Abstract

Metacognition for early childhood is crucial for optimization. The aim of this research is to optimize metacognition in young children aged 0-8 years. The subjects in this study are young children within the age range mentioned. The research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and bibliometric analysis. Data sources include Google Scholar spanning from 2018 to 2023, Harzing’s Publish or Perish (Pop), and VOSviewer, resulting in 20 articles. The findings reveal that metacognition in early childhood comprises 11 clusters: Cluster 1 in red, Cluster 2 in dark green, Cluster 3 in dark blue, Cluster 4 in yellow, Cluster 5 in purple, Cluster 6 in light blue, Cluster 7 in orange, Cluster 8 in brown, Cluster 9 in pink, Cluster 10 in cream, and Cluster 11 in light green. The optimization of metacognition in young children can be achieved through storytelling, planning, evaluation, discussing the results of their work, and parental motivation.

Abstract

Keterbatasan stimulasi dan penggunaan media untuk mengatasi permasalahan kesulitan berhitung masih menjadi kendala yang dihadapi oleh anak usia 2-3 tahun. SIPERU hadir sebagai alternatif dalam memberikan media untuk stimulasi kesulitan berhitung anak usia 2-3 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi kemampuan berhitung anak usia 2-3 tahun dengan menggunakan media permainan SIPERU di KB Labschool UPI Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Melibatkan sample pada KB Labschool UPI Serang sejumlah 3 anak. analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu 1 orang anak yang sebelumnya dikategorikan kurang baik menjadi baik dan 2 orang anak yang sebelumnya dikategorikan cukup baik menjadi sangat baik. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian yaitu bahwa media permainan SIPERU terbukti efektif untuk mengoptimalisasikan kemampuan berhitung anak usia 2-3 tahun.

Abstract

Pada realitanya perkembangan teknologi di zaman sekarang membuat permainan tradisional jadi kurang dikenalkan kepada anak, anak lebih tertarik menggunakan permainan modern dibandingkan permainan tradisional. Padahal permainan tradisional memberikan manfaat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan sosial anak. Tujuan penelitian ini berusaha menjelaskan tentang permainan tradisional bakiak bagi anak usia dini, menganalisis dampak permainan tradisional bakiak bagi perkembangan kemampuan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mereview artikel pada tahun 2016 – 2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara melihat semua data dari berbagai sumber, mereduksi kemudian mengabstraksikan, mensintesiskan data, mengkaji data, menginterpretasikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 artikel yang diakui secara nasional dari Google Scholar.  Lalu mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa permainan tradisional bakiak memberikan manfaat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan sosial anak, seperti melatih kekompakan, memunculkan rasa solidaritas, kerja sama, dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu juga kemampuan sosial perlu dikembangkan sebab nantinya anak akan hidup bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat. Sehingga diharapkan pendidik maupun orang tua dapat melestarikan permainan tradisional bakiak dalam membantu perkembangan kemampuan sosial anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to cultivate the skill of numbering numbers 1 - 10, and to introduce children to the concept of building space, and children can distinguish large and small sizes through a game of modification of the area Jl. Bojong Raya, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. The method in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the experiment showed that children's skills have improved from achievement indicators Starting to Develop to Developing As Expected in the ability to number numbers 1-10 without having to be guided by researchers and children have been able to distinguish the shape of the size between large and small space buildings, but in terms of recognizing space builds such as balls, beams, and trapezoids of children aged 4-7 years the achievement indicators obtained are from Undeveloped to Starting Flower. The conclusion obtained through this study is that through this modified traditional game, mathematics learning for early childhood is not boring so children's mathematics skills can experience good improvement in accordance with expectations.

Abstract

Numeration is a challenge for preschool children, but it can be a fun thing to use a game app. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of the application of Smart Games on numeration skills in preschool children. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through observation and documentation of 18 children aged 5-6 years at BONA City Attack. The data analysis techniques used refer to the Miles and Huberman concepts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. Research results show that the use of the Smart Game app significantly improves the understanding and numeration skills of preschool children. These findings confirm that technology integration, especially gaming applications, can be an effective tool in early childhood education. Proper support from educators and parents is also identified as a key factor in ensuring the successful implementation of this technology. Strong collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents can be a strong foundation for improving the quality of early childhood mathematics education through the use of the Smart Game app. The research supports the numeration improvement program in the PAUD field by involving the development of applications for preschool children. Keywords: Smart Game Applications, Numbering Skills, Early Childhood Abstrak Numerasi menjadi tantangan bagi anak prasekolah, namun hal ini bisa dijadikan sesuatu yang menyenangkan dengan penggunaan sebuah aplikasi permainan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Smart Game terhadap kemampuan numerasi pada anak prasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui melalui observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap 18 anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK BONA Kota Serang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengacu pada konsep Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Smart Game signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan numerasi anak prasekolah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi, khususnya aplikasi game, dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Dukungan yang tepat dari pendidik dan orang tua juga diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi teknologi ini. Kolaborasi yang kokoh antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dapat menjadi fondasi yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan matematika anak usia dini melalui penggunaan aplikasi Smart Game. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan model pengembangan profesionalisme guru PAUD di Indonesia dalam penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai media pembelajaran. Topik ini masih belum banyak dibahas dalam studi-studi terdahulu, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan dukungan AR terhadap pengembangan profesionalisme guru PAUD di Indonesia. Kajian dilakukan dengan pendekatan narrative literature review terhadap 32 publikasibaik nasional maupun internasional yang terbit antara tahun 2017 hingga 2025. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan guru saat ini belum banyak memasukkan unsur pedagogi berbasis AR, padahal teknologi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi anak, memperkuat daya ingat, dan mengembangkan fleksibilitas berpikir. Artikel ini mengusulkan model pelatihan yang menekankan kompetensi digital, perancangan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis AR, dan refleksi profesional yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan lintas disiplin digunakan untuk menyusun model ini. Studi ini juga merekomendasikan sinergi antarpihak dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of playing numbers through the EduGame Maru application in early childhood 4-5 years. This study uses a participatory qualitative method using an observation model. This study uses data collected through observations and interviews at Al-Quran Al-Maghfiroh Kindergarten with a total of 3 children. From the results of research, the application of playing numbers through the EduGame Maru application can improve children's ability to mention the sequence of numbers 0-9, children recognize concepts and symbols of numbers 0-9, children are able to recognize number problems 0-9, children are able to compare objects from the most and little, able to match numbers that are missing from the sequence, and children are able to obey the rules of the educational game EduGame Maru.

Abstract

Social emotional development plays an important role for the mental stability of children in the future so that it requires stimulation in accordance with developmental needs and adequate educational game tools. The star collecting ball game (BOLUMTANG) is here as an educational game tool that educators can use in developing social emotional aspects for children. The purpose of the study was to stimulate the social emotional development of children aged 5-6 years using the star collecting ball game media (BOLUMTANG). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, documentation, research instruments with observation and practice data analysis techniques through the star collection ball educational game tool (BOLUMTANG). The study subjects were applied to 2 children with initials J and D kelompok B in UPI Labschool Kindergarten, Serang City, Banten Province. The results showed that the indicators of childrens social emotional development were obtained by childrens enthusiasm in playing star collecting ball game, children playing with friends without discriminating, being patient in waiting for their turn to throw the ball, obeying the rules of the game, being able to show self-confidence. Showed Expressions before and after the game, and tidied up the toys after use. All the social emotional indicators of children J and D in the study were well developed. Furthermore, it is hoped that this research can be used by educators in stimulating child development, especially developing early childhood social emotional.
