Abstract

Kota Ampana, Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una terletak didaerah provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Daerah Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una adalah salahsatu daerah yang memiliki jumlah pengikut Agama Islam terbanyak, yakni dapat dilihat dari jumlah pengikut Alkhairaat yang berjumlah 3.435 orang dari tahun 2018-2021 dan beberapa kegiatan, fasilitas dari yayasan Alkhairaat di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan konsep makro desain perancangan Islamic Center Alkhairaat yang dapat mewadahi fasilitas kegiatan ibadah untuk masyarakat muslim di Kota Ampana, Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una melalui dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Islam. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan Metode Perancangan Arsitektur, dimana penulis melakukan penelitian berdasarkan observasi, literatur, dokumentasi dan karya ilmiah serta sumber-sumber lainnya yang diterjemahkan dalam analisis makro. Dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai konsep dan teori-teori yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam melakukan perancangan Islamic Center Alkhairaat dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Islam. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa dalam setiap analisa makro perancangan Islamic Center Alkhairaat Islamic Center Alkhairaat, tidak lepas dari prinsip-prinsip perancangan arsitektur islam, yaitu prinsip Habluminallah (hubungan manusia dengan Allah Swt), prinsip Habluminannas (hubungan manusia dengan manusia, artinya menjaga silaturahmi, persaudaraan dan kerjasama antar manusia), dan prinsip Habluminal’alam (hubungan manusia dengan alam semesta).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between the concept of creation in the Qur'an and modern biological theories, with a specific focus on integrating tafsir ilmi in understanding the creation of living beings. Through a literature review and thematic exegesis approach, this research examines Qur'anic verses related to the creation of humans and other living creatures, and compares them with contemporary biological theories. The findings reveal a harmony between the teachings of the Qur'an and scientific concepts, where both can complement each other in providing a deeper understanding of the creation process. This study also emphasizes the importance of integrating religion and science to reinforce the relevance of the Qur'an in the context of modern scientific advancements. Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksankan terhadap siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Match yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, dimana setelah melakukan observasi langsung ke sekolah SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros ternyata proses pembelajarannya masih kurang efektif serta rendahnya nilai hasil belajar yang didapatkan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn, oleh sebab itu peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Match pada kelas V di SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros. Pada siklus I diperoleh hasil belajar siswa dengan rata-rata 58,75 sedangkan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,45. Pada penerapan metode pembelajaran Make a Match ini menggambarkan bahwasanya model ini berhasil diterapkan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil belajar siswa dimana hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

Pakem merupakan wilayah rawan bencana erupsi Gunung Merapi dan gempa bumi, sehingga memerlukan edukasi mitigasi bencana yang efektif. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan edukatif, yaitu Action and Info Estafet Game. Permainan ini memiliki tiga tahapan: (1) Do the Thing, berupa pelaksanaan gerakan sederhana sesuai instruksi saat erupsi atau gempa; (2) Disaster Information, di mana siswa membaca informasi dan menyusun kartu instruksi menjadi papan informasi; serta (3) Quick Quiz, yaitu kompetisi antarregu menjawab pertanyaan berdasarkan informasi dari tahap sebelumnya. Skor tertinggi dari setiap regu akan menentukan pemenang.Proses pengembangan diawali dengan survei lokasi dan riset awal, serta presentasi hasil kepada tim pembimbing dalam program Asian Cooperative Program (ACP). Permainan ini kemudian diterapkan pada siswa SMP Negeri 4 Pakem dan dinilai menggunakan instrumen Short User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) untuk mengukur pengalaman pengguna. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa permainan ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terkait mitigasi bencana, sekaligus memberikan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Action and Info Estafet Game menjadi inovasi media pembelajaran yang relevan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan siswa menghadapi bencana.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of appreciation by teachers at SD Telkom Makassar and its impact on learners' motivation and development. Appreciation, both verbal and nonverbal, plays an important role in creating a positive learning environment, increasing self-confidence, and motivating learners to try harder. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of learning activities. The results show that appreciation applied by teachers in the form of verbal praise, symbolic awards such as certificates and certificates, and personal attention is effective in increasing students' motivation. The award program that is carried out regularly provides recognition that strengthens the spirit of healthy competition among learners. Although there are constraints related to time and appropriateness of the form of appreciation, the application of appreciation is proven to strengthen the relationship between teachers and learners and encourage their development holistically.

Abstract

Take over kredit merupakan strategi yang digunakan nasabah untuk memperoleh fasilitas pembiayaan yang lebih menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam melakukan take over kredit di Bank Woori Saudara KC Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review dan metode partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor suku bunga, biaya mengenai take over, kualitas pelayanan, dan reputasi bank menjadi faktor signifikan dalam memengaruhi keputusan nasabah untuk melakukan take over kredit di Bank Woori Saudara KC Jember.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) To know and explain the management of classes in Weru Kidul 2 Elementary School, (2) To describe how student learning achievements, (3) To measure the effect of class management on the learning achievement of SD N 2 Weru Kidul students at Weru District, Cirebon Regency. The population in this study are students of SD N 2 Weru Kidul, Plered District, Cirebon Regency. The research sample involves students from grade 1 to 6 by randomly taking 6 students from each class. Based on the results of the liliefors normality test, both of the class management variable data (X) and learning achievement (Y) are normally distributed, then seen from the linearity test the data variable x to the y variable indicates the value of sig. 27.6%> 5% and F count 1.325 < 2.230 and the data on the y variable on the x variable show sig values. 95.6%> 5% F count 0.427 <2.230 which means that data is considered linear. Furthermore, it can be seen from the correlation test, the data shows a coefficient of determination of 1.3%, which means that student learning achievement data (Y) can be explained by class management (X). After that, a regression test is performed which showed that the t count of data is 1.737 bigger than the t table of 1.684 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Interest and motivation for mathematics lessons is still very low, students consider mathematics to be a difficult and abstract subject, so they have difficulty understanding it. The approach to teaching mathematics which is often focused on memorizing formulas or abstract concepts makes students feel burdened, even tend to be afraid of this lesson. As a solution to this problem, the use of basic mathematics comic media with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach or Responsive Learning to Culture is expected to improve students' literacy, numeracy, and understanding of mathematics lessons. The method of implementing KOMIKDAS activities is divided into three stages, namely planning, implementation, and reporting. After the introduction of KOMIKDAS learning media took place, student learning outcomes increased by up to 90% from the results of the pretest and post-test tests given. In addition to increasing grades, children's attitudes towards mathematics learning also changed. This can be seen from the response to learning activities with a pleasant learning atmosphere due to the use of interesting learning media, namely through comics with the language and culture of everyday students. For further activities, it is suggested that comic media be developed with a wider variety of materials and difficulty levels to suit the abilities of all students. Teachers also need to be more actively involved through short training so that this media can be used sustainably in daily learning. In addition, stories in comics can raise more local values ​​and culture to strengthen students' sense of pride in their Keywords: Literacy, Numeracy, Mathematics Comics and CRT Approach.

Abstract

The role of communication in management is discussed in this study. In management, the main purpose of communication is to interact well so that people can understand and understand how to communicate with others. This research uses a literature study that uses qualitative descriptive analysis. According to the research results, communication is an important tool in management to support organizational governance. Limited resources can be overcome by cooperation and utilization of technology. So, communication is an important part of management as it helps achieve organizational goals and improve performance.
