Regulations and laws in Indonesia strongly support learning using teaching aids. Teaching media or aids are essential in the process of knowledge transfer for students. Students will find it easier to understand the lesson material if assisted by teaching aids, even if they are in a simple form. Teachers can introduce teaching aids made from recycled waste materials. Therefore, the aim of this community service activity is to introduce the development of teaching materials made from waste materials. A community service activity utilizing waste materials (cardboard, sticks, etc.) as classroom learning media will be conducted at SDIT Nurul Fikri, Bengkulu City. The target audience for this community service activity is teachers and some students. The method used consists of theory and practice. The service team will train teachers and students to create science teaching aids, particularly on the themes of pressure and energy. As a result of this activity, several examples of science teaching aids made from waste materials were produced. These teaching aids will certainly help enhance students' understanding and create their own appeal toward science subjects.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the steps of implementing a collaborative-based learning model in improving the quality of learning fiqh lessons. This type of research is qualitative library research with a literature review approach, with data collection techniques through documents in the form of books, journals, articles, and other documents. Data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In analyzing the data, the researcher juxtaposes it with several other studies so that the content is more accurate and in-depth to the results of the discussion. The results showed that the steps of implementing a collaborative-based learning model in improving the quality of learning fiqh lessons were carried out through five stages, including: the first stage of developing fiqh subject matter in accordance with learning objectives, the second stage of forming study groups to discuss and analyze the concepts of fiqh material, the third stage using collaborative learning strategies, including: project-based learning, research-based learning and case-based learning, the fourth stage using digital technology as creating an online digital learning platform and collaboration applications to facilitate discussion and cooperation activities, and the fifth stage evaluating student learning outcomes to determine the level of effectiveness of the collaborative learning model. The findings of this research are expected to be able to add insight to educators, and educational practitioners in implementing collaborative learning models in improving the quality of learning fiqh lessons in madrasah/schools.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how the form of environmental protection and management by the government is related to the development of the State Capital (IKN) from the perspective of sustainable development goals (SDGs) and how to apply the concept of forest city in the development plan of the State Capital (IKN). Empirical juridical research methods, through search and study of secondary data, in the form of legislation, academic texts, policy recommendations, and scientific works of experts in the field of National Capital Development (IKN). Secondary data was obtained through library research (Library Research) sourced from printed and electronic library materials. Normative research (doctrinal) is needed to understand the current legal norms (Law in the Book), through a statutory approach (Statute Approach) and a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach). The results of the study that the forms of environmental protection and management including prevention, prevention of damage and pollution as well as restoration of environmental quality have demanded the development of various policies and programs as well as activities that are supported by other environmental management support systems. Sustainable development involving current and future generations require joint efforts to achieve the goals of IKN development, by balancing three important aspects, namely economic, social, and environmental protection. The application of the Forest City Concept in IKN development in the form of stabilizing forest areas and resolving various land conflicts within forest areas that need to be carried out before building IKN.

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is a global public health problem, with Indonesia ranked second in the world in 2022. In East Jakarta, TB cases continue to increase, including in the Ciracas sub-district. This study aims to identify risk factors for pulmonary TB cases in the Ciracas sub-district in 2022. Methods: The method of this study was quantitative with a case-control design, involving 115 samples (23 cases and 92 controls) selected by purposive sampling technique. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between contact history and TB patients (p=0.004; OR=6.27; 95% CI=1.86 – 21.11) and occupancy density (p=0.000; OR=29.52; 95%CI: 8.99 – 96.89) with Pulmonary TB infection. However, there was no significant relationship between gender, age, education, occupation, marital status, family income, and knowledge of patients with Pulmonary TB infection. Conclusion: In conclusion, contact with TB patients and housing density increases the risk of pulmonary TB infection. Therefore, it is recommended that isolation of TB patients to a place from the surrounding environment needs to be done to prevent transmission and airborne contamination

Background: Reflecting on the previous Covid-19 pandemic obtained from the results of the situation analysis, the author concludes that the Depok City Health Office must be able to conduct data analysis spatially, thus causing a lack of information about the spread of cases based on specific places such as villages and coordinate points (GPS), this data is useful for measuring how much disease spreads in an area and can support policy making and intervention quickly and appropriately. In addition, unlucky spa data is also useful for seeing the density of vectors in an area. Methods: The research method was Quasi Experimental using the One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test research design, with a sample size of 40 people. The data collection technique uses pre-test and post-test questions, spatial mapping practice exercises and data analysis and interpretation exercises. The training will be held from 19 to 20 November 2021 at the Depok City Health Office hall. The data analysis test used the Paired T-Test, because the data was not normally distributed, it was continued using Wilcoxon analysis. Results: The results of the study obtained a Z value of -5.581 with an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) by 0.000. Because this value is < alpha (0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in knowledge by 5.6 times after receiving training. Conclusion: To improve the performance of officers in terms of spatial mapping of infectious diseases, it is expected to conduct evaluations every 3-6 months and transfer knowledge from old officers to new officers if there is a change of officers

Kecemasan merupakan masalah psikologis yang umum terjadi pada lansia dengan hipertensi dan dapat memperburuk kondisi tekanan darah apabila tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Pendekatan non-farmakologis seperti relaksasi napas dalam dan hipnotis 5 jari menjadi alternatif intervensi yang efektif, aman, dan mudah diterapkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan lansia dalam mengelola kecemasan melalui edukasi teknik relaksasi napas dalam dan hipnotis 5 jari. Edukasi diberikan kepada kelompok lansia di Yayasan Embun Kehidupan Bangsa Pekanbaru melalui metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuesioner tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada sebagian besar peserta setelah mengikuti edukasi. Lansia juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu mempraktikkan teknik secara mandiri. Edukasi teknik relaksasi napas dalam dan hipnotis 5 jari efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Intervensi ini dapat diterapkan secara luas dalam program promotif dan preventif berbasis komunitas.

This study discusses the legal certainty of electronic criminal trials, particularly the presentation of witness testimony virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. Guidelines for electronic criminal trials are needed to ensure uniform implementation and to uphold fair trial rights. As a province with the authority of the Syar'iyah Court, Aceh should be able to anticipate the spread of COVID-19 by implementing electronic trials. The research focuses on the regulations related to electronic trials, specifically the presentation of witness testimonies virtually as evidence in criminal cases, and the practices implemented at the Banda Aceh Sharia Court. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach. The sources of data for the research are field research and library research. The research results show that the form of legal certainty regarding electronic criminal trials or jinayat during the COVID-19 pandemic is the agreement on cooperation between the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on the Implementation of Trials Through Teleconference, which was then established by Supreme Court Regulation Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Court Electronically. In practice, the Banda Aceh Sharia Court determined that the presentation of witness testimony during the COVID-19 pandemic must be conducted in the courtroom. However, it is still carried out virtually to connect with the defendant in the detention center or prison where he is held.

Salah satu hal yang berperan dalam kemajuan daerah adalah keberadaan UMKM. Menurut Dinas Koperasi UMKM Kabupaten Tangerang, saat ini ada 59.257 UMKM di Kabupaten Tangerang. Di bulan Oktober 2024, pemerintah mulai memberlakukan kewajiban sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha, termasuk untuk UMKM makanan. Sertifikasi halal perlu disosialisasikan kepada pelaku usaha khususnya di Tangerang Raya. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberi edukasi tentang kewajiban sertifikasi halal dan memeberi informasi tata cara pendaftaran sertifikasi halal. Sosialisasi halal dilaksanakan oleh pendamping halal dari Lembaga Pendamping Proses Produk Halal, baik dari akademisi maupun oraganisasi kemasyarakatan. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan pembagian brosur halal dari Kemenag ke pelaku usaha di pasar, tempat umum. Selain membagi brosur, sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memberi penjelasan tentang tata cara sertifikasi halal melalui self declare dan reguler. Di dalam brosur, disertakan nomor / contact person pendamping halal. Dengan demikian, pelaku yang akan mendaftar sertifikasi halal bisa berkonsultasi dengan pendamping halal. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah pelaku usaha memiliki akses ke pendamping halal di Lembaga Pendamping Proses dan Produk Halal.

Artikel ini menganalisis pelanggaran prinsip due process of law dalam implementasi aturan perbantuan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) kepada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (POLRI). Ketidakjelasan mekanisme permintaan bantuan TNI oleh POLRI menimbulkan dualisme hukum, di mana UU No. 2 Tahun 2012 mensyaratkan permintaan resmi POLRI, sementara UU No. 3 Tahun 2025 membuka ruang pengerahan TNI berdasarkan instruksi presiden dan persetujuan DPR tanpa melibatkan POLRI. Inkonsistensi ini berpotensi mengabaikan asas legalitas dan checks and balances, serta memicu penyalahgunaan kekuasaan oleh eksekutif dan legislatif. Studi kasus seperti kerusuhan Mei 2022 dan konflik Papua 2023 menunjukkan dominasi TNI dalam urusan keamanan sipil tanpa koordinasi penuh dengan POLRI, yang bertentangan dengan prinsip due process of law dan demiliterisasi pasca-Reformasi. Penelitian ini menyoroti dampak negatif ketidakpastian hukum terhadap sinergitas POLRI-TNI, termasuk tumpang tindih kewenangan, erosi akuntabilitas, dan risiko pelanggaran HAM. Sebagai solusi, diperlukan revisi regulasi untuk mempertegas mekanisme permintaan bantuan, penguatan pengawasan DPR dan MK, serta optimalisasi Nota Kesepahaman TNI-POLRI. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya harmonisasi hukum guna menjaga prinsip negara hukum dan mencegah militerisasi keamanan sipil.

In the face of Society 5.0 and rapid digitalization, younger generations are increasingly vulnerable to emotional imbalance, a diminished spiritual connection, and weakened social bonds. This study explores the thoughts of K.H.R. Ach. Azaim Ibrahimy on happiness and psychological well-being, as conveyed through the Majelis Dzikir Basmalah YouTube channel, and examines their alignment with Martin Seligman’s PERMA model. This study addresses a gap in existing research by integrating the spiritual teachings of Kiai Azaim Ibrahimy with Seligman’s PERMA model to explore well-being in Islamic boarding schools, a context largely overlooked in both Islamic and psychological literature. Its novelty lies in offering a holistic framework that combines local spiritual wisdom with positive psychology to respond to the mental health challenges of pesantren communities in the digital Society 5.0 era. Using a qualitative hermeneutic-ethnographic approach, the research reveals that Kiai Azaim’s teachings resonate with the five pillars of PERMA: gratitude as a source of positive emotion, spiritual engagement through religious devotion, harmonious interpersonal relationships, a meaningful life rooted in service, and a sense of accomplishment encompassing both worldly and spiritual success. The study further analyzes the implementation of the At-Tawazun counseling model in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) settings, which incorporates local wisdom through practices such as uswah hasanah (exemplary conduct), ta’zhim (reverence), khidmah (service), and riyadhah (spiritual discipline). These traditions foster spiritual, social, and psychological harmony within the pesantren environment. The findings underscore the strategic role of pesantren-based counseling as a contextual, holistic, and culturally grounded approach to enhancing mental well-being in the digital age. Consequently, pesantren emerge not only as spiritual institutions but also as vital centers for nurturing psychological resilience amid global change. Di tengah tantangan era Society 5.0 dan digitalisasi, generasi muda menghadapi ketidakseimbangan emosional yang kian kompleks. Ketergantungan pada teknologi, tekanan sosial media, serta melemahnya ikatan spiritual dan sosial berkontribusi terhadap menurunnya tingkat kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Studi ini bertolak dari kegelisahan tersebut, dengan meneliti pemikiran Kiai Azaim Ibrahimy tentang kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan jiwa yang disampaikan melalui kanal YouTube Majelis Dzikir Basmalah, dan mengaitkannya dengan model PERMA dari Martin Seligman. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode hermeneutik-etnografis, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ajaran Kiai Azaim selaras dengan lima dimensi PERMA: syukur sebagai sumber emosi positif, keterlibatan spiritual dalam ibadah, relasi sosial harmonis antar santri, makna hidup dalam bingkai pengabdian, serta pencapaian yang mencakup keberhasilan dunia dan akhirat. Penelitian ini juga menelaah praktik konseling At-Tawazun di pesantren yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal melalui metode uswah hasanah, ta’zhim, khidmah, dan riyadhah. Teknik-teknik ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan keseimbangan spiritual, sosial, dan psikologis di lingkungan pesantren. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan pendekatan konseling berbasis pesantren sebagai model alternatif yang kontekstual, relevan, dan holistik untuk memperkuat ketahanan mental di era digital. Dengan demikian, pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai pusat penguatan kesejahteraan psikologis yang adaptif terhadap dinamika global.
