Curriculum development in educational institutions is inseparable from various aspects that influence it. The curriculum is an important component in education, because in the curriculum there are all educational processes from planning to implementing evaluations. The curriculum development process is the process of perfecting the existing curriculum. In accordance with the current flow of globalization, curriculum development can be seen from the various supporting and inhibiting factors that influence it. This study discusses the curriculum development process, the stages of curriculum development, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the curriculum development process. The method used is library research which aims to examine various literatures on curriculum development. The results can find out the curriculum development process carried out to develop the curriculum in Islamic Educational Institutions.

Guru mempunyai komponen penting dalam proses pembelajaran, fungsi utama guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu merancang, mengelola, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan Pendidikan maka dalam proses pembelajaran guru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan baik. Adanya media pembelajaran yang digunakan akan memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi dan peserta didik juga lebih mudah memahami pelajaran tersebut. Macam-macam media pembelajaran dapat dikelompokkan menjadi media audio, media visual dan media audio visual. Penggunaan media ini perlu diperhatikan situasi dan kondisi lingkungan sekolah dan karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran diharapkan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian pustaka (library research) yang dikumpulkan dari beberapa referensi dari buku dan jurnal. Dengan pengembangan inovasi media audio visual, diharapkan peserta didik dapat memahami materi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan memberikan suasana baru dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, pengaksesan media audivisual dalam pembelajaran yang semakin mudah maka media permbelajaran dapat membentuk efektifitas belajar peserta didik meningkat kearah yang lebih baik.

This study aims to determine the ability of Class XI MA Integral Hidayatullah Manokwari students in analyzing the linguistic rules of procedure text. This type of research is a quasi-experimental carried out without a comparison group or class. The population in this study were all students of class XI and as a sample the experimental class was class XI MIPA 1 as many as 32 students. Sampling in this study was done randomly (simple random sampling) by lottery. Data was collected by using a written test technique. Student test score data were analyzed using t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a significant level of α = 0.05, it was obtained tcount > ttable = (4.86> 2.00) which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the students' ability to analyze the linguistic rules of the procedure text after applying contextual learning is significantly increased.

The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia has had a crucial impact on educational institutions. To contain the spread of COVID-19, the government has decided to close schools and implement distance education (online). The impact is that not all schools can carry out distance learning activities due to various obstacles and constraints. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth investigation of the formulation of school principal policies in the implementation of Education to deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study. Data is collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with interactive techniques. The study results concluded that the formulation of the principal's policy includes the following stages: problem formulation, policy agenda, alternative selection, strategic, operational, and determination.

ABSTRACT. This scientific article uses library research. Data is collected through text review and relevant research results. then the data were examined qualitatively by using content analysis. based on the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, conclusions are drawn which are complemented by suggestions. Besides that, a literature study was carried out by examining various scientific journals and reading books that have a relationship with the visionary leadership of madrasa heads in the digital era. Visionary leadership emphasizes the importance of vision for the organization in realizing an effective and competitive organization. The power of leadership results in various policies and operationalization of work that are guided by the vision of the organization. A visionary leader is highly required to have clear goals and vision in the Institution he leads so that it becomes an advanced and competitive Institution. Thus, a visionary leader must be able to meet the progress that can be realized with full optimism even though there are many obstacles and obstacles. Effective Islamic education leadership can create many indications of achievement in Islamic education institutions, even at the same time the willingness of leaders who make changes and reforms using effective leadership patterns triggers reforms in a better direction. Kampung Cabang Dua Manokwari Utara, merupakan salah satu kampung yang mengalami permasalahan tentang motivasi belajar pada masa pandemic covid 19, dikategorikan motivasi belajar siswa menurun. Hal ini disebabkan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di sekolah secara online, dengan menggunakan handphone melalui whattsup, yang sebelumnya pembelajaran dilakukan secara luring tanpa menggunakan media elektronik handphone yang merupakan barang mewah untuk sebagian besar siswa yang orang tuanya adalah petani. Sebagian besar siswa yang tidak memiliki media handphone, mengalami beberapa permasalahan dalam pembelajaran terutama menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dari sekolah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah membangun motivasi belajar siswa tingkat sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Kampung Cabang Dua Manokwari Utara. Metode, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kampung Cabang dua distrik Manokwari Utara dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Maret 2021 bertempat di kantor desa atau Kampung Cabang Dua. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah sosialisasi pendidikan mengenai Membangun Motivasi Belajar Siswa Tingkat SD pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kampung Cabang Dua Manokwari Utaraâ€. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut : (1) tahapan persiapan, (2) permohonan ijin, (3) pengurusan administrasi, (4) persiapan bahan serta akomodasi, (5) persiapan tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil, Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berpengaruh kepada output dan income serta tindak lanjut program. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa program ini dapat membawa dampak yang positif, dimana siswa dapat membangun motivasi belajar secara baik tanpa melihat dan merasakan masa pandemic covid 19 sedang terjadi dan sampai kapan akan berakhir.

The problems faced by educational institutions in Indonesia generally involve quality, relevance, and management. The existence of this problem gives rise to problems in Islamic education. This research aims to determine teacher programs in improving Al-Quran reading and writing skills, forms of activities for implementing Al-Qur'an reading and writing learning, supporting and inhibiting factors for Al-Qur'an reading and writing learning in Al-Qur'an Education Parks in the area Pasir Jambak, Koto Tangah, Padan. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research can conclude that: The Al-Quran reading and writing program has been implemented well, this can be seen from the routine activities of reading and writing the Al-Quran carried out by the Islamic boarding school students. This learning activity is fully supported by human resources in the Al-Qur'an Education Park environment with the quality of knowledge and morals possessed by teacher figures so that it becomes motivation and a good source of information for the students, while there are inhibiting factors for the students in attending learning activities so that learning activities are delayed and not optimal. The results of this research can provide guidance for Al-Qur'an Education Park managers and can be used as initial data for future researchers in studying this problem in different contexts and issues.

Understanding student motivation for learning Islamic education in Indonesian senior high schools is crucial for enhancing educational outcomes and student engagement. The aim of this research is to look at students' intrinsic motivation, students' extrinsic motivation, supporting and inhibiting factors in learning Islamic religious education. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research were obtained: i) the intrinsic motivation of students at Senior High School in learning Islamic religious education was obtained through the appreciation given by the teacher and the students' sense of responsibility. This award is motivation for students to develop and progress further in their learning process, ii) extrinsic motivation for Senior High School students is obtained from the motivation provided by teachers, principals, and all the environment in the school. Adequate infrastructure is one of the motivations for student learning in achieving goals, iii) supporting factors in increasing student learning motivation in learning Islamic religious education, namely students are given Islamic religious learning guidance, in the form of congregational prayers, tahfiz, reading the Quran and delivering learning material. The inhibiting factor in increasing students' learning motivation in learning Islamic religious education is the lack of Islamic religious education lesson hours at school. Apart from the lack of teaching hours for Islamic religious education teachers, students who study religion are less aware of the importance of studying Islam. The results of this research can be used as initial data for future researchers in studying this problem in different contexts and issues.

Disamping itu, kepemimpinan yang baik tentu harus dibarengi dengan manajemen yang baik juga, karena manajemen merupakan suatu ilmu pengetahuan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Disamping itu, manajemen juga membahas tentang bagaimana bentuk sistem kepemimpinan yang berlaku dalam suatu instansi, tujuan apa yang ingin dicapai oleh instansi tersebut serta bagaimana bentuk usaha atau cara yang akan dilalui demi tercapainya tujuan tersebut.

This paper aims to analyze the text in the Tanjung Barulak Sufi manuscript, Tanah Datar district. This study uses a philological research method with the object of study being a manuscript with the code 02/BB.II/twf/2021. This method has six working steps: manuscript inventory, manuscript description, manuscript grouping and comparison, selection of text edition methods, transliteration, and additional studies. This study reveals four main teachings of the Naqsyabandiyah Sufi order, first, absolute obedience to the teacher based on the terminology of the text "believe in Allah and the Prophet and the teacher", "uphold the command of Allah and the command of the Prophet and the command of the teacher and stay away from the command of Allah and the command of the Prophet and the command of the teacher". Second, dhikr by saying lâ ilâha illallâh. Third, zuhud means setting aside worldly affairs when we perform rituals of worship to Allah. And fourth, tauhid, namely adhering firmly to the i'tikad of the Qadariyah and Jabbariyah people.
