Abstract

The community service program "Community Empowerment in Developing Traditions, Arts, and Culture in the Giyanti Wonosobo Hilly Area" is a strategic initiative that aims to increase community awareness and active participation in efforts to preserve and develop rich local cultural heritage. The Giyanti Hills region, known for its unique diversity of traditions, arts, and cultures, is now facing serious challenges due to the negative impact of rapid modernization. This program focuses on preservation and empowering the community to act as agents of change in maintaining and developing existing cultural values. Through a series of activities involving education, training, and cross-sector collaboration, it is hoped that people can understand the importance of their cultural identity and integrate it into their daily lives. This service is expected to create a strong collective awareness, encourage active participation in arts and cultural activities, and strengthen social cohesion among community members. The success of this initiative will have a significant positive impact not only on the local community but also on the development of sustainable tourism that respects and uplifts local cultural values.

Abstract

Kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi selanjutnya. Untuk mengukur kualitas suatu sistem yang berjalan, organisasi harus mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pengguna sebagai umpan balik dalam rangka mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi. Kepuasan pengguna (user) merupakan suatu penentu bagi keberhasilan penerapan suatu sistem informasi rumah sakit. Model yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi adalah End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). EUCS adalah model untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan dari pengguna suatu sistem aplikasi dengan membandingkan antara harapan dan kenyataan dari sebuah sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam penerapan rekam medis elektronik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriftif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas rekam medis dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Teknik penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling. Hasil penelitian di RS PMI Bogor menunjukan bahwa kriteria penelian pada dimensi isi memperoleh kategori puas (74,33%), dimensi keakuratan kategori puas (74,53%), dimensi tampilan kategori puas (74,22%), dimensi ketepatan waktu kategori puas (75,11%), dan dimensi kemudahan pengguna kategori puas (75,20%). Kelima dimensi menunjukan bahwa pengguna puas terhadap RME. Disarankan bagi RS PMI Bogor pada penyediaan data/informasi seharusnya lebih akurat, tepat, lengkap, serta tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas dari kinerja RME untuk memberikan kepuasan pada pengguna, untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang baik serta melakukan evaluasi RME secara berkala untuk mengetahui sejauh mana rumah sakit mengembangkan RME sehingga jika terjadi kendala dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

The low level of teacher self-efficacy in Islamic religious education in secondary schools is increasing. It is important to understand the influence of self-efficacy on teaching quality, which contributes to educational progress. This is urgent to study because there are differences between theory, expectations and reality in the field, so the aim of this research is to analyze and identify the level of quality of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers and determine the relationship between the self and the teacher. -efficacy and quality of teaching. The research method used is a quantitative survey method with a descriptive and inferential approach. The research sample consisted of 540 respondents from a population of 5000 PAI teachers. The data collection technique was carried out through a validated questionnaire, using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 25.0 to calculate the mean, percentage and standard deviation. The research results showed that the average self-efficacy and teaching quality were 4.32 respectively. The findings show a simple positive correlation between self-efficacy and teaching quality, with the influence of self-efficacy on variations in teaching quality of 34.2%. In conclusion, increasing teacher self-confidence can improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education teaching. The implications of this research are important for the development of teacher training models and teaching practices. Suggestions for further research are to explore other factors that can influence the quality of teaching and conduct longitudinal research to see changes over time.

Abstract

Penyebab utama kematian ibu melahirkan di Indonesia adalah perdarahan, infeksi, gangguan metabolik, dan salah satunya preeklamsia (Kemenkes, 2021). Tingginya kasus kematian ibu masih menjadi persoalan masalah kesehatan di Indonesia khususnya preeklamsia. Pengetahuan yang cukup dan sikap yang baik diperlukan untuk mencegah terjadinya preeklamsia dan penanganan kegawatdaruratan preeklamsia dalam upaya menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara  pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku pencegahan kegawatdaruratan preeklamsia pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik korelasi dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebanyak 80 orang sampel dipilih dengan teknik Non-Probability sampling dengan menggunakan Accedental sampling. Analisa data bivariat menggunakan Uji Somers. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 45 responden (56,3%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik dan sebanyak 41 responden (51,2%) memiliki sikap positif, serta sebanyak 44 responden (55%) memiliki perilaku pencegahan yang cukup. Hasil Uji Somers menunjukan ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan kegawatdaruratan preeklamsia (p-value 0,014) dan terdapat hubungan sikap dengan perilaku pencegahan kegawatdaruratan preeklamsia (p-value 0,005). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku pencegahan kegawatdaruratan preeklamsia pada ibu hamil. Pemberi pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil disarankan melakukan intervensi yang adekuat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku ibu dalam pencegahan preeklamsia.

Abstract

This study describes the interconnection of human conceptions in Islamic and transpersonal psychology. The research method used was qualitative with a library research model and e-journal literature that discusses humans from Islamic and transpersonal psychology perspectives. The data collection technique was through documentation. The researchers documented the literature on human and psychological e-journals and then presented them systematically. The data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The researchers reduced human data and Islamic psychology accessed in e-journals, then systematically presented and analyzed them descriptively-interpretatively. The results revealed that the interconnection of human concepts in Islamic and transpersonal psychology was found in the following points; (1) examining humans in the three dimensions of somatic (body), psychic (mental), and noetic (spiritual); (2) the central theme of theoretical studies; and (3) spiritual awareness (transcendental).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo; 2) Mengetahui dampak internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo; 3) Mengetahui faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo. Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi. Kemudian, sumber data diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan data sekunder (wawancara langsung dengan subyek penelitian, serta dokumentasi berupa foto, data-data, dan lain sebagainya). Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah melalukan penelitian terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo melalui 3 tahapan yakni : pembuatan aturan baru, sosialisasi kepada santri, membimbing dan mengawasi. Dengan tiga tahapan tersebut membuat santri bisa meningkatkan kedisiplinan. 2) Dampak dari internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo bisa dirasakan oleh santri yaitu santri bisa terbantu dalam mengubah dirinya menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Dampak bagi pondok yang bisa dirasakan yakni kenyamanan dan ketertiban bagi masyarakat pondok pesantren. 3)Faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dari internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter Islami dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo yakni rasa enggan untuk keluar dari zona nyaman, tidak adanya semangat untuk menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya, dan tidak fokus terhadap target yang sudah ditentukan. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya yakni dawuh Kyai yang secara mutlak bisa diterima dan dilaksanakan oleh santri, peraturan pengurus yang telah berlaku dan menjadi penguat dari aturan baru yang diterapkan.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of transpersonal psychology on the emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of individuals. The study aims to understand how mindfulness, meditation, and holotropic therapy contribute to holistic well-being. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research involved 20 participants, 12 males and eight females, aged between 25 and 60 years, from various holotropic therapy centers, meditation communities, and mindfulness groups across different ethnicities in Indonesia, including Javanese, Sundanese, and Balinese. Key informants included experts in transpersonal psychology; supporting informants were individuals directly engaged in these practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, then analyzed using thematic analysis with NVivo software. The findings indicate that transpersonal psychology significantly enhances participants' overall well-being by providing tools for deeper self-exploration, trauma healing, and spiritual development. Practices like mindfulness and meditation fostered present-moment awareness and emotional balance, while holotropic therapy facilitated access to higher states of consciousness and emotional processing. Integrating these practices into daily life helped individuals maintain a connection with their transpersonal awareness, even amidst daily challenges. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach in psychology that includes the spiritual dimension, offering insights into how transpersonal psychology can support comprehensive personal growth and well-being.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Ponakawan philosophy into early childhood education curricula. The research addresses a critical gap in the literature, where traditional Javanese philosophical concepts have not been systematically examined for their pedagogical value in modern educational settings. By analyzing 36 sources of literature using a qualitative interpretive approach, this study provides a philosophical and educational perspective on how Ponakawan values can contribute to character development in young learners. The methodology involves a systematic literature review combined with a thematic analysis to synthesize key philosophical principles and their potential applications in early childhood education. The findings highlight that Ponakawan philosophy, emphasizing wisdom, humility, and social harmony, aligns with contemporary educational frameworks that promote holistic child development. However, the study also identifies challenges in adapting traditional wisdom into structured curricula. This research contributes to the field by bridging indigenous knowledge with contemporary pedagogy, offering practical insights for curriculum developers and educators. The study's implications suggest that integrating Ponakawan philosophy into PAUD curricula can enrich children's moral and social development. Future research should explore empirical applications and the effectiveness of this approach in diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

This thesis aims: 1) to find out what character education values ​​and social values ​​are contained in the film 5 Eagle; 2) to determine the relevance of character education values ​​in the film 5 Eagle as a medium for character education in P5 activities at MI Ma'arif Budiluhur. This thesis uses a qualitative research approach with the type of research being descriptive. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The subjects in this research consisted of class 4B students at MI Ma'arif Budlihur Kertek Wonosobo, the homeroom teacher of class 5b, and the principal of MI Ma'arif Budiluhur. Then, data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data sources. In qualitative research, there are several analysis steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) The character values ​​and social values ​​contained in the film 5 Elang as a medium for character education with the theme of social relations in the school environment in P5 activities include a. Abstract

Students' critical thinking ability plays an important role in the learning process, in order to improve students’ critical thinking, this study adopts a problem-based hybrid learning approach, in which learning combines two methods, online or offline, mplementing problem-based of learning study. The purpose of this degree is to understand the application of problem-based hybrid learning in improving students' critical thinking, and understand the extent to which students improve critical thinking in their physical studies. The real-world procedure used in this experiment uses the t-test statistic to analyze various tests of treatment effect, analyze reinforcement tests, and simultaneously test the magnitude of reinforcement increases. The results of this study show that: The application of problem-based blended learning in physics education is networked and face-to-face, starting from asking questions, collecting data, observing, discussing, and formulating conclusions from facts. Experimental grade growth test scores are in the high category, implying an increase in critical thinking in physics learning.
