangan, 4) implementasi dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas e modul desain pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam berbasis kurikulum merdeka belajar memperoleh rata-rata 0,78 dengan kategori valid. Dari hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e modul desain pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berbasis kurikulum merdeka belajar dinyatakan valid.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the strategy of the madrasa principal in seeking an educated academic environment at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location is at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. There were 6 research informants, namely school principals, curriculum representatives, public relations representatives, teachers, librarian heads, and students at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of data analysis is by means of triangulation, namely triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of the study show that the Madrasah Principal's strategy in creating a Literacy Culture at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar is to strive for a literate academic environment with a). Planning literacy activities, namely creating literacy programs and forming a solid work team. B). Implementation of literacy activities, namely encouraging activities that smell of literacy, involving students to diligently read every day, enlivening the literacy corners of the madrasa, providing motivation to write to all madrasa residents to synergize, cooperate, and set an example. C). Evaluation of literacy activities, namely monitoring and follow-up.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what strategies are implemented by the leadership of Al-Mumtaz Islamic High School, Solok City in developing students' talents, achievements and noble morals. This research uses a qualitative field research approach, a case study approach. Research site at Al Muntaz Islamic High School, Solok City. The research informants were the school principal, committee chairman, deputy principal, Head of the Achievement Education and Training Center (PPLP), teachers, students and elements within the Al Muntaz High School School environment, Solok City. The instruments of this research are interviews, observation sheets and documentation studies. The data collection technique used was through in-depth interviews, role observation and documentation studies. The data technique is by triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research show that the strategies used by the Principal of Al Muntaz Islamic High School in developing students' talents, achievements and morals include developing students' potential according to their wishes, while to form morals, they are guided by the morals of the Prophet SAW in everyday life and then doing everything in earnest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of TPACK on teacher performance, 2) the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, and 3) the effect of TPACK and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh, totaling 493 people. Sampling used a proportional stratified random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 221 teachers at all State Senior High Schools and State Senior High Schools in Payakumbuh City. The research instrument uses angles. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Google form application and the link was shared via WhatsApp. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of TPACK on the performance of teachers in SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the TPACK variable (X1) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (8,591 > 1,984), 2) there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance at State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (6,487 > 1,984), 3) there is an influence between TPACK (and spiritual intelligence together on teacher performance in State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the value of the F-count analysis of the TPACK regression variable (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the F-table (260.079 > 3.00).
