Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought fundamental changes in human resource management (HRM) in international companies. This research aims to analyze the impact of digital technology on HRM practices, identify the main challenges in implementing digital transformation, and formulate effective adaptation strategies. By using systematic literature review and content analysis methods, this research integrates various sources of scientific literature and case studies from global companies such as Microsoft, Unilever, DBS Bank, and Siemens. The research results show that the adoption of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing improves operational efficiency, recruitment quality, and employee retention. However, challenges such as the digital competency gap, high turnover, and the need for more dynamic performance evaluation remain critical issues. Effective strategies include investing in reskilling and upskilling, implementing work flexibility, and strengthening employer branding. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach that combines technology, strategy and the human touch to face change in the digital era.

Abstract

Masih terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditemui dalam penyelidikan ini berkaitan prestasi pekerjaPekerja tidak bertanggungjawab menjalankan kerja supaya kerja tidak disiapkan dalam masa yang dikehendaki oleh pimpinan syarikat.Prestasi pekerja yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kepimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi, secara separa dan serentak, terhadap prestasi pekerja. Pendekatan kajian ini menggunakan kaedah berasosiatif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah soal selidik. Populasi dalam kajian ini adalah seramai 60 orang pekerja di PT. Loren Mulia Indah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, ujian andaian klasik, ujian hipotesis yang diproses menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, didapati terdapat pengaruh kepimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi yang signifikan secara separa dan serentak terhadap prestasi pekerja di PT. Loren Mulia Indah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and training on work spirit with the work environment as an intervening variable at the Medan Airport Authority Region II. The employee population is 96 employees. The research model is path analysis and research data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: Employee compensation has a positive and significant effect on the work environment. Employee training has a positive and significant effect on the work environment. Employee compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit. Employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit. Employee compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit through the work environment. Employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit through the work environment. Training that is in accordance with the work, duties and responsibilities of employees who are encouraged by a comfortable work environment will foster high morale in employees to provide maximum work results so that agency goals can be achieved as well as possible. Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a very important role in creating a transparent, accountable and integrity corporate environment. One of the main objectives of implementing GCG is to prevent corrupt practices and abuse of authority that can harm the company and society. This article discusses how GCG principles, such as transparency, accountability, clear division of authority, and anti-corruption policies, can reduce the risk of unethical actions in organizations. In addition, the role of effective internal and external controls is also key in detecting and preventing abuse of authority. By consistently implementing GCG, companies can enhance their reputation, strengthen stakeholder trust, and maintain corporate sustainability. Through leadership with integrity and a corporate culture that prioritizes ethics, GCG is expected to create a business environment that is clean and free from corruption. This study aims to describe the role of GCG in preventing corruption and abuse of power and provide recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation in Indonesian companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dewan komisaris independen terhadap penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada perusahaan sektor non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, serta analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsi dewan komisaris independen, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah skor GCG yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan GCG perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap skor GCG. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peran komisaris independen sangat penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan tanggung jawab perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa kualitas dan integritas komisaris independen menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan penerapan GCG. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperkuat fungsi pengawasan melalui peningkatan kapasitas dan profesionalisme dewan komisaris independen.

Abstract

Integrasi ekonomi global dan ekspansi ekonomi yang signifikan mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi praktik manajerial yang efisien dan berkesinambungan supaya permanen Berdaya saing dalam ekosistem bisnis yang berubah-ubah. Salah satu strategi utama untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan adalah penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang efektif (“GCG”) yg ialah Komponen vital dalam meraih ekspansi berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan performa finansial. Pelaksanaan GCG yang efektif dipercaya meningkatkan performa finansial perusahaan, dengan memperkuat keterbukaan informasi dan tanggung jawab perusahaan agar pihak berkepentingan dapat mengevaluasi kondisi usaha. pada Di Indonesia, perhatian tertuju pada pelaksanaan GCG primer buat menaikkan agama publik, khususnya sehabis beberapa perkara kelalaian pengelolaan yang menimbulkan kerusakan ekonomi besar. Kajian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali secara komprehensif bagaimana penerapan GCG mensugesti kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan serta faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya. Studi ini penting untuk mendukung perusahaan di Indonesia dalam merancang pendekatan yang lebih tepat sasaran guna mencapai visi jangka panjang dan menciptakan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi seluruh pihak terkait.

Abstract

The evolution of corporate governance was the root cause of the crises that rocked major American and Indonesian companies. This massive corporation is in jeopardy because to its lax corporate governance norms, its mergers with several big banks, and the environmental damage that various corporations involved with natural resources have caused the government to pay for. Poor corporate governance in the US is mostly attributable to the behaviour of upper management, as was shown at Enron. Aiming to promote an efficient market and transparency, successful corporate governance adheres to the ideals of fairness, accountability, responsibility, and openness. Practicing corporate social responsibility is an astute approach to managing a company. A report called sustainability reporting should be prepared and included in the company's annual report to record the implementation. Companies that care about their communities and work to improve it show that they have good corporate governance practices.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) adalah kerangka fundamental dalam pengelolaan perusahaan yang bertujuan memastikan transparansi, pertanggungjawaban, dan perlakuan yang adil. Di tengah perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin dinamis dan kompetitif, penerapan GCG berperan sebagai pilar utama dalam membangun lingkungan usaha yang berintegritas, beretika, dan berorientasi jangka panjang. Studi ini berfokus pada mengevaluasi dampak penerapan GCG terhadap tingkat kepercayaan dan kepuasan berbagai pemangku kepentingan perusahaan. Pemangku kepentingan dalam konteks ini meliputi tidak hanya investor, tetapi juga pekerja, konsumen, rekanan bisnis, komunitas sekitar, serta instansi pemerintah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai kasus seperti BRI, Jiwasraya, Enron, dan Unilever, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa konsistensi dalam menjalankan prinsip GCG mampu memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat, meningkatkan loyalitas investor, serta memenuhi harapan stakeholder internal dan eksternal. Di sisi lain, ketidakpatuhan terhadap prinsip GCG dapat memicu hilangnya kepercayaan, kerugian material, hingga kebangkrutan bisnis. Dengan demikian, integrasi GCG ke dalam strategi perusahaan menjadi langkah krusial dalam memperkuat citra dan memastikan kelangsungan bisnis di masa depan. Abstract

The research analysis aims to analyze the influence of supervision, work environment and work facilities on job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The sample in this study was 40 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the test results for the work supervision variable show a tcount value of 6.436 > ttable of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that supervision has a partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan. The test results for the work environment variable show a tcount value of 6.306> ttable of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the work environment has a partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan.  The test results for the work facilities variable show a tcount value of 1.657 < ttable of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.106 > 0.05, so hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that work facilities have a partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan.
