Abstract

Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2021 jumlah kasus diabetes melitus dari 36.038 orang penduduk berusia > 15 tahun ditemukan sebanyak 9.471 orang dewasa dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2. Berdasarkan data International Diabetes Federation melaporkan 463 juta orang dewasa di dunia menyandang diabetes dengan prevalensi global mencapai 9,3%. Namun, kondisi yang membahayakan adalah 50,1% sedangkan menurut riset dasar kesehatan (Riskesdas) tercatat, pravelensi diabetes indonesia mencapai 10,9%. Kini prevalensi mencapai 11,7% pada tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga dan motivasi terhadap kepatuhan diet pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di puskesmas selindung tahun 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggunakan desain cross sectional dan uji chi square dengan hasil analisis univariat dan bivariat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penderita DM 4 bulan terakhir dipuskesmas selindung tahun 2024. Responden  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang terpilih menjadi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi di proleh nilai p-value (0,000) ≤ α (0,05) dukungan sosial keluarga p-value (0,000) ≤ α (0,05) dengan kepatuhan diet pada pasien diabetes melitus di puskesmas selindung tahun 2024. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar pasien lebih memperhatikan manfaat dari kepatuhan diet terhadap penyakit diabetes melitus yang diderita. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini diketahui dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan diet pada pasein diabetes melitus tipe II di puskesmas selindung tahun 2024.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges of Islamic vocational education in developing students’ religious character alongside professional skills. At SMK Al-Azhar Batam, religious habituation strategically instills values such as discipline, honesty, trustworthiness, courage, self-confidence, love for Islam, and noble character within vocational activities. The research aims to understand the role of religious habituation in character development, examine values reflected in vocational practice, describe the internalization process, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a qualitative case study with interviews, observations, and documentation, the study finds that internalization occurs through six continuous stages: value planting, habituation, vocational integration, teacher modeling, internalization, and cultural embedding. Success depends on school commitment, teacher role models, program regularity, and facilities, while obstacles include students’ motivation, diverse backgrounds, external influences, and a demanding curriculum. The study implies the need for family-based, integrative strategies and alignment of religious values with vocational practice to sustain character internalization.

Abstract

Diare merupakan penyakit buang air besar encer atau cair sebanyak 3 kali atau lebih per hari dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan kesehatan pada balita di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan diare pada balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas gerunggang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif memakai desain cross sectional dan uji chi square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak balita sebanyak 251 Pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2025 yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Gerunggang, dalam penelitian ini 80 ibu yang memiliki anak Balita yang dijadikan sampel dengan metode penarikan sampel secara purpossive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengetahuan (p-value = 0,032 <α ), sikap (p=0,001 <α), sumber air bersih (p-value = 0,012< α), penggunaan jamban (p-value = 0,008< α), hal ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara setiap variabel dependen dengan variabel independen Pencegahan Diare pada Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gerunggang tahun 2025. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar ibu yang mempunyai balita yang mengalami diare mencari informasi untuk menambah pengetahun tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan pada pencegahan diare pada balita dan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan pertimbangan dalam proses pencegahan diare pada balita diwilayah kerja puskesmas gerunggang.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This research aimed to investigate the relationship between eye-hand coordination and the learning outcomes associated with badminton short service execution among junior high school students, and to determine the extent to which eye-hand coordination influences skill acquisition in this fundamental badminton technique. Materials and methods: The study employed a quantitative non-experimental approach involving 27 male junior high school students aged 13-15 years from Medan City, Indonesia. Data collection utilized pre-test and post-test measurements of eye-hand coordination through a standardized ball throwing and catching test and short service proficiency using an adapted French Short Service Test. Students participated in an eight-week training program focused on developing eye-hand coordination and short service technique. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, employing descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis. Results: Findings revealed a significant positive correlation between eye-hand coordination scores and short service proficiency (r = 0.783, p < 0.001). Regression analysis indicated that eye-hand coordination accounted for approximately 61.3% of the variance in short service performance. Students with higher initial eye-hand coordination demonstrated greater learning improvements following the training intervention (19.1 ± 5.2 points) compared to students with lower coordination (13.7 ± 4.5 points). Conclusions: Eye-hand coordination significantly influences badminton short service learning outcomes among junior high school students. The development of eye-hand coordination enhances students' ability to perform precise short services, suggesting that physical education curricula should incorporate specific coordination training to optimize badminton skill acquisition.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of a mastery learning approach in enhancing verse comprehension in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA Hamasatul Muslimin Indonesia. Unlike conventional learning that emphasizes memorization, this study examines a systematic approach that prioritizes deep understanding of verse meanings before proceeding to subsequent materials. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilizes Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model with triangulation to ensure data validity.The research findings show that mastery learning implementation is conducted through orientation and presentation stages, structured practice in the form of muhadharah, guided practice with teacher assistance and peer tutoring, as well as independent practice through basic competency examinations. This approach creates learning that is not limited by space and time, positioning teachers as facilitators who encourage students' critical and reflective thinking. The findings indicate that the mastery learning approach is effective in developing contextual and applicative understanding of verse meanings, integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions holistically. This research contributes to the development of understanding-based learning practices in Islamic religious education and can serve as a reference for developing innovative learning strategies in Islamic educational institutions
