Abstract

This study aims to analyze and study descriptively and derivatively related to the Influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee engagement and its implications on employee performance. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and explanatory survey methods with crossectional categories. Population based on the geographical area with sampling techniques using proportional stratified random sampling. Sources of data obtained from Primary and Secondary data through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis. The results showed that descriptively organizational culture is in the exceptionally good to a suitable category, while organizational commitment is in the relatively good to the excellent category, then job satisfaction is in the good enough to the good category, and employee engagement and employee performance are also in the category of good enough to sound, and the whole hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning is being conducted deeply. Problems arise when teachers in the field of physical education have difficulty in assessing the skills of their students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of self-assessment and peer assessment of bottom passing skills in volleyball in PJOK subjects at SD Kebumen. The method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection is carried out through a list of questions and techniques using the media. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the assessments carried out by students and teachers. The distribution of data in this study was normal with a significance value of 0.05, and the t-test value for the sample itself was 0.466, while for the pair sample was 0.919, which showed no significant difference. Thus, it can be concluded that this study successfully tested the effectiveness of self-assessment and peer assessment of bottom passing skills in volleyball in PJOK subjects at SD Kebumen.

Abstract

Objective. By identifying appropriate methods for changing behavior, social cognitive theory can help individuals and organizations achieve their goals and improve outcomes. According to social cognitive theory, individuals learn through a process of observation, imitation, and reinforcement. They observe others performing certain behaviors and then imitate those behaviors based on their perceptions and interpretations of the situation. Reinforcement, both positive and negative, can then influence the likelihood of those behaviors being repeated in the future. Importantly, social cognitive theory also acknowledges the role of personal agency in behavior change. Individuals can make conscious decisions about their behavior and take action to change it. Material and Method. This study is a literature review based on the field of social psychology. It outlines how motivational processes play a significant role in influencing both children and adults. Motivational processes refer to the goals that motivate individuals, their expectations for achieving those goals, and the values that drive them to achieve them. The motivation to learn is closely related to the principle that behavior that has been positively reinforced in the past is more likely to be repeated than behavior that has not been reinforced or has been punished. Result. Motivation plays a crucial role in the learning process. According to motivational theory, motivation is the driving force that creates a level of persistence and enthusiasm in carrying out an activity. This motivation can originate from within the individual (intrinsic motivation) or from external sources (extrinsic motivation). Intrinsic motivation comes from the individual's internal desires and interests, such as a genuine interest in a subject, a desire to learn new skills, or a sense of accomplishment. Extrinsic motivation, on the other hand, comes from external factors such as rewards, praise, or recognition. By understanding and harnessing both types of motivation, learners can maintain their interest and enthusiasm throughout the learning process, leading to greater success and achievement. Conclusion. This sentence refers to the importance of having a good learning facilitator who motivates students to actively participate in the learning process to achieve academic success. In other words, a skilled and effective teacher can be compared to a proficient driver who guides students toward their learning goals by encouraging them to engage with the subject matter actively and thoughtfully. This approach can help students to develop a deeper understanding of the material and to become more invested in their learning, leading to greater academic achievement and personal growth

Abstract

Objective. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of javelin training on the throwing performance of fifth-grade pupils in the javelin throwing category at Kuranji Elementary School, Serang City. The study will compare the findings of pretest and posttest measurements. Materials and Methods. The study consisted of a group of 27 fifth grade pupils. The sample method employed was non-probability sampling, specifically utilizing a saturated sampling methodology which involved including all members of the population. The data were collected using test and measurement methodologies. The research strategy employed was the One-Group Pretest-posttest strategy. The research methodology employed in this study was the pre-experimental experimental approach. The tool utilized in this research was the javelin throwing test, employing modified javelin media. Result. The study presents the outcomes of the pretest to posttest analysis on the impact of javelin training in the athletics branch, specifically in the javelin throwing event, for grade V students of Kuranji Elementary School in Serang City. The calculation yielded a t-count value of 7.430, which was then translated to a t-count value with a significance level of 0.05. The degrees of freedom (n-1) was 26, resulting in a value of 1.706. The t-count number is more than the t-table value of 2.023, indicating statistical significance. The therapy has a significant influence of 37.01%, while the remaining 62.99% is attributed to other factors that have not been investigated. Conclusion. The study revealed a notable rise in javelin throwing performance, as indicated by the scores obtained in the pre-test and post-test, when utilizing bamboo training.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the differences in shooting ability between the front, middle and back football players of SSB Bintang Jaya Kebumen. The population in this study were senior SSB Bintang Jaya players aged over 17 years. The instrument used by researchers in collecting data was the shooting test on goal. The data analysis used in this research is the analysis of variance ( anova) test and the Tukey test to find out where the differences are. From these results it can be seen that Fhit > F(v1,v2) namely 482.,5 > 3.34 so Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant difference between the shooting abilities of the front, middle and back players. As a result of the analysis and testing of the research hypothesis, the conclusion from the calculations that have been carried out is that there is a significant difference between the front, middle and back players in terms of shooting ability, where the front players have better shooting ability than the middle and back players. Abstract

Teori kognitif sosial digunakan untuk mengenal, memprediksi perilaku dan mengidentifikasi metode-metode yang tepat untuk mengubah perilaku. Pembelajaran kognitif menurut teori kognitif teori kognitif sosial (social cognitive theory) yang dikemukakan oleh Albert Bandura menyatakan bahwa faktor sosial dan kognitif serta factor pelaku memainkan peran penting dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan bidang studi psikologi sosial, teori ini memeiliki efek pada proses motivasional yang kuat dalam pemahaman tentang efek pengaruh bagi anak-anak maupun orang dewasa. Proses-proses motivasional membahas tujuan motivasi, harapan akan hasil motivasi dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam motivasi. Motivasi belajar berkaitan erat dengan prinsip bahwa perilaku yang memperoleh penguatan (reinforcement) di masa lalu lebih memiliki kemungkinan diulang dibandingkan dengan perilaku yang tidak memperoleh penguatan atau perilaku yang terkena hukuman (punishment). Dalam motivasi belajar, penganut teori motivasional menimbulkan tingkat persistensi dan entusiasmenya dalam melaksanakan suatu kegiatan, baik yang bersumber dari dalam diri individu itu sendiri (motivasi intrinsik) maupun dari luar individu (motivasi ekstrinsik). Peran motivasi dalam proses pembelajaran, dapat dianalogikan sebagai penggerak belajar yang memadai yang mendorong siswa berperilaku aktif untuk berprestasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan drill terhadap ketepatan smash atlet bulutangkis putra usia 10-12 tahun di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental (pre-post test) dengan sampel sebanyak 9 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan smash dari PBSI dan analisis data menggunakan uji-t berpasangan. Intervensi berupa latihan drill dilakukan sebanyak 16 kali dengan frekuensi latihan 6 kali dalam seminggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang bermakna secara statistik (p < 0,05) sebesar 61,02 % antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode drill mampu memberikan peningkatan terhadap ketepatan smash pemain bulutangkis diusia muda

Abstract

One of the tangible manifestations of the Kebumen Nahdhlatul Ulama Ma'arif University (UMNUI) in carrying out community service is the Real Work Lecture (KKN). This Real Work Lecture (KKN) aims to improve students' abilities and insights as a provision for life in the community after graduating from study. In other words, this real work lecture activity is a place for students to help the process of developing villages and communities in the village environment. Based on observations in Kedaleman Wetan Village, Puring District, several problems were found. Seeing these situations and conditions, a KKN work program design was formed as an effort to deal with existing problems. Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a concrete manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the service aspect. KKN Group 18 Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama University Kebumen also focuses on educational activities in the community, the aim of which is to improve the quality of human work in the Kebutuhduwur community, so that they become stronger in their personal freedom. The method we use is observation to find out what will be done during the KKN program. Then the results of his observations were to make an educational presentation in Kebutuhduwur Village. Therefore, other activities help the community to develop. In the Kebutuhduwur village community, resources need to be increased because most people lack education, this has an impact on the quality of human activities. Considering that a country's progress can be seen from its current young generation, it is important to instill the importance of education from an early age. In conclusion, there is a need to increase education in the Kebutuhduwur community to improve the quality of its infrastructure. When the quality of natural resources is good, human resources will soon follow.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Penakluk Badai karya Aguk Irawan MN. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan cara kerja Hermeneutik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel "Penakluk Badai" karya Aguk Irawan MN mengungkap berbagai aspek karakter yang diwakili oleh tokoh Hasyim Asy’ari, termasuk nilai religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, haus ilmu pengetahuan, bersahabat/komunikatif, dan nasionalisme. Novel ini kaya akan pelajaran moral dan etika, menjadikannya media efektif dalam pendidikan karakter. Implikasinya, sastra dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai penting ini, namun penelitian ini memiliki kelemahan dalam hanya mengandalkan teks novel. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur akademis dan memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pendidikan, serta mengarahkan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peran sastra dalam pendidikan karakter.
