Abstract

This research aims to study how the learning planning and implementation of Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning can be used as evaluation material to improve Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning in schools. This research is action research with qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods using models from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consists of one cycle or a round of activities which include: -1) Planning (plan), (2) Action (action), (3) Observation (observing), (4) Reflection (reflecting), and planning revision will be carried out cycle. Data processing is done by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The study results indicate that the planning and implementation aspects of academic supervision improve performance in developing learning devices and on the implementation aspects. From the results of the study, there were the findings of teacher performance not following the action in the field, such as the brakes that still copied paste from fellow teachers, the facilities were inadequate and had sports outside the school because the school was still new and did not have sports facilities, the clock of the faded subjects in SMK only 2 hours of lessons run out on a trip from school to the sport. The conclusion in this study is that after being done through the filling of teacher performance appraisal instruments given to physical education teachers, it can be obtained from cycle I to cycle II the results of better teacher educators after being given assistance and supervision.

Abstract

Adolescent athletes need more nutrient intake than adolescents of the same age due to their high activities, especially during exercise, to avoid disruption in their growth process. The athlete is also required to have a good body composition to achieve optimal performance. This study examined the relationship between body composition and nutrient intake of female adolescent athletes and their fitness level. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 28 female athletes of Tulungagung Training Centre selected using systematic random sampling. Dietary assessment (energy and macronutrient intake) and body composition (FM, FFM) were measured using 2x24 hours food recall and InBody270. The maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) was measured using Multistage Fitness Test. Independent sample t-test, Mann-Whitney test, and Spearman test were performed using SPSS 25. The results found that most athletes had a lower macronutrient intake, especially energy, carbohydrate, and fat which did not meet the Recommended Dietary Allowance. However, endurance athletes consumed more protein (p=0,044) and fat (p=0,873) than non-endurance athletes. Spearman test revealed a negative correlation between energy intake, fat mass, and VO2max. In general, many athletes consume macronutrients less than the RDA. Dietary intake and body composition in highly trained adolescent female athletes must be optimized and monitored to achieve better performance and physical fitness.

Abstract

Sport has become a social phenomenon that is spread throughout the world. Sports can be used and directed for various purposes, every country in the world including Indonesia faces challenges to improve achievement in every sport and to maintain the physical fitness of its citizens. Various observations in the field regarding training have not shown good and correct fitness and have not understood the importance of training models for themselves and community groups. This is very likely due to insufficient or inadequate knowledge and meeting standards that can maximize physical fitness, this requires the world to be in a critical condition due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity in providing basic training for Puslatcab Tulungagung trainers is intended as a preparation for trainers to face the 2022 Porprov to maintain physical fitness by doing physical exercise for athletes and coaching staff during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This activity contains training given to coaches so that they can maintain the physical fitness of athletes and coaching staff of the Tulungagung Regency Puslatcab by doing physical exercises at home which will affect and maintain the body's immune system to avoid contracting the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) merupakan pendidikan yang ada pada sekolah dasar memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan gerak dasar motorik pada siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh dan berapa besar permainan tradisional bentengan dalam pembelajaran PJOK terhadap sosio-emosional siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa dari  kelas IV SDN X. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan instrumen penelitian yang menggunakan skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu meningkatkatnya nilai rata-rata dari pretest sebesar 72.64 ke postest dengan nilai 86.94. Kesimpulan yang di dapatkan yaitu terdapat pengaruh permainan bentengan terhadap sosio emosional siswa.

Abstract

Permainan kecil merupakan permainan yang sederhana yang dapat dimodifikasi sesuai dengan sarana dan prasarana yang ada, baik berupa ukuran, luas, dan peraturan yang dibuat. Penerapan permainan kecil dalam proses pembelajaran dinilai dapat meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik lebih senang tanpa ada tekanan selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan permainan kecil pada proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan mengetahui motivasi peserta didik pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar apabila diberikan permainan kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu SDN Rejomulyo dengan jumlah 33 peserta didik. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket motivasi belajar. pengujian hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS ver.25. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan maka memperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh permainan kecil dalam meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada hasil pengolahan data memperoleh hasil signifikan sebesar 0,00 yang berarti nilai sig 0,05.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan fisik siswa khususnya daya tahan aerobik di SMPN 1 Sampang, tujuan pelaksanaan riset ini ialah untuk memahami ada ataupun tidak pengaruhnya metode latihan interval with mini hurdle dan metode latihan fartlek time to distance terhadap peningkatan VO2max. Pelaksanaan riset mempergunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain two-group pretest-posttest. Sampel yang dipakai 20 siswa SMPN 1 Sampang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pacer. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data yang dipakai ialah uji-t yang bertujuan agar memahami pengaruh metode latihan interval dengan mini rintangan dan metode pelatihan time to distance fartlek untuk memberi peningkatan VO2max. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh latihan interval with mini hurdle dan Fartlek time to distance terhadap peningkatan VO2max yang dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,000 > 0,05 dan 0,000 < 0,05, menandakan yaitu metode Fartlek time to distance exercise berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Vo2max siswa. Hasil analisis uji sampel mandiri perbedaan antara metode Latihan Interval with mini hurdle dan Fartlek time to distance pada peningkatan VO2max siswa SMPN 1 Sampang. Dengan nilai 0,548 > 0,05, hasil riset menampilkan yaitu Sig > 0,05, disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan diantara Latihan Interval with mini hurdle dan Fartlek time to distance pada peningkatan VO2max Siswa SMPN 1 Sampang.

Abstract

This study aims to test the application of interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline to increase student motivation in PJOK lessons. Work Safety material focuses on research studied by grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 14 Madiun. This research is classified as development research developed using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research on interactive multimedia development based on articulate storyline work safety material developed according to material experts, media experts, and linguists are very valid, with a percentage of 84%, 84%, and 88%. Student learning motivation using articulate storyline learning media is classified as a very high category with an average percentage of 86%. The results of this study show that the development of interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline can increase student motivation in class VIII PJOK lessons at SMP Negeri 14 Madiun

Abstract

Performance analysis through match statistics has developed and is inseparable from individual or team sports to observe and evaluate individual or team playing performances. This study aims to analyze four indicators of playing performance in FIBA Live stats match statistics, namely field goal percentage (FG%), free throw percentage (FT%), rebounds (REB), and turnovers (TOV) from the Bhayangkara Bea Cukai Jaya (BBJ) Basketball team in participating in the Surabaya Champion League 2022. This research is quantitative descriptive research with descriptive statistical analysis. The analysis results show that the average field goal percentage (FG%) is 29.82%, with eight players above the average and seven below the norm to be concluded in the "sufficient" category. The average free throw percentage (FT%) is 27.69%, with 8 players above average and 7 players below average, so it is concluded in the "not good" category. Average total rebounds (TREB) is 7.93 times, with 4 players above average and 11 players below average, so it is concluded in the "excellent" category. Average turnovers (TOV) were 2.73 times, with 9 players below average and 6 players above average, so it was summed up in the "excellent" category.

Abstract

Tabata workouts are exercises that use intensity with monotonous and numerous movements​ that pile up an injury. In the research, this researcher modified exercise tabata using bodyweight training to motivate students when they exercise with the Tabata model. Besides, modification intensity supports students who are spared from frequent injuries​, especially athletes who exercise tabata with intensity. Research purposes This is for known influence exercise tabata to increase students' VO2Max with modification movement and intensity that has been modified. The type of research used is a study experiment with design one group pretest-posttest design research. 11 students will participate in a study; they will do exercise tabata with an intensity of 80-90% 3 times a week for 3 weeks. The entire subject involved in the study is active students​ who do physical activity at least 2 times a week. The paired sample t-test was used in the study. The research result is that there is a difference between pre and post-surgery students who exercise tabata for 3 weeks (p ≤ 0.05) with an increase in VO2Max by 15.93%. Conclusions study This exercise tabata for 3 weeks is capable of increasing VO2Max in students. Modified Tabata workout​ with bodyweight training movements with 8 different movements gives significant enhancement to students' VO2Max.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari kombinasi latihan ladder drill quick feet dan bunny hop dalam meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain randomized pre and post test design. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan subjek penelitian dengan kriteria: 1) siswa SMP Negeri 1 Jogoroto yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli, 2) laki-laki, 3) berusia 14-16 tahun. Jumlah seluruh subjek penelitian sebanyak 16 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok secara acak. Tiap kelompok terdiri dari delapan orang. Kelompok 1 (LD) diberi intervensi melakukan kombinasi latihan ladder drill dan kelompok 2 (Konvensional) melakukan latihan konvensional. Frekuensi latihan dilakukan sebanyak 18 pertemuan dengan rincian seminggu 3 kali, selama 6 minggu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah sprint 30 m dan agility t test. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah paired sample t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masing-masing kelompok dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. < 0,05. Selain itu, ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok LD dengan konvensional dalam meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan dengan nilai sig. < 0,05. Kesimpulannya adalah kombinasi latihan ladder drill quick feet dan bunny hop dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan secara signifikan dibandingkan latihan konvensional.
