Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerjasama Karyawan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT PLN Nusantara Power Medan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 56 karyawan PT PLN Nusantara Power Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji t untuk variabel Kerjasama karyawan (X1) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 4.071 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Dengan demikian thitung>ttabel (4.071 >2.00) dan nilai signifikansi pada taraf α = 5% adalah 0.000<0,05. Maka berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis secara parsial bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kerjasama karyawan (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT PLN Nusantara Power UPHK Medan. Selanjutnya hasil uji t untuk variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 6.600 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Dengan demikian thitung>ttabel (6.600>2,00) dan nilai signifikansi pada taraf α = 5% adalah 0,000<0,05. Maka berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis secara parsial bahwa hipotesis kedua diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT PLN Nusantara Power UPHK Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the development of creative industries and the management of quality human resources in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. The specific objective of this study is to examine how the community, as human resources, can have a great deal of creativity and innovation in developing village potential, thereby contributing to the community's economy. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the data. This study will employ a quantitative method related to data that characterizes the people of Pematang Serai Village, particularly household industry players involved in income growth. The study's findings indicate that the Creative Industry and Human Resource Management variables have a positive and statistically significant influence on the achievement of sustainable economic development. Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing job satisfaction in mediating work climate and burnout on employee performance. Aquantitative approach was chosen for this study, and the data source was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 74 employees at Samsat Medan Utara. Data analysis using Structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that in North Medan Samsat, the work environment directly impacts job satisfaction. At the North Medan Samsat, the work environment directly affects employee performance. Directly, burnout does not affect employee job satisfaction at the North Medan Samsat. Job satisfaction directly affects employee performance at the North Medan Samsat. Job satisfaction directly affects employee performance at the North Medan Samsat. At the North Medan Samsat, job satisfaction indirectly moderates the effect of work climate on employee performance. At the North Medan Samsat, job satisfaction does not significantly moderate the impact of burnout on employee performance.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to analyze the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the productivity of PTPN II Sei Semayang employees. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 64 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that testing for the work environment variable shows a tcount value of 4.246 > ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the work environment has a partially positive and significant effect on work productivity. PTPN II Sei Semayang employees. The test results for the work motivation variable show a tcount value of 2.286 > ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.026 < 0.05, so hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that work motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PTPN II employees Sei Semayang. The test results for the work discipline variable show a tcount value of 2.523> ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.014<0.05, so hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that work discipline has a partially positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PTPN II employees Sei Semayang, Simultaneous test results with a calculated F value of 20.869 which is greater than 2.76 and a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect simultaneously on the work productivity of PTPN II Sei Semayang employees.

Abstract

The quality of Human Resources (HR) contributes to employee performance, with employee competency being an important factor that acts as an intermediary or intervening variable in this relationship. When companies pay attention to and improve the quality of human resources through developing skills, knowledge and experience, this not only directly influences employee performance but also through increasing competency which facilitates employees in making a better contribution to overall organizational performance. This research aims to determine the effect of human resource quality on employee performance with competency as an intervening variable for employees at RSU Mitra Sejati Medan. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 82 respondents, the data analysis techniques used in this research were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis tests (path analysis techniques (t test and coefficient of determination) and sobel). The results of this research partially show that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on competence with a t-count value (24.621 > 1.99045) and a significance value (0.00 < 0.05), the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount (8.157 > 1.99045) and significance value (0.00 < 0.05), then competency has no effect on employee performance with a tcount value (0.588 > 1.99045) and significance value (0.558 > 0.05) and the quality of human resources has a positive effect on employee performance through competency at RSU Mitra Sejati Medan employees with a tcount value greater than ttable (4.93924 > 1.99045).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa yang meliputi kepemimpinan, fasilitas kantor, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di desa Minta Kasih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Penggunaan data primer menggunakan kuisioner . Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dari tiga variabel berupa kepemimpinan, fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka hasil uji dapat dilihat menunjukkan F hitung terbesar 86.287 dan F tabel sebesar 3.29 masing masing dengan nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan signifikansinya lebih rendah dari 0,000. Menurut model regresi 0,05. Berikut hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai tersebut mencapai 761 atau 76,1 %, dengan R Square yang disesuaikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, fasilitas, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SD Swasta Pendidikan Raudhatul Jannah. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 guru dengan menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, fasilitas dan motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan Fhitung sebesar 33.085 dan Ftabel sebesar 2.98 masing-masing dengan nilai lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan signifikansinya lebih rendah dari 0.000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan budaya organisasi, penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai dan pemberian motivasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Negotiation is one of the most fundamental forms of social interaction in human life. In economic, political, and social contexts, negotiation serves as the primary means to reach agreements among parties with differing interests. This process not only involves the exchange of information and bargaining but also reflects the thinking patterns, values, and social norms held by each party involved in the negotiation. This study aims to analyze the differences in negotiation within cultural and international contexts by reviewing various relevant theories and practices. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach because its main focus is to gain an in-depth understanding of the complex social phenomenon, namely the differences in negotiation in cultural and international contexts. The difference in negotiation in cultural and international contexts can be seen from several factors. International negotiation factors include culture and communication style, perception of time, power structures and hierarchy, social and religious values, business ethics and norms. Meanwhile, cross-cultural negotiation factors involve conducting cultural research before negotiation, adjusting communication style, prioritizing relationships and trust, developing active listening and empathy skills, and creating a win-win solution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas keterampilan interpersonal (interpersonal skill) sebagai faktor utama dalam keberhasilan proses negosiasi, baik dalam konteks personal maupun profesional. Keterampilan interpersonal mencakup kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif, memahami emosi orang lain, membangun hubungan yang saling percaya, serta mengelola dinamika interaksi sosial dengan empati dan profesionalisme. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kemampuan interpersonal dengan efektivitas negosiasi melalui pendekatan komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal akademik, serta artikel daring yang relevan dan kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan interpersonal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas negosiasi. Kemampuan mendengarkan aktif, empati, komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal, serta pengendalian emosi terbukti menjadi elemen penting dalam menciptakan suasana negosiasi yang kondusif. Selain itu, strategi komunikasi yang tepat memungkinkan terciptanya kesepakatan yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak (win-win solution). Dengan demikian, keterampilan interpersonal tidak hanya berperan dalam mencapai hasil negosiasi yang optimal, tetapi juga dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang yang berlandaskan kepercayaan dan saling menghormati.

Abstract

Deadlock dalam negosiasi merupakan kondisi ketika proses perundingan mengalami kebuntuan akibat perbedaan posisi, kurangnya komunikasi, serta ketidakmampuan para pihak menemukan kepentingan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor penyebab deadlock serta mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasinya melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa deadlock umumnya dipicu oleh kekakuan posisi, salah persepsi, bias kognitif, tekanan emosional, serta minimnya alternatif solusi. Berbagai strategi seperti reframing, penggunaan standar objektif, penerapan BATNA, teknik caucus, serta keterlibatan pihak ketiga (mediasi) terbukti mampu membuka kembali ruang dialog dan mengembalikan proses negosiasi ke arah yang konstruktif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan memahami kepentingan dasar, mengelola emosi, dan membangun komunikasi kolaboratif merupakan aspek kunci dalam mencegah dan mengatasi deadlock secara efektif.
