Abstract

ABSTRACT Antibiotic resistance occurs when microorganisms become unresponsive to antibiotic treatment, rendering common therapies ineffective against infections. As a result, the infection becomes increasingly challenging to treat, posing a heightened risk of severe disease progression and increasing the risk of spreading the disease. The causes of the emergence of antibiotic resistance include a number of factors, including excessive use of antibiotics from self-medication, to inappropriate disposal of antibiotic drugs. Karawang Regency, a region in West Java which consists of 10 sub-districts and has a population of more than 2.4 million people. Research conducted in Karawang shows the potential for antibiotic resistance based on use and the environment. It is known that the people of Karawang Regency have poor knowledge and perception regarding antibiotic resistance and use, one of which is Pasir Jengkol village. Therefore, it is necessary to increase understanding of medicines among the people of Karawang Regency, including by socializing the DAGUSIBU movement (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan dan Buang Obat) or Proper Use, Storage and Disposal of Medications and its implementation as a measure to prevent antibiotic resistance. The output of this activity is primarily an increase in understanding of public knowledge through questionnaires which are analyzed using statistics. The results obtained were then tested using a statistical test showing a significant influence (Sig 0.002) increase in knowledge through the difference in pre-test and post-test scores. This outreach activity, which provides educational materials on preventing resistance, has positively impacted the Pasir Jengkol community's knowledge. Therefore, this socialization initiative can be replicated in other areas, particularly in Karawang Regency. Keywords: Antibiotic,  Drug Resistance, DAGUSIBU, Karawang.

Abstract

Sediaan Tablet merupakan sediaan paling dikenal sebagai sediaan takaran tunggal yang dikempa cetak sehingga padat dan berbentuk tabung pipih atau sirkuler dengan permukaan rata ataupun cembung. Proses pembuatan tablet memerlukan eksipien (bahan tambahan) untuk memfasilitasi pengempaan, karena zat aktif dalam tablet tidak dapat langsung dikempa tanpa tambahan eksipien. Maltodextrin merupakan eksipien yang sering digunakan dalam pembuatan tablet, karena sifatnya menguntungkan dan memiliki harga yang relatif murah, lebih komersil, serta mudah didapat dibandingkan dengan eksipien lain. Namun, penambahan maltodextrin sebagai pengisi, pengikat dan penyalut, dapat menyebabkan timbulnya sifat fisik tablet yang kurang optimal sehingga mempengaruhi sediaan tablet yang dibuat. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pengkajian mengenai pengaruh penambahan Maltodextrin terhadap karakteristik fisik tablet dan konsentrasi optimalnya, agar tablet yang dihasilkan memiliki spesifikasi yang baik. Bahasan tersebut kemudian dituangkan dalam systematic literature review yang didasarkan jurnal internasional atau nasional pada google scholar, dan pubmed. Didapatkan 10 jurnal masuk kedalam kriteria inklusi review artikel dan dilakukan pembahasan. Hasilnya dari penambahan konsentrasi maltodextrin dapat mempengaruhi hasil Karakteristik tablet seperti bobot tablet, persentase disolusi tablet, kekerasan tablet, friabilitas, waktu larut, penampilan tablet dan kandungan kimia dalam tablet. Dimana konsentrasi maltodextrin yang digunakan oleh para peneliti dalam jurnalnya ada pada rentang 2-40% untuk penyalut, 5-35% untuk pengikat dan ≤40% untuk pengisi. Dari ketiga fungsi maltodextrin tersebut, paling banyak digunakan sebagai eksipien pengisi dan pengikat pada sediaan tablet.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Students' Ability to Use Connecting Words in Writing Descriptions on Theme 1 Sub-theme 2 Pb 2 Class V SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh". As for the formulation of the problem in this study, how is the ability of students to use connecting words in descriptive essays on Theme 1 Sub-theme 2 Pb 2 Class V SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh? This study aims to describe the ability of students to use conjunctions in descriptive essays on Theme 1 Sub-theme 2 Pb 2 Class V SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. The subjects in this study were all fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh, totaling 34 students. The data collection technique used a written test in the form of questions or contents in the form of discourse. The results showed that there were 15 students who scored in the "very capable" category. students with the category of "able" as many as 7 people. As well as students who "notable" as many as 12 people. The average value of students' ability to use connecting words in descriptive essays on Theme 1 Sub-theme 2 PB 2 Class V SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh is 83.38 or is in the capable category. This is in accordance with the following conditions: 89 A 100 (very capable), 79 B 89 (able), and 70 C 79 (not yet capable). So it can be concluded that the ability of students to use connecting words in descriptive essays on Theme 1 Sub-theme 2 PB 2 Class V SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh is categorized as capable.

Abstract

Death anxiety is a form of existential anxiety that can disrupt an individual's emotional balance and daily functioning, particularly among university students who are navigating developmental and personal challenges. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the humanistic-existential counseling approach in helping students cope with death-related anxiety. A qualitative case study method was employed, involving five individual counseling sessions with a student experiencing intense anxiety following the loss of a parent. The results show that existential counseling helped the counselee reflect on traumatic experiences, understand the root causes of their anxiety, and reconstruct the meaning of life. The counselee demonstrated improvements in self-awareness, acceptance of existential reality, and the ability to manage negative thoughts in a more adaptive way. This study concludes that humanistic-existential counseling is effective in reducing death anxiety by guiding counselees to discover personal meaning, embrace freedom of choice, and take responsibility for their lives.

Abstract

Drug addiction has a profound impact on the dynamics and harmony of intimate relationships, particularly in emotional, communicative, and psychological aspects. This study aims to explore the effects of drug addiction on couple relationship patterns and evaluate the effectiveness of Gestalt counseling in enhancing self-awareness. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used, involving a university student at Universitas Negeri Surabaya who experienced relationship disharmony due to a partner's history of drug abuse. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings revealed that drug addiction led to behavioral changes, emotional instability, and decreased interpersonal quality. Through Gestalt counseling, the counselee demonstrated increased self-awareness, acceptance of emotional experiences, and an improved ability to rebuild relationship balance. Techniques such as the empty-chair dialogue and positive affirmations were effective in facilitating emotional reflection and cognitive restructuring. In conclusion, Gestalt counseling is a relevant approach to support individuals affected by drug-related relational disruptions in achieving greater personal insight and restoring relationship harmony.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa Wisata Negeri Saleman, terletak di Kecamatan Seram Utara Barat, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, merupakan kawasan dengan potensi wisata alam. Kawasan ini memiliki karakteristik khas berupa kombinasi lanskap pantai, bahari, dan pegunungan dengan atraksi utama seperti Pantai Ora, Pantai Air Belanda, Keramba Cinta, dan Tebing Hatupia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan model daya tarik wisata Desa Saleman melalui analisis potensi wisata alam, pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal, dan ekonomi kreatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan meliputi pengelola wisata, komunitas lokal, dan wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Negeri Saleman memiliki berbagai atraksi wisata unggulan yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk ekowisata berbasis keunikan lokal seperti pengalaman snorkeling di terumbu karang yang masih alami, eksplorasi gua laut, dan wisata tujuh pulau yang memadukan keindahan alam dengan kearifan lokal. Meskipun infrastruktur aksesibilitas masih perlu ditingkatkan akibat cuaca ekstrem yang sering menyebabkan kerusakan jalan, potensi ekowisata dan pariwisata berkelanjutan di desa ini sangat menjanjikan. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan wisata serta promosi digital menjadi kunci utama untuk mendukung pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan, dengan implementasi berupa keterlibatan warga dalam penyediaan akomodasi, kuliner lokal, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Strategi pengembangan yang diusulkan mencakup diversifikasi produk wisata, peningkatan kapasitas SDM lokal melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan dan keterampilan digital, serta perbaikan infrastruktur pendukung seperti signage, pengelolaan sampah, dan transportasi lokal guna meningkatkan daya saing Desa Wisata Negeri Saleman di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Kata kunci: Desa Wisata, ekowisata, pemberdayaan masyarakat, potensi wisata, ekonomi kreatif, pariwisata berkelanjutan ABSTRACT The Tourism Village of Negeri Saleman, located in the North West Seram District, Central Maluku Regency, is an area rich in natural tourism potential, including coastal and marine tourism. This study aims to identify and develop a model of tourist attractions in Saleman Village through an analysis of natural tourism potential, local community empowerment, and the creative economy. The results indicate that Negeri Saleman possesses various premier tourist attractions. Although accessibility infrastructure still needs improvement due to extreme weather often causing road damage, the potential for ecotourism and sustainable tourism in this village is highly promising. Active participation of the local community in tourism management and digital promotion are key factors in supporting sustainable tourism development. The proposed strategies include diversification of tourism products, enhancement of local human resource capacity, and infrastructure improvements to increase the competitiveness of the Negeri Saleman Tourism Village at both national and international levels. Keywords: Tourism Village, ecotourism, community empowerment, tourism potential, creative economy, sustainable tourism.

Abstract

This literature study aims to evaluate pharmacy students' knowledge and attitudes regarding pharmaceutical waste disposal from an ecopharmacology perspective. Ecopharmacology is a branch of science that examines the environmental impact of drug residues, particularly how pharmaceutical compounds affect ecosystems after disposal. This perspective is important because unused or improperly discarded medications can contaminate water and soil, and disrupt ecological balance. The study employs a qualitative literature review method by analyzing articles from the PubMed and Scopus databases over the past ten years. The results show that although pharmacy students possess basic knowledge about the environmental risks of improper drug disposal, there remains a gap in practical application. Ecopharmacology education has proven to play a significant role in raising awareness and fostering environmentally responsible attitudes. Conclusion: Pharmacy students have basic knowledge about the environmental impact of drug disposal, but its implementation is still suboptimal.Recommendation: It is recommended to integrate ecopharmacology into the pharmacy curriculum and provide proper and easily accessible pharmaceutical waste disposal facilities.

Abstract

Fenomena mahasiswa rantau di Indonesia telah menjadi isu penting karena tantangan emosional, sosial, dan psikologis yang mereka hadapi dalam proses adaptasi di lingkungan baru, sehingga diperlukan strategi dukungan yang efektif seperti konseling Gestalt untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional dan kemampuan penyesuaian mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teknik konseling Gestalt dalam membantu mahasiswa rantau menghadapi tantangan adaptasi di lingkungan baru. Proses adaptasi sering kali memunculkan berbagai masalah emosional dan sosial, seperti kesepian, homesickness, dan stres akibat perbedaan budaya serta tuntutan akademik. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa rantau sebagai subjek untuk memahami efektivitas konseling Gestalt. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling Gestalt membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan kesadaran diri, mengelola emosi, dan mengembangkan strategi coping yang adaptif. Teknik-teknik seperti dialog internal dan eksplorasi pola pikir terbukti memperkuat kemandirian emosional dan kemampuan sosial mahasiswa. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa konseling Gestalt memiliki dampak signifikan dalam mendukung proses adaptasi mahasiswa rantau serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk layanan konseling kampus.

Abstract

This article discusses the history of the founding of Sidomulyo Village in Mesuji District, Mesuji Regency, with a focus on the groundbreaking ceremony as the main milestone in the formation of the village. The main issues raised in this article include the historical background of the village's founding, the process of laying the first stone, and the impact of these activities on the local community. The main target of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence the village founding process and understand the significance of the groundbreaking ceremony in the social and cultural context of the Sidomulyo community. The research method used is literature study and direct observation of the laying of the first stone and development of the village. The data obtained was then analyzed to reveal the relationship between the groundbreaking activity and the social changes that occurred in Sidomulyo Village. Making historical inscriptions is used to commemorate the history of the village and local community. In this way, future generations can understand the background and development of Sidomulyo village. Inscriptions are used to commemorate the history of the village and the local community, including establishing village boundaries (sima) and important events in the history of the village. The conclusion of this article shows that the laying of the first stone is not only a symbol of the beginning of the physical development of the village, but also reflects the process of social integration and community participation in the formation of village identity and to commemorate the history of the village. The ceremony plays an important role in building a spirit of togetherness and a sense of belonging among residents, as well as providing a foundation for the village's future development.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap tekanan dari lingkungan sosial, pendidikan, dan keluarga. Jika stres tidak dikelola dengan baik, mereka berisiko mengalami perilaku negatif, termasuk penyalahgunaan narkotika. Motivational Interviewing (MI) menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang efektif untuk membantu remaja mengatasi stres. Pendekatan ini membangun motivasi intrinsik melalui dialog kolaboratif yang menghargai otonomi individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi efektivitas Motivational Interviewing dalam membantu remaja mengelola stres dan mencegah penyalahgunaan narkotika. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur, berbagai artikel, jurnal, dan sumber pustaka dianalisis guna mengidentifikasi dampak MI terhadap stres pada remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MI efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran remaja terhadap stres, mengembangkan strategi coping yang positif, mempererat hubungan keluarga, dan mendorong mereka mencari dukungan sosial.
