Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to review the transformation of Islamic da'wah strategies in the digitalization era, especially the da'wah strategies implemented by the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.Method – This research is field research. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon and dynamics of da'wah activities carried out by the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh in the community. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection technique was carried out using the interview method with the manager of the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh. The research data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques.Results – This research highlights the challenges faced by Islamic da'wah institutions in the digital era, such as the use of technology by the younger generation, ideological polarisation, and limited financial resources, as well as the solutions applied by the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh in facing these challenges.Implications –NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh, as a forum for the da’i community of students of Islamic boarding school, adjusted their da'wah approach by utilizing social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They also adopt online programs such as webinars, podcasts, and online courses to reach a wider audience. In addition, NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh is active in organizing humanitarian activities, providing assistance to communities in need, and nurturing the younger generation through leadership training programs.Originality/Value – This research is the first study to examine the transformation of the digital da'wah strategy of the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau transformasi strategi dakwah Islam di era digitalisasi, khususnya strategi dakwah yang diterapkan oleh Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.Metode - Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena dan dinamika kegiatan dakwah yang dilakukan oleh Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh di masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dengan manajer Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif.Hasil - Penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga dakwah Islam di era digital, seperti penggunaan teknologi oleh generasi muda, polarisasi ideologis, dan sumber daya keuangan yang terbatas, serta solusi yang diterapkan oleh Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh dalam menghadapi tantangan ini.Implikasi - NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh, sebagai tempat bagi komunitas da'i dari siswa pesantren, menyesuaikan pendekatan dakwah mereka dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter. Mereka juga mengadopsi program online seperti webinar, podcast, dan kursus online untuk menjangkau audiens lebih luas. Selain itu, NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh aktif dalam mengorganisir kegiatan kemanusiaan, memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan, dan membimbing generasi muda melalui program pelatihan kepemimpinan.Orisinalitas/Nilai - Penelitian ini merupakan studi pertama yang meneliti transformasi strategi dakwah digital dari Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian di kafe keboon kopi Batam. Jenis peelitian ini merupakan penelittian metode kuantitatif dengan SPSS versi 22 sebagai alat analisisnya. Populasi dalam pennelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen kafe keboon kopi Batam. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel dengan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisis regresi linear berganda kemudian dengan uji asumsi klasik yaitu dengan uji normalitas dan heteroskedastisitas, selanjutnya uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa fasilitas dan citra merek berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dapat dilihat dari uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji f dimana pada nilai t hitung variabel fasilitas sebesar 2,888 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,66023 dan variabel citra merek sebesar 5,474 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,66023. Kemudian nilai f hitung sebesar 93,190 sedang f tabelnya 3,09. Jika F hitung melebihi F tabel, hipotesis nol (H0) diterima dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) ditolak. Sebaliknya, bila F hitung kurang dari F tabel, (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima. Selanjutnya untuk membuktikan bahwa variabel berpengaruh dapat dilihat dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi dimana nilai korelasi (R) untuk variabel fasilitas dan citra merek sebesar 0,810 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,655. Ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas (X1) dan citra merek (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve administrative support facilities at Al-Azhar Private High School Batam through the delivery of printers as a form of support for teaching and learning activities and school administration management. The problem faced by the school is the limited document printing facilities which has an impact on delays in the administrative process and the preparation of academic reports. Through this activity, the PKM implementation team coordinates with the school to distribute assistance in the form of a multifunctional printer unit that can be used by teachers and students in supporting administrative and academic activities. The implementation method includes a needs survey, equipment handover, and short training on the use of printers effectively and efficiently. The results of the activity show that the addition of this facility has a positive impact on the smooth school administration process, increases the efficiency of teachers' working time, and makes it easier for students to print learning documents. With this activity, it is hoped that it can strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions and high schools in an effort to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This community service program was designed to develop entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy among high school students through practical training on beverage product creation and selling price calculation. The activity was conducted at Al-Azhar Private Senior High School Batam by lecturers and students of Batam Tourism Polytechnic. The training introduced participants to basic entrepreneurship concepts, production processes of contemporary beverages, cost management, and pricing strategies. Using a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, students were guided to produce beverage products and calculate their unit costs and profit margins. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of cost calculation, creativity in product development, and motivation toward entrepreneurship. The training not only enhanced practical skills but also inspired students to consider business opportunities in the food and beverage sector. This program serves as a sustainable model for vocational and entrepreneurial education in secondary schools

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kehandalan jasa wisata dan kedalaman dukungan teknis pengelolaan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang wisata oleh wisatawan di Candi Prambanan, Yogyakarta. Kedua variabel ini dipilih karena semakin penting dalam iklim persaingan bisnis wisata yang menuntut pengelolan tidak hanya menarik wisatawan baru, tetapi juga mempertahankan wisatawan yang sudah ada. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 90 wisatawan di Candi Prambanan, Yogyakarta melakukan pembelian ulang wisata. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS, meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehandalan jasa wisata dan kedalaman dukungan teknis pengelolaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian  ulang wisata oleh wisatawan di Candi Prambanan, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengelola untuk berfokus pada penguatan kualitas jasa wisata, profesionalitas layanan teknis yang stabil, serta strategi membangun kepercayaan untuk menciptakan keputusan pembelian ulang wisata

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the public relations (PR) communication strategy of Komunitas Sukses Berjamaah Indonesia (KSBI), a community-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) organization in Jagakarsa, in responding to the free meal program initiated by the Prabowo administration. Descriptive qualitative research with a situational analysis approach and literature study explores how KSBI can utilize the PR function to respond to economic participation opportunities and build a positive image amidst the implementation of the national-scale program. The results of the study indicate that the PR strategy implemented by KSBI is centered on five main elements: (1) message management that emphasizes the potential contribution of local MSMEs in providing quality and sustainable products for the program and its impact on community economic empowerment; (2) prioritizing direct dialogue with local governments and related agencies, active participation in MSME forums and utilizing local and social media to reach stakeholders; (3) proactive communication strategy through partnership offers, demonstrations of members' production capacity and internal education regarding participation opportunities; (4) reactive and responsive communication strategy to information on procurement opportunities and potential obstacles to MSME participation; and (5) Building a local economic empowerment narrative that consistently highlights the benefits of MSME involvement in programs for the community in Jagakarsa. Conclusion, that KSBI faces the urgency to adopt an adaptive and collaborative PR strategy, which not only focuses on promoting member potential but also building strong good relationships with the government and other stakeholders. By communicating the unique value of local MSMEs and the potential synergy with the free meal program, KSBI can maximize economic participation opportunities, increase community visibility and contribute significantly to the success of the program while empowering members.

Abstract

This article discusses the vital role of communications management in the local government context, focusing on crisis communications strategies and community relations. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of local government communication practices in dealing with crises and in establishing good relationships with local communities. Research methods involve interviews with public relations practitioners and stakeholders and online surveys to gather community views. The research results show that local governments have positively tried to convey information, respond quickly, and listen to citizens' views during crises. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in technology such as virtual meetings and text messaging. These findings provide valuable insights into communication management practices in local government and their implications for building transparent and responsive government.
