Abstract

Abstract This study examines the influence of TikTok advertising, destination image, online customer reviews on Google Maps, and pricing on tourist visit intention to Telogo Sewu Pandaan. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 90 TikTok users familiar with the destination. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that all variables significantly influence visit intention, both simultaneously and partially. TikTok advertising and destination image emerged as dominant factors. Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of train transportation services in Indonesia presents challenges and opportunities for PT Kereta Api Indonesia to improve consumer purchasing decisions, especially among students. This study aims to determine and analyze whether the variables of price, service quality, facilities, trust, and brand image significantly influence consumer decisions in purchasing train tickets. This study uses a survey method by distributing quisioren to respondent. This research uses a quantitative approach to determine and analyze the influence between variables. Maholtra’s theory is used in sampling, namely the number of question items x 5 so that the number of samples set is 120 samples. This study uses Validity test, reliability test, Normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation, multiple linear analysis test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. This study uses SPSS 25 analysis tools, The results showed that the price variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as well as service quality which also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. facilities had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. There is also a simultaneous influence on the variables of price, service quality, facilities, trust and brand image on purchasing decisions for train tickets for students domiciled in Malang City.   Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Facilities, Trust, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision, Ticket KAI.

Abstract

Abstract This studi aims to determine how much influence word of mouth, brand awareness, brand image, brand trust, and price have on purchasing decisions for Gajah Baru Cigarettes (study of consumers of Gajah Baru Cigarettes in Pagak District). The number of samples was determined using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 72 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Gajah Baru Cigarettes and selected using snowball sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2). The results of this research show that word of mouth and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand awareness, brand image and brand trust have no influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Price, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the impact of Shopping Lifestyle,Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying among Matahari Department Store consumers in Sukun District. Using Malhotra's formula, a sample of 125 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, and data was gathered via questionnaires. Analysis was conducted with SPSS version 29, employing various tests such as validity, reliability, normality, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and R². Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, brand image, price, and product quality on the purchase decision of Somethinc skincare products. The research was conducted on university students residing in the Lowokwaru District of Malang City. This study employed a quantitative approach with data collected through an online questionnaire from 100 respondents. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results show that simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect the purchase decision. Partially, influencer, brand image, and product quality had a significant effect, while price did not. Abstract

Abstract Increasing competition in the culinary service industry demands that companies improve service quality to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of complaint handling on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Wahas Catering. This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques to determine the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The study sample consisted of 75 respondents, who were Wahas Catering customers who had filed complaints and made repeat purchases. The results showed that complaint handling had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.017. Furthermore, complaint handling also had a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.021. Customer satisfaction was proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.000. The Sobel test showed that customer satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between complaint handling and customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of complaint handling as a primary strategy in improving the customer experience, which ultimately drives loyalty to the catering service. This study provides implications for Wahas Catering management to strengthen its complaint handling system as a strategic effort to create satisfied and loyal customers on an ongoing basis. Keywords: Handling Complaints, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Path Analysis, Wahas Catering

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of social media, brand image, promotion, live streaming, and customer reviews on purchase decisions on the TikTok Shop application. With the increasing popularity of TikTok as a digital marketplace, this research focuses on the behavior of users in Pakis District, Malang Regency. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who had previously used TikTok Shop. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests via SPSS. The results show that all independent variables—social media, brand image, promotion, live streaming, and customer reviews—have a significant positive effect on purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously. Among them, live streaming shows the strongest influence, indicating its growing importance in shaping consumer behavior. These findings suggest that effective utilization of digital features and social proof on TikTok Shop can enhance consumer trust and increase buying interest. Abstract

Abstract This study examines leadership style, work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the productivity of employees of a poor restaurant (ayam geprek sa'i). Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this study involved 75 respondents selected by saturated sampling technique Data were collected through questionnaires employing a saturated sampling technique and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results demonstrated that, together, the four variables had a significant impact on employee productivity. However, partially, only work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect, while social leadership style and job satisfaction have a negative effect. These findings suggest that it is important for restaurant management to pay attention to factors Factors such as leadership style, work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction are essential for enhancing employee productivity in the highly competitive culinary sector. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity, Ayam Geprek Sa'i

Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to examine and clarify the impact of three independent variables: Live Streaming, Product Quality, and Trust on the dependent variable, Impulsive Buying at Beleza Cosmetics House, located in Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. Data gathering utilized the Purposive Sampling Method through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires, yielding a total of 75 responses collected. The collected information was then analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Method along with Hypothesis Testing, which included the F Test (Simultaneous Test) and the T Test (Partial Test), aided by IBM SPSS Version 25 Software. The study's outcomes collectively indicate that the three independent variables Live Streaming, Product Quality, and Trust significantly affect Impulsive Buying at Beleza Cosmetics House in Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. Partial/Single Test Outcomes Indicate That Live Streaming Influences Impulse Buying Significantly, Product Quality Affects Impulse Buying Significantly, While Trust Does Not Significantly Impact Impulse Buying. Keywords: Live Streaming, Product Quality, Trust, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of brand ambassador, promotion, and product quality on consumers' purchase intention, with brand image as a mediating variable among Deliwafa Store consumers in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a survey of 100 female respondents aged 15–25 years using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of smartpls 4.0 software. The results showed that brand ambassador, promotion, and product quality positively and significantly affected both brand image and purchase intention. Moreover, brand image played a mediating role in strengthening the relationship between the independent variables and purchase intention. These findings emphasize the importance of integrated marketing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of local fashion brands. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Promotion, Product Quality, Brand Image, Purchase Intention.
