Abstract

Rendahnya penerapan personal higiene dan Ketersediaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang berdampak pada tingginya keluhan penyakit kulit pada nelayan pukat di Kampung Muaro Nagari IV Koto Hilie, Kecamatan Batang Kapas, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun 2025. Banyak nelayan yang belum menjaga kebersihan diri dengan baik, seperti tidak mencuci tangan, kaki, atau pakaian bekerja setelahnya, sementara sebagian besar juga enggan menggunakan APD lengkap (sarung tangan, sepatu boot, pelampung, dan pakaian pelindung) karena dianggap mengganggu kenyamanan saat bekerja. Kondisi ini diperburuk oleh paparan lingkungan laut seperti garam udara, sinar matahari, serta organisme laut seperti ubur-ubur dan jamur yang memicu dermatitis, gatal-gatal, bercak, kulit bersisik, dan gelembung kecil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Personal Hygiene, Ketersediaan Alat Pelindung Diri Pada Nelayan Pukat jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April - Agustus 2025 teknik pengambilan sampel Penelitian ini adalah total sampling pada 35 orang nelayan di Kampung Muaro IV Koto Hilie Kecamatan Batang Kapas dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui alat ukur dan diolah menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar nelayan memiliki kategori personal higiene buruk sebesar 51,4%, penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) secara tidak lengkap sebesar 88,6%. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat personal higiene yang kurang baik dan ketersediaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang belum optimal berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka keluhan penyakit kulit. Saran yang diberikan, diharapkan diharapkan peningkatan pemahaman terkait pentingnya kebersihan, penyediaan fasilitas sanitasi, serta pengawasan dan dukungan penggunaan APD secara lengkap agar dapat menurunkan risiko penyakit kulit dan ilmu bagi nelayan.

Abstract

Introduction: The Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) 2023 reported a decrease in anemia prevalence among pregnant women from 48.9% to 27.7%. However, local data at Majalaya Public Health Center showed an increase from 15 cases (1.04%) in 2022 to 46 cases (3.35%) in 2023. A balanced nutritional intake plays a key role in preventing anemia during pregnancy. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional intake patterns and the incidence of anemia among third-trimester pregnant women at Majalaya Public Health Center, Bandung Regency. Method: This was a correlational study using a cross-sectional design, conducted from January to July 2025. The population consisted of 98 third-trimester pregnant women, with data collected through primary sources. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-square test with a significance level of p ≤ 0.05. Result and Discussion: Statistical analysis showed a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and anemia incidence, with a p-value of 0.002 (< α = 0.05), indicating that inadequate nutrition is associated with a higher risk of anemia. Conclusion: Nutritional intake patterns have a significant association with the incidence of anemia in third-trimester pregnant women at Majalaya Public Health Center.

Abstract

Mathematics is a branch of science that studies numbers and shapes. In everyday life, community activities unconsciously apply mathematical concepts. Ethnomathematics is a field of study that integrates local culture with mathematical concepts. This research aims to explore forms of ethnomathematics related to woodcraft. Woodcraft is a type of handicraft that primarily uses wood as its main material. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with an ethnographic design, aimed at understanding the mathematical aspects contained from an ethnomathematical perspective. The application of ethnomathematics in the learning process can enrich teaching materials by connecting mathematical concepts with the cultural backgrounds of students. The method employed in this research is an ethnographic approach, in which data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Keywords: etnomathematic, woodcraft

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the cognitive abilities of students who memorize the Qur'an in solving mathematics problems on the subject of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLDV). The study uses a descriptive approach with five students who memorize the Qur'an at MTs. Wahid Hasyim, who has memorized between 1 and 5 juz. Data were collected through written tests, semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the students' cognitive abilities were in the good category with an average mastery of 73%. The indicator of understanding problems achieved the highest score (82%), followed by constructing mathematical models (76%), solving problems (70%), and evaluating results (65%). The findings show that tahfiz activities contribute to students' focus, memory, and regularity of thinking, especially in the stages of understanding problems and formulating mathematical models, although procedural and evaluative abilities need to be improved. This study provides an initial overview of the potential for integrating tahfiz activities with mathematics learning to support the development of students' cognitive abilities. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) plays a strategic role in building religious moderation amid Indonesia's diverse society. This study examines the role of IRE in strengthening religious moderation through a systematic literature review of 20 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that PAI contributes significantly to instilling values of tolerance, anti-radicalism, and respect for differences through three main strategies: integrating multicultural values into the curriculum, developing dialogical and inclusive learning methods, and strengthening the role of Islamic boarding schools and educational institutions as centers of religious moderation. The concept of wasathiyyah (middle path) is the philosophical foundation for the implementation of religious moderation in various educational institutions. The main challenges faced include uneven understanding among educators, limited teacher competence, cultural resistance, and a lack of systemic support. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of educators through continuous training, developing a more inclusive and contextual curriculum, and synergistic collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the community to ensure that the values of religious moderation are continuously internalized in the life of Indonesia's multicultural society.
