Abstract

This research aimed to find the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of PT Aurora Indah Elektrik employees. Respondent in this research was 48 contract employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, and a questionnaire was used for collecting primary data. The research data were analyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression methods with the help of the SPSS 24.0 application. The results of the quantitative analysis show that motivation, work discipline, and work environment both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Aurora Indah Elektrik employees. Partial t-test results showed that motivation had tcount (3.904) > ttable (2.015) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline had tcount (2.853) > ttable (2.015) with a significance of 0.007 <0.05. The work environment had tcount (3.383) > ttable (2.015) with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. The simultaneous F test results showed that Fcount (212.105) > Ftable (2.816) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance was the work motivation variable, with the largest tcount. The results of the determination test showed that 93.1% of employee performance could be explained and obtained from motivation, work discipline and work environment. In contrast, the rest was obtained from other factors. Employee performance strongly relates to motivation, work discipline, and work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa yang meliputi kepemimpinan, fasilitas kantor, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di desa Minta Kasih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Penggunaan data primer menggunakan kuisioner . Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dari tiga variabel berupa kepemimpinan, fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka hasil uji dapat dilihat menunjukkan F hitung terbesar 86.287 dan F tabel sebesar 3.29 masing masing dengan nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan signifikansinya lebih rendah dari 0,000. Menurut model regresi 0,05. Berikut hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai tersebut mencapai 761 atau 76,1 %, dengan R Square yang disesuaikan

Abstract

In the modern era marked by technological advances, the use of smartphones has become an important part of everyday life. This technological advancement encourages people to continue to update the way they carry out their daily activities. Smartphones make various activities easier, including long-distance communication which now feels closer thanks to sophisticated technology. This sophistication is enjoyed by various groups regardless of age or profession. The digital payment system has experienced rapid development, providing significant convenience for its users. This technology plays a strategic role in encouraging the revitalization of MSMEs by offering fast, safe, and efficient transaction solutions. In the context of developing MSME digitalization, the digital payment system not only makes it easier for business actors to manage transactions but also increases consumer convenience in shopping. With proper implementation, digital payments support the operational efficiency of MSMEs, expand market access, and accelerate the adoption of the digital ecosystem. Based on research results, the use of digital payment systems has been proven to contribute positively to the transformation of MSMEs, helping them become more competitive and able to adapt amidst changes in the increasingly digital economic landscape. This emphasizes the importance of adopting digital payment technology as an integral part of the MSME revitalization strategy. This study aims to analyze the positive impact of the use of technology, especially in online marketing, digital payment systems on the revitalization of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Wahana Graha Makmur. The population in this research were all employees of PT Wahana Graha Makmur, totaling 81 employees. The number of samples taken was the population, namely 81 karyawants. This research was conducted from January to June 2024. This research used quantitative data processed with SPSS 24.0 with multiple linear regression method. The results showed that work discipline and work motivation either partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Wahana Graha Makmur. Work discipline was the most dominant variable affecting performance. 91.1% of performance could be explained and obtained from work discipline and work motivation while the rest by other factors. Performance had a very strong relationship to work discipline and work motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, fasilitas, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SD Swasta Pendidikan Raudhatul Jannah. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 guru dengan menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, fasilitas dan motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan Fhitung sebesar 33.085 dan Ftabel sebesar 2.98 masing-masing dengan nilai lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan signifikansinya lebih rendah dari 0.000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan budaya organisasi, penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai dan pemberian motivasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social support and personality on the implementation of employee well-being, with transformational leadership style as an intervening variable, at PT. Cakrawala Dinamika Utama. We use a quantitative approach, utilizing survey techniques and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis to test the relationship between variables. The study population includes all permanent employees of PT. Cakrawala Dinamika Utama Medan at the Soho Bar and Resto unit, totaling 105 people. We used the census sampling method to sample the entire population. Thus, the sample in this study was 105 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide strategic insights for companies in designing policies that support employee well-being by considering aspects of social support, personality, and adaptive leadership style. These findings are also expected to be able to increase the effectiveness of employee well-being programs at PT. Cakrawala Dinamika Utama, as well as contribute to improving employee performance and job satisfaction in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Manajemen perubahan organisasi adalah proses penting dalam upaya adaptasi dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi di tengah dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang terus berkembang. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan untuk memandu proses perubahan adalah Model Kotter, yang dikembangkan oleh John P. Kotter. Model ini terdiri dari delapan langkah yang sistematis, dimulai dari penciptaan urgensi perubahan hingga penguatan perubahan sebagai budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Model Kotter dalam konteks manajemen perubahan di berbagai jenis organisasi. Dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur dan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan, penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas delapan langkah Kotter dalam membantu organisasi mencapai perubahan yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Kotter mampu meningkatkan partisipasi karyawan, memperkuat kepemimpinan, serta mempercepat adaptasi perubahan. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi sangat bergantung pada konteks organisasi, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dan komitmen dari manajemen puncak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Model Kotter merupakan kerangka kerja yang efektif dalam manajemen perubahan, namun perlu disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan budaya organisasi untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Pada era modern yang ditandai oleh kemajuan teknologi, globalisasi, dan meningkatnya persaingan, organisasi di berbagai sektor dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk terus berubah dan beradaptasi. Namun, perubahan dalam organisasi sering kali mengalami hambatan, termasuk resistensi dari karyawan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya visi yang jelas. Salah satu model perubahan yang banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah Model Kotter. Model ini terdiri dari delapan tahap yang bertujuan untuk membantu organisasi melakukan perubahan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan Model Kotter dalam manajemen perubahan organisasi serta menganalisis efektivitasnya dalam mencapai perubahan yang berkesinambungan dan mengatasi resistensi.

Abstract

This research was carried out to see the influence of Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Competence as an Intervening Variable in the State Civil Service in Medan Baru District. This research used a path analysis model with the smart PLS version 3.3.3 measurement method. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to respondents. This type of research uses quantitative research and primary data sources as the data source. The results of this research are as follows: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.427 and a p value of 0.006. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Competency with an original sample value of 0.756 and a p value of 0.000. Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.267 and a p value of 0.006. Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Competency with an original sample value of 0.234 and a p value of 0.000. Competency has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.277 and a p value of 0.059. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance indirectly through Competency with an original sample value of 0.209 and a p value of 0.059. Work Ethic has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance indirectly through Competency with an original sample value of 0.065 and a p value of 0.091.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of brand experience and perceived service quality on customer satisfaction with Gojek and its implications in the context of transportation services. Using a quantitative method, primary data were collected from students at Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi who used Gojek's services. The analysis indicates that both brand experience and perceived service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. These findings complement previous research highlighting the crucial role of customer satisfaction in branding. The practical implications of this study underscore the importance for Gojek to focus on brand experience and service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain its competitiveness in the digital transportation service market.

Abstract

This research looks at how Penta Helix affects the work of the BKKBN in North Sumatra Province to speed up the reduction of stunting in Medan City. This quantitative study involved 103 BKKBN employees, with data analyzed using SmartPLS SEM. The results show that the roles of government, academics, business people, community, and social media directly have a positive and significant effect on BKKBN performance and the acceleration of stunting reduction. Indirectly, only the role of government and social media shows a significant effect on performance through stunting acceleration as an intervening variable. This study emphasizes the importance of government and social media in supporting BKKBN performance, while the role of academics, businesspeople, and communities needs to be further optimized. The results of this study help BKKBN come up with a Penta Helix-based plan to make the stunting reduction acceleration program work better.
