Abstract

Technology and social media have become an integral part of daily life. TikTok, one of the fastest-growing platforms, has evolved into an e-commerce platform known as TikTok Shop. With its socio-commerce concept, which combines social interaction and transactions, TikTok Shop offers an interactive, personalized, and community-based shopping experience, positioning itself as a disruptor in digital marketing across Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of content, testimonials, and product quality on purchasing decisions, with purchase intent as a mediating variable, for Viralproducts.id corset products on the TikTok platform. The research was conducted in Malang City with a population of Viralproducts.id consumers. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with the assistance of SMART PLS 3. The results of the study indicate: (1) Content has a positive influence on purchase intent, (2) Testimonials have a positive influence on purchase intent, (3) Product quality does not influence purchase intent, (4) Purchase intention has a positive influence on purchase decision, (5) Content does not have a direct influence on purchase decision, (6) Testimonials do not have a direct influence on purchase decision, (7) Product quality does not have a direct influence on purchase decision, (8) Content has a positive influence on purchase decision through purchase intention, (9) Testimonials have a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest, and (10) Product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest. These findings emphasize the importance of content and testimonial strategies in increasing purchase interest, which ultimately influences purchasing decisions on socio-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Distance education has evolved from a correspondence education model to e-learning-based education using a Learning Management System (LMS). One LMS that is widely used is Edlink. The successful implementation of an information system, including e-learning, is very important to determine the user's ability to utilise the system so that it can empirically describe e-learning user satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to measure the usability of the Edlink LMS. The questionnaire used in this research consists of the variables Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and User Satisfaction. From the results of the Usability calculation, the Usefulness variable's feasibility level was 83.54%, the ease of use variable was 83.03%, the ease of learning variable was 84.79%, the usability variable was 82.62%  and the total usability value was 83.31. %. This shows that LMS Edlink is a very effective learning media to use in bold learning.

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher feedback, learning attitudes, and family environment on students’ academic achievement at SMA Alfa Centauri in Bandung. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with data collected from 100 respondents. The results revealed that, partially, only the family environment had a significant effect on academic achievement, while teacher feedback and learning attitudes did not show significant direct effects. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables were able to explain 31.1% of the variance in academic achievement, as indicated by an R² value of 0.311. These findings highlight the critical role of the family environment in supporting students’ academic success and emphasize the need for integrated efforts to strengthen a culture of learning within schools. Keywords: Academic achievement, Teacher feedback, Learning attitudes, Family                 environment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian umpan balik, sikap belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Alfa Centauri Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya lingkungan keluarga yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, sedangkan pemberian umpan balik dan sikap belajar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan 31,1% variasi hasil belajar, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai R² sebesar 0.311. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa serta perlunya pendekatan terpadu dalam penguatan budaya belajar di sekolah. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, Umpan balik, Sikap belajar, Lingkungan keluarga..

Abstract

Prodia Clinical Laboratory, as one of the health service companies that continues to grow, Prodia faces the challenge of being able to continue to improve employee performance to support service innovation, especially during increasingly competitive Health industry competition. Transformational leadership, effective communication, and high work motivation are believed to have a role in improving optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study was to see how much the analysis of the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, communication on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach to organic employees of the Prodia Mataram Clinical Laboratory. The research sample was 34 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Statistical analysis techniques using SPSS. The test instruments used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests (T tests), and simultaneous tests (F tests). The results of the study show that 1) transformational leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) communication partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4) transformational leadership, communication and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

“Work from anywhere” trend in Jakarta has increased the need for mobility and comfort, encouraging the use of private cars, especially the Toyota brand. Toyota, a global automotive brand that was founded in 1937 in Japan, is known for its innovation, reliability, and efficiency. In Indonesia, Toyota is popular for its durable and rarely damaged vehicles. GAIKINDO data shows that Toyota is the car brand with the highest sales in Indonesia throughout 2024. One of its official dealers, Auto2000 Toyota Daan Mogot Jakarta, is the largest dealer in a strategic location with a showroom and a comfortable workshop. This study analyzes the influence of brand image, price, and service quality on the decision to purchase a Toyota car at Auto2000 Daan Mogot. The study used the technique of non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 80 respondents who purchased Toyota cars from the dealer. The analysis was conducted quantitatively and descriptively using multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that: (1) brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, (3) service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (4) simultaneously, brand image, price, and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Toyota cars at Auto2000 Daan Mogot.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation on teacher performance in primary education. A quantitative research approach using a survey design was applied, involving all 33 teachers as respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests. The findings show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, highlighting the importance of effective leadership practices in supporting instructional quality and professional outcomes. In contrast, communication and work motivation do not demonstrate significant partial effects on teacher performance when examined independently. However, when tested simultaneously, transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation collectively exert a significant influence on teacher performance. These results suggest that transformational leadership is the most dominant factor in enhancing teacher performance. Therefore, school management should prioritize leadership development while strengthening communication systems and motivational strategies for performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of funding strategies and meaningful youth participation on the effectiveness of community empowerment programs, with strategic partnerships serving as a mediating variable within Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to leaders of NGOs that are legally registered as foundations and associations. A total of 50 NGOs were selected using purposive and multistage sampling techniques. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis with Smart-PLS version 4.6.1.1. The findings indicate that funding strategy has a significant positive effect on strategic partnerships, whereas meaningful youth participation does not significantly influence strategic partnerships. Strategic partnerships are also found to have no significant effect on the effectiveness of community empowerment programs. Furthermore, funding strategy does not have a significant direct effect on program effectiveness, while meaningful youth participation shows a significant positive effect. The mediation analysis reveals that strategic partnerships do not mediate the relationship between funding strategy and program effectiveness, nor between meaningful youth participation and program effectiveness. These findings imply that the effectiveness of community empowerment programs is more strongly influenced by the substantive involvement of youth than by funding mechanisms or formal partnerships alone. For practitioners and policymakers, the study highlights the importance of designing empowerment programs that prioritize meaningful youth engagement, while ensuring that funding strategies and partnerships are aligned with programmatic goals rather than treated as stand-alone managerial instruments.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of work efficiency, progress monitoring, and digital collaboration on employee performance within the context of digital transformation in a certification institution. The research aims to analyze both the partial and simultaneous influence of these three factors on employee performance during the transition to a digital-based work system. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 40 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that, partially, work efficiency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while progress monitoring and digital collaboration do not show a significant individual effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence employee performance, indicating a strong explanatory power of the regression model. These results suggest that the success of digital transformation in certification institutions is primarily supported by improved work efficiency and the integrated implementation of digital management practices. The study implies that education and training institutions undergoing digital transformation should prioritize efficiency-oriented digital strategies while strengthening the synergy between monitoring systems and digital collaboration to enhance overall employee performance.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of cross-disciplinary teacher collaboration in creating meaningful learning processes and increasing student engagement and academic achievement. The integrated team teaching model is believed to not only have a direct impact on student learning outcomes, but also shape psychological aspects such as motivation, which in turn contributes to academic achievement. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of integrated science-based team teaching on student learning motivation and achievement, as well as to examine the mediating role of learning motivation in the relationship between learning and achievement. This study was conducted on 174 eighth-grade students at MTs Ummusshabri Kendari. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the students. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive and statistical analyses with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that team teaching learning based on science integration has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation; team teaching learning based on science integration also has a positive and significant effect on students' learning achievement; learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' learning achievement; and learning motivation partially mediates the effect of team teaching learning based on science integration on students' learning achievement. Another important finding is that team teaching had the most dominant influence on learning motivation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing a cross-disciplinary collaborative learning model that not only enriches the learning process but also strengthens students' motivational drive as a basis for improving academic achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is a visible achievement when teachers carry out the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them. Schools as an organization really need quality human resources, both in terms of leadership and teaching staff, with effective task arrangements and monitoring systems as determining factors in achieving organizational goals. Perkumpulan Strada has a vision to create an excellent, caring, and service-based educational community. The strategic role of teachers in the learning process greatly influences the quality of students. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, pedagogical competence, and teacher professionalism, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of junior high school teachers at the North East Jakarta Branch of Perkumpulan Strada. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The sampling technique used is saturated, through 51 junior high school teachers at the North East Jakarta Branch of Perkumpulan Strada became respondents through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results showed that work motivation and teacher professionalism have no influence on teacher performance, while pedagogical competence is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers at the North East Jakarta Branch of Perkumpulan Strada. Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan capaian yang tampak ketika guru melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepadanya. Sekolah sebagai sebuah organisasi sangat memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, baik dari sisi kepemimpinan maupun tenaga pendidik, dengan pengaturan tugas dan system pengawasan yang efektif sebagai faktor penentu dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Perkumpulan Strada memiliki visi untuk mewujudkan komunitas pendidikan yang unggul, peduli, dan berlandaskan semangat pelayanan. Peran guru yang strategis dalam proses pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi pedagogik, dan profesionalisme guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan jenuh, melalui 51 guru-guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur dijadikan responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan profesionalisme guru tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan kompetensi pedagogic terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Profesionalisme Guru, dan Kinerja Guru.
