Abstract

Di banyak komunitas, terutama di daerah yang nilai-nilai adat dan tradisi masih sangat kuat, seringkali terjadi ketidakpahaman atau bahkan ketidaktahuan terhadap prinsip-prinsip kompilasi hukum Islam. Realitas akan ketidakpahaman harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam di tengah-tengah masyarakat muslim acap kali meghadirkan konflik keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merespons secara spesifik terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dan memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, yaitu edukasi tentang konsep harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam. Metode kegiatan pengabdian adalah melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Mitra kegiatan adalah anggota kelompok Persatuan Wirid Batak Islam (PWBI) Kwala Bekala Medan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang konsep harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam sebesar 68,96% yang diperoleh dari hasil tes awal dan tes akhir. Dengan pemahaman yang ditingkatkan, diharapkan kelompok PWBI dapat menjadi agen perubahan positif dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kompilasi hukum Islam dalam permasalahan harta bersama, meminimalkan potensi konflik, dan menciptakan harmoni dalam keluarga serta komunitas.

Abstract

Traffic congestion in the region is a complex problem influenced by several variables, including a large number of vehicles, poor infrastructure, and irresponsible drivers, and Satlantas plays an important role in traffic control and regulation. However, a number of challenges still affect Satlantas' ability to reduce traffic congestion, including a lack of funding, poor coordination, and a lack of public understanding of the importance of maintaining traffic order. Furthermore, one of the most important factors affecting traffic conditions is driver behavior. To improve traffic conditions, tolerance, mutual respect, and an understanding of mutual safety are required. However, many drivers are still not aware of this. Fourth, solving traffic problems requires cooperation between the community and the Traffic Police. Congestion reduction initiatives will be more successful if all parties work together and support each other.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education in the marriage of the Mandailing community. The main focus of this study is to understand the values of Islamic Education instilled in the marriage of the Mandailing community. This has a vital role as a medium for preserving cultural values for the community while maintaining the values of Islamic Education. A qualitative approach with an ethnographic type is used in this research method, which allows for an in-depth exploration of cultural practices in the marriage of the Mandailing community. Data in this study were collected through observation and interviews with traditional, religious and community leaders of the Mandailing community. The data analysis stage had three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. To ensure the validity of the data, this study applied several validation techniques, such as triangulation of sources and methods, member checks and long-term involvement. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in the marriage of the Mandailing community, ceremonies had been carried out as an effort to preserve the local culture of the community through three events: Event activities before the wedding (pre-wedding), during the wedding (marriage contract), and after the wedding (post-wedding). Pre-wedding has been identified through customary activities before the wedding, namely the custom of marpokkat (makkatai) called family deliberation and welcoming the bride and groom who try to instill moral education values. During the wedding procession (marriage contract), the ijab kabul is guided by the KUA and Penghulu, who instil the values of faith, sharia, and moral education. While in the custom after the wedding, the reception of the groom (who is ready with his traditional clothes), malehan mangan, markobar (man baen hata), and returning to the bride's house has instilled the values of faith, sharia and moral education. This finding provides a new contribution to understanding how Islamic values (faith, sharia, and morals) are internalized through local cultural practices typical of the Mandailing community.

Abstract

This research actually aims to see the existence of pesantren in the midst of the pull of modernity and the economic needs of the community. Because along with the development of social life which with the progress of the times and the economic needs of the community will change course. We know that at first, pesantren were used as printers for ulama, but now we see not only that and now they have developed into officials, technocrats, businessmen, and others. Therefore, this research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis with a phenomenological approach. Researchers will see firsthand the phenomena that occur in Islamic boarding schools in Medan City. And based on the results of the study it was found: a) The existence of pesantren is the most important thing in the midst of modern human life, therefore people who are economically capable feel proud of their children studying in pesantren, b) They are proud to study in pesantren because the learning system is modern and can continue their education to higher education. General PT, c) The willingness of parents to send their children to Islamic boarding schools because from an economic point of view it is more profitable, for example, in pesantren, the budget is clear, while if their children are sent to public schools, the financing can be greater, because children are freer to use their money.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan PSAK No. 106 di PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan dan kesesuaian PSAK No. 106 dengan penerapan pembiayaan musyarakah. Desain penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan sedangkan objek penelitian adalah pembiayaan musyarakah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembiayaan musyarakah pada PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan yang meliputi (1) pengakuan akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah yang terdiri dari pengakuan investasi, pengakuan kerugian atas kelalaian nasabah, pengakuan piutang, dan pengakuan beban telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 106; (2) pengukuran akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 106; (3) penyajian akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah belum sesuai dengan PSAK No. 106. Karena kas yang diserahkan kepada nasabah disajikan sebagai pembiayaan musyarakah bukan investasi musyarakah; (4) pengungkapan akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah tidak dapat dianalisis karena PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan tidak membuat catatan atas laporan keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan transaksi murabahah di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso, mengetahui kesesuian PSAK No. 102 di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskritif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data Sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung pada pihak PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data-data yang telah diolah dan disajikan oleh pihak PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso seperti data laporan keuangan dan data-data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data-data penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi syariah berdasarkan PSAK No. 102 pada pembiayaan murabahah di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso belum sepenuhnya menerapkan aturan yang sesuai dengan PSAK No. 102 yang menyatakan bahwa pada saat perolehan aset murabahah diakui sebagai persediaan sebesar biaya perolehan pada PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso tidak mengakui adanya persediaan, karena dalam pembiayaan murabahah banyak dilakukan dengan wakalah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara pendidikan dan literasi keuangan dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian potong lintang. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada mahasiswa program studi ekonomi atau keuangan syariah dari beberapa perguruan tinggi yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan literasi keuangan memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pendidikan dan literasi keuangan dalam membentuk perilaku keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program pendidikan dan literasi keuangan yang lebih efektif, khususnya dalam konteks ekonomi syariah, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan penelitian mendatang termasuk studi lebih lanjut untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa terhadap pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah, serta menguji efektivitas intervensi pendidikan dan literasi keuangan yang spesifik untuk konteks ekonomi syariah di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of zakat distribution on poverty alleviation efforts in Medan City. By focusing on the role of zakat in helping vulnerable community groups, this research investigates the extent to which zakat distribution can make a positive contribution to reducing poverty levels in this city. The research method involves quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including surveys and interviews with zakat recipients, zakat management institutions, and related stakeholders. The research findings provide in-depth insight into the effectiveness of zakat distribution in providing assistance to community groups in need. The results of data analysis show that zakat distribution can have a positive impact on poverty alleviation in several areas in Medan City. However, several challenges were also found, including unequal distribution and lack of transparency in the zakat distribution mechanism. Apart from that, public awareness about zakat and understanding regarding the management of zakat funds also play an important role in the effectiveness of distribution. Therefore, recommendations have been prepared to increase transparency, public awareness and supervision in an effort to increase the effectiveness of zakat distribution as an instrument for poverty alleviation in Medan City. It is hoped that this research can provide a basis for zakat management institutions, the government and the community to optimize the role of zakat in efforts to reduce poverty levels in Medan City, as well as contribute to further understanding of the dynamics of zakat distribution and its impact on community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of religious moderation in learning Kealwashliyahan Education at UMN Al-Washliyah. Religious moderation is an effort to promote balanced and tolerant attitudes and behaviors in terms of religion, which is very relevant in the context of Higher Education. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from lecturers and students involved in the course. The results showed that the implementation of religious moderation in learning Kealwashliyahan courses at UMN Al-Washliyah was carried out through 3 (three) things, namely a) Lecture planning which is reflected in the RPS of the Kealwashliyahan Education course, b) Lecture implementation which is reflected in 7 lecture materials and learning methods, namely discussion methods and case studies to encourage critical thinking and interfaith dialogue, and c) Lecture evaluation to emphasize the understanding and application of religious moderation in order to be able to be tolerant and inclusive in diversity among students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of religious moderation values in Islamic Religious Education learning at Al-Washliyah Nusantara Muslim University and Al-Azhar University Medan. This research uses qualitative research with a multi-site approach with a case study research method. This research was conducted using 2 (two) sites, namely site I at Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University and site II at Al-Azhar University Medan. The data collection techniques used in this research were interview, observation, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of religious moderation values in learning Islamic Religious Education at Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University and Al-Azhar University Medan has been implemented well but not yet perfect comprehensively. The implementation of religious moderation values is done by using insertion and optimization methods. The insertion method carried out by Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University is in the form of applying 17 religious moderation lecture materials through the Islamic Religious Education course with a load of 6 credits, while for Al-Azhar University Medan it is done through 23 religious moderation materials with a load of 8 lecture credits. While the optimization method is carried out through learning activities such as the introduction of lectures, methods and media for learning PAI. The novelty of this research is that there is an application of religious moderation carried out through the insertion and optimization method at PTU.
