Abstract

Maharani Prima skin care adalah klinik kecantikan di kota Blitar. Maharani Prima skin care menjadi salah satu pelopor pertama klinik kecantikan yang ada di Blitar dan seiring berjalannya waktu Maharani Prima skin care mampu berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Di tahun 2014, klinik yang brlokasi di daerah Sutojayan, Blitar tersebut mulai mengeluarkan brand skine care dengan formula khusus yang dibuat langsung oleh dr. Maharani Prima dan telah terdaftar BPOM serta tersertifikasi halal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian online Maharani Prima skin care, pengaruh harga terhadap pembelian online Maharani Prima skin care, pengaruh diskon terhadap pembelian online Maharani Prima skin care, pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap pembelian online Maharani Prima skin care. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengamilan sampel menggunakan sampel slovin dan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier brganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpenaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan harga, diskon, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online Maharani Prima skin care. Secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, harga, diskon dan pekercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online Maharani Prima skin care, dan keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variable kualitas produk, harga, diskon dan kepercayaan sebesar 75.6% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variable lainnya yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Social distancing memberikan banyak waktu bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan perawatan tubuh, inilah yang menjadikan permintaan terhadap produk-produk skincare bertambah, terlihat dari transaksi online yang mencapai 80% di tahun 2020. Beberapa tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui efek dari kualitas produk, social media marketing, eWOM, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk skincare Alzena di kabupaten Pati. Data kuantitatif dikoleksi dari 100 responden melalui kuisioner dengan accidental-sampling-technique. Setelah itu analisis PLS dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa ada efek positif signifikan kualitas produk pada keputusan pembelian, ada efek positif signifikan social media marketing pada keputusan pembelian, ada efek positif signifikan eWOM pada keputusan pembelian, dan ada efek positif signifikan promosi pada keputusan pembelian. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas produk, social media marketing, eWOM dan promosi.

Abstract

It is undeniable that during the Covid-19 pandemic all community activities  are limited to direct interactions. One of the limits of activity is in the area of library services, where there are two services that libraries have to offer: physical  lending  and electronic  lending. There are several barriers that libraries encounter in relation to e-book lending services. For example, low technical proficiency, limited equipment and infrastructure, internet network, and cost. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we applied the method of user-centered design to system development, built a user-friendly and user-friendly mobile-based electronic library, and built visitor-library relationship management. The development of this library service system application uses a linear sequential method (waterfall). The waterfall methodology is a systematic, sequential software development method that starts at the system level and progresses through analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. Below are the stages of the waterfall model. E-library results have several features for restricting access rights, such as: B. Limitation on number of books and loan period. The resulting application has the main function of being able to protect your digital works in use. That is, restricting borrowed digital works to specific devices.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan aplikasi pesan antar makanan saat ini menjadi bagian dalam perubahan gaya hidup dan perilaku. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa layanan GrabFood, 2) pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa layanan GrabFood, dan 3) pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa layanan GrabFood. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk pengumpulan data. Rumus Cooper & emory digunakan untuk menghitung besar sampel sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Sebanyak 100 warga di Area Perumahan Pesona Aluna Limbangan Kabupaten Sukabumi bersedia menjadi subyek penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of fundamental factors which are represented by the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Price Book Value and Systematic Risk which is represented by beta toward stock returns of LQ45 stock that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018 - 2021. Purposive sampling is used as the sampling technique with criteria: The stock of industry in LQ45 has always seen the annual financial report over the period 2018-2021 and could be made financial ratio from the annual report as used in this research. 28 samples of LQ45 stock were taken in this research. The partial regression coefficient was tested using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the statistical t-test with a level of significance of 5%. The classic assumption test, which also included the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test, was also run. Based on the result of this research, classic assumption deviation has not founded, this indicated that available data has fulfilled the condition to use a multiple regression model. Empirical evidence of analysis showed as partially Price to Book Value and Systematic Risk have a positive dan significant effect on stock return, while CR, TATO, and DER have no significant effect on stock returns and ROE has a negative and significant effect on LQ45 stock returns for the 2018-2021 period. The result of this research indicated that PBV and Systematic Risk were used by the investor to predict the stock return of LQ45 company period 2018-2021.

Abstract

Technology is increasingly coming in and influencing marketing that was previously done with traditional media. The internet is a means for business people to communicate, share information and promote their business. One of the places to buy online is Shopee. Shopee became the top three ranked online shopping app with the highest increase in online shopping demand in Q1 2022. Meanwhile, Shopee is also the most visited application by Indonesians, competing with Lazada and Tokopedia which have been the king of online marketplaces that are most often downloaded on smartphones. This shows that Indonesians today often visit and shop online at Shopee. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the influence of Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace, (2) The influence of Digital marketing on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace, (3) The influence of Service Quality on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 87 respondents who made more than three purchases. The results of this study show that (1) Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Online shopping in Indonesia especially in the city of Malang is experiencing very rapid development, this is used by entrepreneurs to sell their wares via the internet. Some entrepreneurs use the use of websites to market their merchandise online. Sales through the website will be successful if consumers have a high level of trust in the website, and consumers get the ease and quality of information needed when shopping online at the intended online shopping website. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, and quality of information on the website www.laroslaptop.com on online purchasing decisions. The subjects in this study were consumers from Malang who had made online purchases on the website www.laroslaptop.com in 2018 with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method uses Simple Random Sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with tools such as Excel software and SPSS IBM Statistics ver. 26.  The results of this study indicate that trust, convenience, and quality of information partially have no effect on online purchasing decisions. And simultaneously found a significant influence between trust, convenience, and quality of information on online purchasing decisions. Keywords: Trust, Ease, Quality of Information, Online Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the effect of stakeholder engagement, social mapping and the implementation of Corporate social responsibility on the achievement of a social license to operate at PT Semen Gresik Rembang Factory. This study used a sampling technique by taking purposive sampling as a sample. The instrument for taking the questionnaire was for 355 respondents, namely the people who are in the environment of PT Semen Gresik Rembang Factory. The research data was processed as a quantitative description using path analysis techniques using application software and supported by primary data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Stakeholder engagement has a significant effect on the achievement of a social license to operate; (2) Social mapping has a significant effect on achieving a social license to operate; (3) corporate social responsibility has a significant effect on the achievement of a social license to operate; (4) Stakeholder engagement, social mapping and corporate social responsibility simultaneously influence the achievement of a social license to operate.

Abstract

The development of SMEs is largely determined by the existence of MFIs that offer financing models are diverse. It can be said that MFIs become a partner of SMEs in this regard as a financial services provider, through diverse financing models. But on the other hand the diversity of financing models offered by MFIs have not been fully able to be utilizedThis study used exploratory research, descriptive, experimental and applied research conducted in stages for the development of a comprehensive model of microfinance accommodative Informants determined based on the information needs. Using a descriptive and qualitative analysis of the MFI deliberately selected examples illustrate the following: (A) The existence of MFIs is recognized community has a strategic role as an intermediary in economic activity that has not affordable public services of banking institutions / conventional banks; (B) service MFIs have demonstrated success, but success can still be in business economics. Skim MFI lending to businesses has not received the priority, it is characterized by a relatively small ceiling (budget allocation) to support farming, which is less than 10% of the total ceiling of MFIs; (C) A critical factor in the development of the agricultural sector MFI lies in the institutional legality, capability management, seed capital support, the economic viability of farming, farm characteristics and technical assistance clients / service users MFIs; (D) To initiate the growth and development of agricultural MFIs needed guidance enhanced capabilities for HR candidates MFI managers, support the strengthening of capital and technical assistance to customers of credit users.Keywords: Financial Institutions Micro, Small Business Micro

Abstract

Research aimed at knowing the effect of product quality, price and promotion factors that influence purchasing decisions in INKOFFIE Sidoarjo. The population used by most of the consumers of INKOFFIE Sidoarjo with a total sample of 100 respondents. Where sampling used purposive sampling method using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The research of conclusion that is magnitude of the effect of product quality on promotion are 0.704. The magnitude of the effect of price on promotion are 0.216. The magnitude of the influence between promotions on purchasing decisions are 0.381. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions which is 0.189. The magnitude of the influence of price on purchasing decisions are 0.434. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions through promotions are 0.268. The magnitude of the influence of price on purchasing decisions through promotions are 0.082. This study explains that there is a positive and significant influence by product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions directly or indirectly on INKOFFIE Sidoarjo consumers
