Abstract

The principal is a leader or mentor at the unit level of the school who is responsible for the success and failure of the school he leads. Principals are required to have various competencies, both related to administrative affairs, in order to develop and advance their schools effectively, efficiently, independently, innovatively, and productively. This study aims to describe and examine more deeply how principal management and principal management steps in improving teacher professionalism. For this type of research is qualitative research with a case study design taking data sources on principals and teachers through observation techniques, interviews, and documentary data collection. This data is analyzed then in the form of data analysis, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of the principal at MA Muhammadiyah Rejang Lebong consisted of planning, implementing, supervising, and organizing. The principal is a leader in an educational institution whose function is as an educator, manager, supervisor, motivator, and innovator. The management steps taken by the principal are to carry out supervision, then the order that always used to support teacher discipline in terms of time, administration to see the learning equipment to be used, and reward teachers who take part in competitions, motivate and encourage continuing education. The supporting factors for the principal's management in improving teacher professionalism can be caused by the fulfillment of funds, teaching staff, sufficient students, discipline, motivation, and a conducive environment, while the inhibiting factor is that there are still many honorary teachers who have not been certified compared to civil servant teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas dinamika keluarga dalam membentuk kebiasaan ibadah anak di Desa Tanjung Bunga, Kabupaten Lebong. Latar belakang penelitian adalah adanya lingkungan sosial religius yang seharusnya mendukung praktik keagamaan anak, namun pola pengasuhan keluarga tidak selalu konsisten. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dinamika keluarga muslim dalam membentuk kebiasaan sholat dan mengaji, menganalisis faktor pendukung serta penghambat, dan menggali strategi keluarga dalam menanamkan kebiasaan ibadah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika keluarga meliputi peran orang tua, waktu bersama anak, konsistensi, keteladanan, serta pengaruh pekerjaan orang tua. Kebiasaan ibadah anak terlihat dari kemampuan sholat, membaca Al-Qur’an, dan minat mengaji. Strategi keluarga dalam pembiasaan ibadah antara lain memberi teladan, membiasakan sejak dini, menjadikan ibadah rutinitas, menciptakan lingkungan religius, menggunakan pendekatan positif, media edukatif, aturan, reward, serta melibatkan anak dalam ibadah. Faktor pendukung antara lain keterlibatan orang tua, lingkungan religius, fasilitas dan kegiatan keagamaan, serta dukungan sekolah. Faktor penghambat meliputi kurangnya konsistensi orang tua, pengaruh teknologi, rendahnya kesadaran anak, keterbatasan tenaga pengajar, dan minimnya program dari pemerintah desa.

Abstract

Madrasah are schools that emphasize the value of Islamic religious teachings compared to other public schools. Madrasah also play a role in creating civilized and Islamic generations. So Madrasah are required to be able to provide effective and efficient learning of Islamic religious education to students and be able to answer the wishes of the surrounding community. So that Madrasah should be able to develop an actual and ideal Islamic religious education curriculum. Including Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong also has the same challenges. The condition of the community around the Rejang Lebong 4 Public Elementary School which is lagging behind in moral values is a big task for the madrasa in providing Islamic religious education to its students. So the Rejang Lebong 4 Public Elementary School tries to apply the actual and ideal curriculum. This is a real form of effort made by the madrasa in shaping and changing student behavior and fortifying students against negative things from the environment around students. In the process the teacher arranges learning administration in the form of a syllabus, lesson plan, annual program and semester program. Teachers use technology in learning. Teachers carry out exemplary-based programs. The commemoration of Islamic holidays is used as a moment to convey noble moral teachings to students

Abstract

Islam apart from being a religion is also a means of education for its people. Islam provides guidelines that need to be considered by its people as a way to achieve salvation. In its history, Islamic civilization cannot be separated from education, starting from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, periodKulafaur Rashidun,the Umayyad empire, to its peak during the Abbasid empire. At the peak of the heyday of Islam, at that time Islamic education was experiencing its heyday as seen from the many world-class Islamic thinkers, one of them Al-Gazali, Ibn Sina, Ibn Khaldun, Al Kindi to Al Khawarizmi. All of these Islamic thinkers have influenced the face of world scholarship, whose ideas are still used and their truth is acknowledged today. With the changes in Islamic education that have occurred at this time, it is hoped that there will be values that can be taken as lessons for Muslims today, as well as being a motivation for Islamic scholars to be able to express their thoughts.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut guru untuk menguasai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang mengalami keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan TIK, khususnya di sekolah-sekolah non-metropolitan seperti SMAIT Ma’had Rabbani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis TIK melalui supervisi akademik dengan In House Training (IHT). Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kepengawasan yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan 10 guru SMA IT Ma’had Rabbani Bengkulu Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, instrumen penilaian, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan persentase dan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dari rata-rata nilai 73 (cukup) dengan persentase keberhasilan 50% pada Siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 88 (baik) dengan keberhasilan 100% pada Siklus II. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa supervisi akademik melalui IHT efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan TIK untuk pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelaksanaan IHT secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung profesionalisme guru dan transformasi digital pendidikan.
