Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of development of educators in teaching in the digital era which has an impact on the learning outcomes of elementary school students, especially PAI lessons. In line with this, the research aims to describe learning outcomes in multimodal models using animated videos and prove the effectiveness of learning on PAI learning outcomes. This research was carried out using two types of quantitative research, namely descriptive research and experimental research. This research was carried out in two classes that had different characteristics, both in terms of students' backgrounds and students' general academic abilities. Data was collected through observation sheets and tests. Data is processed using statistical regression tests (regression). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the multimodal learning model using video animation had an effect on the learning outcomes of PAI with the acquisition of a Significance Value of 0.001 <0.05. Based on this, the multimodal learning model using video animation can be used as an alternative to improve Islamic education learning outcomes that have a variety of backgrounds in learning styles (kinesthetic, audio and visual).

Abstract

The personality of the teacher is the main focus in the digital era, because students can imitate the teacher's behavior in the real world and in cyberspace. This research examines the practice of daily worship, personality competence and the intensity of daily worship of IT TQ Miftahul Jannah Medan Private Elementary School educators. It is intended to identify the relationship between individual abilities. Gianna Medan. This type of research is quantitative research using correlation methods. The sampling technique is total sampling. This research was conducted at SD IT TQ Miftahul Jannah Medan. The population and sample of this study were all 16 educators. The data collection methodology of this study uses worship formats and questionnaires, and is tested for validity and reliability using IBM SPSS 27. Contribution and R-squared to determine the contribution of variable X to variable Y. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation value of 0.936 between the intensity of daily worship with the personal performance of educators. This means that the magnitude of the relationship between the intensity of daily worship and the personal competence of educators is classified as very strong. This strengthens the results of the descriptive analysis of data for the intensity of daily worship in the moderate category of 44% and the personality competence of educators in the high category of 56%. The relationship between the practice of daily worship (X) and the personal performance of educators (Y) is 87.6%. Thus it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the practice of worship, personality competence and the intensity of educators' worship at the basic education level.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the behavior of today's children towards the tik tok application. The formulation of the research problem is how to influence the use of the Tik-Tok application on the behavior of children in Binjai City. The purpose of this research is to find out how the use of the Tik-Tok application influences the behavior of children in Binjai City. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The informants of this study were Maura El Mumtaz students who used the Tik-Tok application as many as 25 people aged 8-10 years. The results of this study can be concluded that the efforts made by the MIS teacher Maura El Mumtaz include: (1) Giving messages about adab and manners; (2) Provide consequences for students' bad behavior that violates the class agreement on polite behavior; (3) Teachers are also not allowed to play tick tock, this is because they are more likely to see people than them; (4) inviting parents to work together in overcoming student morals; and (5) Invite children to be positive.

Abstract

The development child's socialization process is needed to adapt according to the stages of development and age of the child. The problem studied in this study is the development of the socialization process identified through the role of teachers in establishing relationships with students in character bulding at school environment. The problem studied in this study is the development of the socialization process identified through the role of teachers in establishing relationships with students in a school environment. The results showed that not all hands appeared in the development stage of the child's socialization process because children just recognized the concept and did not yet arrive at a concrete understanding like adults (socialization stage). Children need to be given direction and guidance to behave according to their stages of development so that they can understand the meaningfulness of life in playing a role and placing themselves in the school environment. Based on the six indicators used for socialization, the stages of self-role, socialization in life, andcognitive development are found. For other steps, it is necessary to provide understanding by teachers in the school environment and families from the environment outside the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of corn farmers' participation in agricultural extension programs and the factors influencing it in the Porehu District. Employing a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and a quantitative paradigm, the study involved 112 corn farmers as respondents. The results indicate that internal factors such as age, education, farming experience, income, and family dependents significantly impact farmers' participation in extension activities. Additionally, external factors including farmers' motivation, perception of extension, support for infrastructure, support from extension agents, and social environment support also significantly affect farmers' participation. These findings highlight the need to develop more effective and inclusive extension strategies and strengthen collaboration among the government, agricultural extension agents, farmer organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Such efforts are expected to enhance farmer participation and the success of agricultural extension programs, ultimately positively impacting agricultural productivity and farmers' well-being.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini sangat penting karena masa ini merupakan periode krusial dalam pembentukan perilaku dan nilai-nilai moral yang akan membentuk kepribadian anak di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses pembentukan karakter pada anak usia dini serta metode yang efektif dalam penanaman nilai-nilai moral. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka, dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur seperti jurnal, buku, dan dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Penanaman nilai-nilai karakter pada anak dapat dilakukan melalui nasihat, pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan penguatan. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini memerlukan sinergi antara orang tua dan pendidik untuk membentuk generasi yang berkarakter kuat dan memiliki perilaku terpuji.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan zakat di Perhimpunan Warga Bhakti Islam (PWBI) Kelurahan Kwala Berkala Kecamatan Medan Johor. Literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan zakat yang baik sangat penting untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan finansial dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini mencakup serangkaian kegiatan seperti workshop, pelatihan, dan penyuluhan kepada anggota PWBI. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang konsep dasar literasi keuangan dan strategi pengelolaan zakat yang efektif. Dalam pelaksanaannya, dilakukan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan aktifitas kolaboratif antara pengelola pengabdian, narasumber ahli keuangan, dan anggota PWBI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian pre dan post-program, serta pemantauan perubahan perilaku dan pengetahuan anggota PWBI selama pelaksanaan program. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi keuangan dan pemahaman pengelolaan zakat di kalangan anggota PWBI Kelurahan Kwala Berkala. Peserta program menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan perencanaan keuangan, pemahaman tentang instrumen keuangan, dan implementasi pengelolaan zakat yang lebih efektif. Dengan meningkatnya literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan zakat, diharapkan anggota PWBI dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan mereka, serta meningkatkan kontribusi zakat untuk mendukung program kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi pada upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam konteks literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan zakat, sekaligus dapat dijadikan referensi bagi pengembangan program serupa di komunitas lain. Kata Kunci: Meningkatkan Literasi, Keuangan, Menejemen Zakat

Abstract

The problem encountered at Al Maksum Percut Sei Tuan High School is that classroom learning tends to use a direct approach that focuses on the teacher (teacher center) while students are passive when learning activities take place. This passivity makes students feel bored and has an impact on low student learning outcomes. In addition, the inappropriate selection of methods, models and strategies is also a factor in not optimizing the learning outcomes obtained by students. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes before and after the application of the problem solving learning model. This class action research was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Al maksum precut Sei Tuan which amounted to 25 students. The learning outcomes obtained by students in cycle I obtained 13 students who were complete in learning, and 12 students who were not complete with a percentage of completeness of only 52% and an average score of 65.32. And in cycle II, 21 students were obtained who were complete and 4 people who were not complete, with the percentage of completeness reaching 84% and the average score was 72.08.Keywords: Education innovation, Human resources, Islamic education.

Abstract

Masjid dalam Islam bukanlah sekedar tempat beribadah saja tetapi juga merupakan tempat pembangunan peradaban umat manusia. Jika kita lihat dari pendekatan sejarah bagaimana Rasulullah membangun suatu peradaban dimulai dari masjid. Terbukti ketika Rasulullah hijrah ke Madinah yang pertama sekali dibangunnya adalah masjid, yaitu masjid Nabawi. Tetapi saat ini terkesan ada pergeseran fungsi masjid tersebut, masjid saat ini hanya dijadikan tempat untuk beribadah shalat saja, tidak terlihat bagaimana masjid harus mampu membangun rasa kepedulian sesama muslim. Sehingga keberadaan masjid tidak begitu mepengaruhi solidaritas masyarakat. Kondisi ini sangatlah mengkhawatirkan, ditambah kondisi Covid 19 saat ini dan diberlakukan PPKM yang menyebabkan banyaknya kesulitan ekonomi yang dialami masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran masjid Al-Muhajirin Desa Bandar Klippa dalam membangun solidaritas umat yang ada di sekitaran wilayah masjid. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan naturalistik dengan pengolahan data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini direncanakan selama 1 tahun untuk melihat bagaiman peran masjid Al-Muhajirin Desa Bandar Klippa dalam membangun solidaritas umat dan masyarakat sekitar. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat sekitar masjid Al-Muhajarin baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Adapun hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pihak pengelola masjid memiliki program-program yang membangun solidaritas masyarakat sekitar, seperti program kegiatan kajian Tauhid, Tasawuf, Fiqih dan Tafsir serta senin malam ba’da isya dilakukan pengajian tentang hadis. Selain itu Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid banyak perubahan jumlah jamah yang sholat fardhu di masjid ini dan semakin banyak saja. Karena dakwah yang dilakukan Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Al-Muhajirin merupakan konsep dakwah yang merangkul tidak memukul. Selain itu tidak ada pelarangan anak-anak untuk sholat dimasjid, agar menghindari suasana tidak kondusif yang diakibatkan anak-anak yang bermain dalam shalatnya, maka dibuat piket salah satu pengurus menjaga waktu pelaksanaan shalat. Abstract

Di banyak komunitas, terutama di daerah yang nilai-nilai adat dan tradisi masih sangat kuat, seringkali terjadi ketidakpahaman atau bahkan ketidaktahuan terhadap prinsip-prinsip kompilasi hukum Islam. Realitas akan ketidakpahaman harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam di tengah-tengah masyarakat muslim acap kali meghadirkan konflik keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merespons secara spesifik terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dan memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, yaitu edukasi tentang konsep harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam. Metode kegiatan pengabdian adalah melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Mitra kegiatan adalah anggota kelompok Persatuan Wirid Batak Islam (PWBI) Kwala Bekala Medan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang konsep harta bersama menurut kompilasi hukum Islam sebesar 68,96% yang diperoleh dari hasil tes awal dan tes akhir. Dengan pemahaman yang ditingkatkan, diharapkan kelompok PWBI dapat menjadi agen perubahan positif dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kompilasi hukum Islam dalam permasalahan harta bersama, meminimalkan potensi konflik, dan menciptakan harmoni dalam keluarga serta komunitas.
