Abstract

Perkembangan industri konstruksi di Indonesia sangat pesat sehingga perusahaan jasa konstruksi harus mempekerjakan karyawan yang berkualifikasi, memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan agar dapat bertahan dalam industri konstruksi yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Nikkindo Multicons. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei sebagai desain penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan CV. Nikkindo Multicons yang berjumlah 33 karyawan dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga sampel menggunakan semua anggota populasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F untuk uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitu pula, pengawasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara motivasi kerja dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan  di CV. Nikkindo Multicons.

Abstract

Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS)a banking service that aims to provide smoothness and convenience in banking by utilizing information technology. Research to examine the extent to which Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Perceived Value and Habit and Behavioral Intention influence on Behavioral Usage. This research is an explanatory research, the location of this study was conducted in the city of Malang, East Java. The population in this study were all people who transacted using Mobile Banking with a sample of 196 respondents. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Path Analysis and Testing Hypotheses. From the results of the analysis and discussion obtained the results of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions and Hedonic Motivation significantly influence Behavioral Intention. Furthermore Social Influence, Perceived Value and Habit have no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Conditions and habits do not significantly influence Behavioral to Used, but Behavioral Intention influences Behavioral to Use. Facilitating Conditions and habits significantly influence Behavioral Usage through Behavioral intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the city of Malang, involving 230 respondents who are local culinary enthusiasts. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS to examine the relationships between gastronomy involvement, Local Food Consumption value, culinary skills, digitalization, and purchase intention. The results show that Gastronomy Involvement does not have a direct effect on purchase intention. However, this involvement positively influences culinary skills and digitalization, indicating that increased engagement in gastronomy can enhance skills and the utilization of digital technology. Additionally, Local Food Consumption value significantly affects both culinary skills and digitalization.Culinary skills have been shown to positively impact purchase intention, emphasizing the importance of skill development in enhancing consumer buying intentions. Meanwhile, digitalization does not exhibit a direct effect on purchase intention. The study also found that both Gastronomy Involvement and Local Food Consumption can increase purchase intention through culinary skills, but not through digitalization. These findings provide important insights for culinary industry stakeholders in Malang to focus on skill development as a strategy to enhance purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the HOT-FIT model in the use of QRIS in Malang City, focusing on the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality. Involving 180 QRIS users as respondents, the results indicate that user satisfaction significantly affects the benefits of using the QRIS application. Information quality has a significant impact on user satisfaction but does not directly influence benefits or system usage. Meanwhile, service quality significantly affects user satisfaction, benefits, and system usage. System quality also significantly influences user satisfaction and system usage, but does not directly affect the benefits received by users. Furthermore, system usage proves to have a significant effect on the benefits obtained. Mediation analysis shows that user satisfaction serves as a significant mediator between service quality, system quality, and benefits, whereas information quality does not show a significant impact on benefits through system usage. These findings provide important insights for the development and enhancement of QRIS services in Malang City to improve user experience and perceived benefits. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of the factors influencing the effectiveness of QRIS usage and to offer recommendations for service providers to enhance quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Competition in educational institutions is currently increasingly fierce, so student satisfaction and Word of mouth to attract prospective new students are of particular concern in order to achieve the development and existence of the institution. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of service quality and campus image on Word of mouth through student satisfaction as an intervening variable.The research was conducted on students of the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology (INSTIKI) Denpasar, Bali. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents from the class of 2021 (72 students from the IT Faculty and 13 students from the SK Faculty). The collected quantitative data was analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis using SmartPLS-4.0.9.8 software. The research results show that service quality and campus image have a direct and indirect positive and significant effect on Word of mouth through student satisfaction as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, student satisfaction acts as partial mediation.

Abstract

The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

Abstract

The diversity of tourist attractions in the Jatim Park Group is inseparable from entrepreneurial marketing that is applied by companies with the use of mature market research and in order to support Batu City to become an International Destination City. This study illustrates the influence of marketing information systems, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. East Java park group with 6 reservoirs is the location of the study with a total sample of 120 people, with characteristics of millennial age samples (aged between 15-34 years). The results of the research show that the marketing information system does not directly influence loyalty but the marketing information system influences loyalty through the marketing information system, as well as the results of service quality which directly or indirectly affect customer loyalty. The entrepreneurial marketing also has a direct or non-slim influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This shows the existence of tourist attractions is very necessary the existence of product innovation and differentiation as well as informing customers with an updated marketing information system and still continuing to maintain services if visitors are already in the tourist attractions. Abstract

Dampak polsitif pandelmi Colvid-19 selcara tidak langsung melmpelngaruhi pelrtumbuhan bisnis apoltelk di Kabupateln Belkasi delngan selmakin belrtambahnya jumlah apoltelk baru. Persaingan bisnis apotek tidak dapat dihindari dan persaingannya semakin ketat sehingga manajemen apotek memegang peranan penting. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut manajemen perlu meningkatkan tentang konsep manajemen pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta membuktikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan merupakan variabel mediasi yang mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sampell pelnellitian ini telrdiri dari 100 relspolndeln yang melrupakan pellanggan Apoltelk Rapha Farma Belkasi, yang dipilih melnggunakan telknik accidelntal-purpolsivel sampling. Data dikumpulkan mellalui surveli kuisiolnelr dan dianalisis melnggunakan meltoldel Partial Lelast Squarel (PLS). Hasil pelnellitian melnunjukkan bahwa kualitas pellayanan dan harga melmiliki pelngaruh polsitif dan signifikan telrhadap kelpuasan pellanggan, kualitas pellayanan dan harga melmiliki pelngaruh polsitif dan signifikan telrhadap lolyalitas pellanggan. Sellain itu, kelpuasan pellanggan juga melmiliki pelngaruh polsitif dan signifikan telrhadap lolyalitas pellanggan. Dalam pelnellitian ini, kelpuasan pellanggan telrbukti melnjadi variabell meldiasi yang melmeldiasi hubungan antara kualitas pellayanan dan lolyalitas pellanggan. Kelpuasan pellanggan tidak telrbukti belrpelran selbagai variabell meldiasi antara harga dan lolyalitas pellanggan.

Abstract

Shopee menjadi peringkat satu pada aplikasi mobile di appstore dan di playstore. Keberhasilan Shopee.com dalam memenangkan konsumennya terletak pada bagaimana membangun media pemasarannya. Media pemasaran unggulan yang dimiliki oleh Shopee.com salah satunya yang fenomenal dibandingkan dengan kompetitor pesaingnya, yaitu menggunakan media fitur games atau permainan. Bagaimana pengaruh Gamification terhadap Positive Emotion dan Customer Engagement yang tujuannya adalah Repurchase Intention. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode SEM-PLS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1. Pengaruh Gamifikasi terhadap customer engagement dan repurchase intention. 2. Pengaruh Positive Emotion terhadap Customer Engagement dan Repurchase Intention. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang pernah membeli dan bermain game di Shopee. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1. Gamification berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap customer engagement dan repurchase intention 2) Positive Emotion berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Engagement serta Repurchase Emotion yang dimediasi oleh Customer Engagement.

Abstract

Online shopping activities in Indonesia are carried out through marketplaces and social media. Since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, online shopping has become part of the daily lives of Indonesian people in various circles. Indonesian business circles looked at this opportunity, so various online stores appeared, including one of them is the Indonesian Bagsdealer Shop. The rise of online stores creates competition, and each tries to grab the interest of buyers. This study aims to analyze the influence of clearance sales, online customer reviews and customer experience on purchase decisions at Bagsdealer Indonesia Shop, Tangerang. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire (google form) on 145 respondents. The research data was processed quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study show that 1) clearance sale partially affects purchase decisions, 2) online customer reviews partially affect purchase decisions, 3) customer experience partially affects purchase decisions, and 4) clearance sales, online customer reviews, and customer experience simultaneously or together affect purchase decisions at Indonesian Bagsdealer stores as evidenced by an F value of 73.333 > F table 2.669 and significance values of 0.000 < 0.05.
